If you are looking for a home that is actually CLEAN, well appointed, with comfortable beds, and SPECTACULAR views, then you found it! Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and beach-themed decor, “Surf’s Up” creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Guests will appreciate the easy access to the beach and nearby local attractions, making this property a standout choice for a peaceful seaside retreat or a memorable family vacation.

Surf’s Up is an allergy friendly 100% pet free home. Absolutely no pets and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. While we love pets, this strict no pets policy is necessary to maintain the high level of cleanliness our guests expect and appreciate.

The house is located 2.8 miles north of the Surf City bridge or 5.5 miles south of the Sneads Ferry bridge. Heading north, it is just past the Surf City line in North Topsail Beach. Enjoy all of the peaceful surroundings on this quiet, dead end street.

Linens and much more are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, quilts & blankets for the beds, pillows, kitchen linens, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, garbage bags, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent will all be ready for you at the house. The sheets will be on the beds when you arrive so you can start relaxing right away! Just bring your clothes, beach towels and personal items.

We are able to provide this exceptional level of service and attention to detail because we live here on the island, just a few miles away. The maintenance, cleaning & rental of Surf's Up is our full time job. We are always available to answer questions, address any issues and help in any way.

To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING permitted inside.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This was our first trip to this area. We have been on many beach vacations and this one was by far the best. The house was absolutely perfect! The views are stunning. I highly recommend this property you would not be disappointed. The host was so friendly and quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be returning!

Enchanting Christmas at the Beach!

Stayed 12/21-26. Everything was so beautiful! Nice touches everywhere. Elegantly decorated and clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Doesn’t matter that it was cold - we got to see dolphins or porpoises every day, walk and find good shells

Amazing Stay

The owner communicated promptly, was very kind, and was just a text away. The view of the beach is unreal! The house has absolutely everything you need and it was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Being right on the beach in a house that is a stand-alone doesn't get better. The house is just so cute and perfectly decorated. The deck is a nice size and wraps around from the back to the side of the house. Best sleeping beds ever. Usually we can't wait to get back to our bed. In this case, we wish we were back in the bed at Surf's Up. The air conditioning is phenomenal. It kept the place extremely comfortable while the thermostat was set at 76. That's remarkable! Becky is GREAT!!! If you have a question about anything, she's there for you. This is truly a home-away-from-home except with the luxury of the ocean as your backyard.

Wonderful vacation

This is our 4th trip to Surfs Up, has never failed to deliver everything as described in listing. Becky is the nicest and easiest person to deal with on any problem or issues that may come up. We love this cottage, from cleanliness to comfort. Great layout with walls of windows to enjoy the ocean views. Our very favorite is large covered porch where we sit frequently watching the water and beach or having morning coffee, and eat lunch. We highly recommend this property!! Hope to return next year.

Just steps to the beautiful sand of North Topsail Beach, Surfs Up was the perfect spot close to Surf City. A tranquil oasis perfect for a relaxing break from the daily grind. Becky was accessible and accommodating. Everything you need upon arrival. It was a peaceful and pleasant week. We will visit again.

ocean-front bliss!

The house was perfect for our vacation; it was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. Cozy Paradise!

This was our 3rd time staying at Surf's Up! This is wonderful oceanfront home with all the amenities that my husband & I needed and wanted! Spent most of our days sitting on the Captain chairs on the deck being hypnotized watching and listening to the ocean waves. Becky made sure that everything was okay and made sure that we felt free to contact her if anything needed to be attended to. Hoping to visit again next year!

We Loved Surf's Up and North Topsail Beach

Our stay at Surf’s Up was fantastic! As a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience. The house is literally steps away from the sand, making it incredibly convenient to set up our beach chairs, pop in for lunch, or enjoy evening strolls while hunting for shells. The home itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the views of the Ocean were great and everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the outdoor barstools as you watch the waves. Becky’s restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we particularly loved Topsail Steamer. This was our first visit to North Topsail, and if you're seeking a tranquil beach experience, I highly recommend staying at Surf’s Up!

We found Topsail Island in 2005 and fell in love with it right away. It was perfect for us and our 4 children. Beautiful white beaches, clear blue ocean and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We purchased our first home here in 2012. We grew up in Pittsburgh but now live here full time on the island. Because we clean and maintain everything ourselves we offer an exceptional level of service. We are so happy to be able to share our oceanfront home with others who love Topsail as much as we do.

Surf's Up is an ideal location on Topsail Island. It is on a large lot just minutes from the center of Surf City and located on a quiet dead end street. The floor plan makes the most of the space and offers those spectacular views. We have enjoyed keeping it updated and giving it just enough beach theme décor to keep you on "Island Time" while you are here.
