Second stay at this property. Very impressed with the facilities and location. Elodie is a very friendly host and makes sure that everything is fine. We love this area of Brittany and it’s numerous unspoilt beaches, ideal location for visiting the area. Local town and supermarket nearby . Would highly recommend this property.

Helles und großzügiges modernes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, gehoben und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Besonders hat uns der vollständig verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in den Garten gefallen. Die offene Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Tolles großes Bad und sehr bequeme Betten. Der Check in war problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox möglich. Allerdings wurde nach den vor Ort schriftlich vorgefundenen Hausregeln erwartet, dass man das Haus beim Check out sauber übergibt. Dies sollte besser bereits bei der Beschreibung im Inserat angegeben werden, denn nicht jeder Urlauber hat Lust und Zeit, ein ganzes Haus zu putzen.

Vacances parfaites

La région est superbe, la maison et ses équipements sont parfaits. Nous avons adoré avoir un jardin avec une balançoire rien que pour nous . Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme et la proximité du magnifique sentier côtier. Location à recommander les yeux fermés !

Hier fühlt man sich wohl

Ich kann mich meinen 5* Vorrednern nur anschließen. Es ist alles gesagt. Sehr zu empfehlendes, freistehendes Ferienhaus in einer wundervollen, ruhigen Umgebung. Elodie ist sehr gastfreundlich, reagiert sofort und sorgt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter war zum Wandern phantastisch. Die Landschaft wunderschön. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in der Karibik bei wesentlich angenehmeren Temperaturen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi en comfortabel huis

Comfortabel huis met veel voorzieningen. De plek is prima, in het plaatsje vlakbij zijn voldoende winkels. Bij de apparatuur in het huis was geen gebruiksaanwijzing aanwezig. Soms was dat een beetje puzzelen.

Wunderbar

Wir durften als kleine Familie zwei wahnsinnig schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sämtliche notwendigen Babyausstattungen wurden im Vorfeld bereitgestellt. Dies hat uns bei der Vorbereitung unserer Reise viel Arbeit abgenommen und das Packen erleichtert. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist durchdacht. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und könnten den Außenbereich voll nutzen. Das war vor allem abends sehr toll. Man konnte bis 11 Uhr draußen sitzen in wunderbarer Ruhe. Für die Bretagne nicht unwichtig ist zu beachten dass es einen Trockner gibt. Da die Luftfeuchtigkeit hoch ist, werden nämlich die Kleider draußen oft nicht trocken. Mein Mann hätte sich deutsche Fernsehsender gewünscht. Nun gut, mir ist das nicht so wichtig. Eine kleine Anmerkung, die aber keine Wirkung auf die Bewertung hat. Gerade im Urlaub sollte man auch mal abschalten... Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Kommunikation zwischen Mieter und Vermieter. Elodie hat immer !!!! direkt geantwortet, wenn es Fragen gab. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne nochmal Urlaub in diesem Schönen Haus machen und können es nur empfehlen!!!

Einfach aber gemütlich und sehr ruhig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren in die Bretagne und dieses Haus ist für uns ein super Kompromiss. Es ist vom Preis okay, nicht weit weg vom Meer und sehr sehr ruhig (was wir lieben). Was man im Urlaub so braucht ist vorhanden. Das wohnen ist sehr gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr IKEA geprägt. Uns stört es nicht, wer IKEA nicht mag wird das ein oder andere vielleicht nicht so toll finden. An einigen Stellen ist die Einrichtung weniger schön, wie z.B. die Türen und die Drückergarnituren oder die falsche Schrittlänge einiger Stufen der Treppe. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau, da dies die unpassenden Kleinigkeiten zu einem sonst sehr guten Haus sind die es sonst perfekt gemacht hätten. In der Küche fehlt vielleicht das ein oder andere Teil, als erfahrener Ferienhausbewohner nimmt man diese Teile aber sowieso mit (Mixer, großer Topf, scharfes Küchenmesser). Sieht man alles im Kontext des Preises ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top. Nah am Strand, Platz für die Kinder und einen Kaminofen zum Heizen auch in kälteren Jahreszeiten. Wir werden das Haus in unseren Reiseplanungen sicher wieder berücksichtigen und können das Haus empfehlen.

Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Hauptortes, KFZ daher zwingend erforderlich. Zu den traumhaften Stränden und Küsten in der Umgebung ist es aber nur ein Katzensprung. Das Haus ist perfekt für vier Personen ausgestattet. Alle Bereiche (auch die Schlafzimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer) sind großzügig dimensioniert, absolut sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist in einem perfekten Zustand (insb. die Betten). W-Lan bediente auch 4 Personen gleichzeitig perfekt. Der ein oder andere Deutsche Sender neben ARTE wäre schön gewesen, aber es geht ja auch ohne Fernseher. Kontakt zur Vermieterin über E-Mail jederzeit möglich, Frau Elodie reagiert sofort und super freundlich. Insgesamt gibt es gar nichts zu meckern (was, wenn es ein Deutscher schreibt, ja schon das höchste Lob überhaupt ist).

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub! / Une très belle fête!

Der Aufenthalt in Plouescat war wunder schön. Das Ferienhaus sehr modern eingerichtet (u. a. Gäste WC / Induktionsherd / tolles Badezimmer). Elodie hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich und man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ------ Le séjour à Plouescat était merveilleux. La maison très moderne équipée (y compris une toilette invités / cuisinière à induction / grande salle de bain). Elodie nous a très bien accueilli. L'environnement est varié et vous pouvez faire beaucoup. Malheureusement, le temps était trop court! Nous reviendrons!
