Fabulous villa in beautiful part of Portugal

The hosts of our villa welcomed us and gave us all the information about the villa. They were friendly and helpful and were able to recommend us some restaurants. The villa was a great size for 7 adults. All the rooms were a nice size and comfortable beds. The kitchen well equipped, the living room comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool table and the amazing sound system. The back garden and swimming area are just beautiful too with lots of different lounge chairs for enjoying the sun or shade. The villa is in a great area, a close drive to lots of beaches and two great towns. The only thing we missed was having a shop or bakery within walking distance, although there were a few cafes near by. We would love to return again!

Empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben mit ein paar kleineren Mängeln. Das WLAN ist gut. Das Fernsehen bringt nur einen deutschen Sender, dafür gibt es eine gute Hi-Fi Anlage mit CD Spieler und DVD Spieler, d.h. man kann eigene Musik und Filme mitbringen. Außerdem kann man sich den Abend mit Billiard und Tischfußball vergnüglich gestalten. Der Vermieter ist nett, man kann sich mit ihm auf Englisch verständigen und bei einem Problem, das wir mit dem Pool hatten, hat er sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Check-in und check-out haben pünktlich zur verabredeten Zeit stattgefunden. Ein kleines Manko gibt es: das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort, in dem neue Häuser gebaut werden, so dass man ab und zu, aber in unserem Falle wirklich immer nur für kurze Zeit, etwas Baulärm hört. Das erwähne ich aber nur der Vollständigkeit halber. Ansonsten ist die Gegend wirklich ruhig.

Espaço ideal para férias em família

Ficámos uma semana e soube a pouco. Local muito relaxante mas também com muito entretenimento para a família : piscina, área de refeições exteriores , matraquilhos , snooker, relvado, etc. A 5 min da vila e praia do Carvalhal numa área muito tranquila. Esperemos voltar para o ano!

Espetacular

Derivado à pandemia (covid-19) e a situação global do país e do mundo, este ano decidimos fazer umas férias em família, reservamos esta casa Maravilhosa com os proprietários Espetaculares, super Simpaticos e Atenciosos que nos deram a conhecer todos os recantos daquela que ia ser a nossa casa por 1 semana! Posso afirmar que a casa está super bem localizada, próxima de tudo, e especialmente proxima da famosa praia do Pego, que é belissima e nunca tem muita gente ou talvez por o areal ser tão grande parece que não alberga tanta gente! Ainda em relação à "nossa casa", ela tem TUDOOO, matraquilhos, snooker, uma piscina maravilhosa, um alpendre onde almoçavamos e jantavamos, um sistema de som ótimo, umas áreas muito boas e tudo em ótimo estado! Ma experiência de relação com proprietário

Dos 7 dias da nossa estadia, 2 não podemos usar a piscina pois a agua estava turva dada a colocação de um produto para agregar sujidade colocado pelo dono, impossibilitando a utilização da piscina pelos adultos e sobretudo as crianças. Questão so ultrapassada após visita do tecnico da piscina e respectiva aspiracao da sujidade. Apesar de dono ter concordado que havia lugar a um reembolso parcial, decidiu unilateralmente o valor. Claramente o montante reembolsado, que foi de apenas 2,4% do valor pago da casa, fica muito aquém do justo. Definitivamente NAO RECOMENDO!
