Large sitting room/ dining room/ kitchen on the ground floor, smaller sitting room on the 1st floor. 2 fireplaces and central autonomous heating for the winter time. The two floors are interconnected through an indoors staircase. Large front yard/garden with grass, ornamental plants and fruit trees for games, recreation and relaxation. 3 roofed verandas with view to the garden, to the nearby forest and to mount Olympos. Roofed BBQ place with kitchen bench, sink and fridge.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus...
...als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderausflüge auf den Olymp und die Höhepunkte Thessaliens und Makedoniens. Alle benötigte Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Garten im Frühsommer ist ein Erlebnis! Wir haben uns 10 Tage sehr gut erholt. Unser Vermieter und seine Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank! Btw.: Wir wurden von einer hübschen blauäugigen grauen Katze "adoptiert". Eine etwas nervöse Zutrauliche, die sich gerne streicheln (und füttern) lässt.

Schöne Villa zwischen dem Meer und dem Olymp
Sehr schöne, gepflegte Villa unterhalb des Olymp. Sehr netter Eigentümer und nette Mama. Alles lief problemlos. Schöner großer und komplett eingezäunter Garten, in dem die Kinder toll spielen konnten. Schöner großer Balkon und große Terrasse. Das untere Bad ist übrigens komplett neu und modern und nicht mehr so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es ist zwar keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber die ist auch absolut nicht nötig. Wir haben einfach bei offenem Fenster geschlafen, denn nachts weht ein schöner, kühler Wind. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegennetzen und Gittern gesichert. Das WLAN funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner Sandstrand, der nur von Einheimischen besucht wird und daher selbst in der Hauptsaison (wir waren Mitte Juli hier) nie zu voll ist. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt. Man wohnt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, aber in 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Leptokarya oder 10 Minuten in Litochoro. Wenn man mal keine Lust auf Strand hat, kann man auf dem Olymp wandern oder die wunderschönen Wasserfälle besuchen. Wir waren alle begeistert von dem Haus und wären am Liebsten für immer dort eingezogen!

Große Villa mit großem Garten in Strandnähe
Wir waren im September/Oktober 2019 mit 5 älteren Personen zu Gast in diesem Haus. Die Villa liegt zwischen Leptokaria und Litochoro/Plaka im Einzugsbereich des Olymp etwas außerhalb in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Sandstrand ist etwa in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. 15 Minuten Fahrt sind es bis zu den Wanderwegen am Olymp. Eine kurze Fahrt ist es nach Leptokaria, wo man einen Spaziergang am Strand machen, eines der vielen Restaurants besuchen oder einkaufen kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zu der späten Jahreszeit alle Bars und sonstiges geschlossen. Das Haus: Das Haus ist vollständig eingezäunt (ideal für Haustiere) und in sehr ruhiger Umgebung gelegen. Es ist sehr gut mit Gittern vor den Fenstern gesichert und sehr geräumig. Mit 5 Personen ist es praktisch unterbelegt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein sehr großer Wohn-/Essbereich, mit einem Esstisch, an dem auch 10 Personen Platz finden. Es gibt Sofas zum Lümmeln, ein großes Fernsehgerät (leider nur griechische Sender) einiges an Büchern und Spiele, mit denen man sich an regnerischen Tagen die Zeit vertreiben kann. Es gibt eine große überdachte Außenterrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, Außenküche, zweiter Kühlschrank und Grillplatz. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen geräumigen Wohnbereich nebst überdachtem Balkon. Die Küche ist leider ziemlich klein und schlecht beleuchtet. Klein sind ebenfalls die Badezimmer. Insbesondere das Bad in Parterre mit einer winzigen Sitzbadewanne und einem Duschvorhang lässt kein Wellnessfeeling aufkommen. Wirkliche Kritik gibt es nur für den Müll in der Umgebung. Wenn man an der Straße parallel zum Strand läuft, wähnt man sich teilweise auf einer Müllkippe. Weggeworfene Plastikflaschen sieht man nahezu überall, wo man steht und geht. Wir danken Herrn Manakas für seine freundliche Gastlichkeit und Geduld bei der Beseitigung von Missverständnissen!

Relaxing vacation
Thank you Nikolaos for meeting us and our dogs in your beautifull house. The house is very well furnished, with a lot of space, wide and green garden and places to sit outside. The area is very quiet and green. The beach is very near to the house, 5 minutes walk and is long and sandy and not crowded during the week, except Saturday and Sunday. To go to shops and tavernas you need a car. We have just one recommendation- to have a dishwasher . Thank you again Nikolaos and your mother for the warm welcome. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation for a large group of people.
Enjoyed our stay at the seaside with extended family ( group of 9 ). Large home with all facilities for a pleasant stay. Parking for 2 cars in the backyard, good outdoor space, well equipped kitchen. Close 10 min walk to a quiet beach, used by locals. Supermarket 10 min drive. Some close by restaurants. Overall great experience, recommended. Evcharisto poli, Nikolaos and parents.😄

Spacious villa with everything for excellent vacation
We stayed in this villa for 9 days in 2017. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers). Villa is located between villages of Leptokaria (to the south) and Litochoro and Plaka (north). Leptokaria is a few km away (~45 min walk) and Litochoro is about 8 km away in the foothills of Mt. Olympus. We chose this location because we wanted to hike Mt. Olympus and enjoy the beach, and the location is ideal for both. House is less than 5 min walk from the beach, no uphill or stairs, and 10 min drive from the start of hike trails. In the evenings short drive to Leptokaria will get you to the town where you can enjoy a stroll along the beach or one of many restaurants. Local beach has volleyball net and we enjoyed playing there. Nearby there are pubs on the beach where you can get a drink or souvlaki, pancetta, gyros etc. The house is away from any noise, but close enough for those who want to enjoy night life as well. House: First, I want to thank Nikos for his hospitality. He was very friendly, communication was easy (in English), and he answered all our questions. The house is surrounded by fence, in quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. House itself is VERY spacious. It has 2 bedrooms on ground floor, and two bedrooms on first floor (total sleeping 9) and additional double couch/bed in the first floor and sofa bed on ground floor. I want to stress that even with 12 people in your party, you will not feel that you are in tight space. On the ground floor there is very large living area with dining table large enough to fit 10 or more people. In the same area are several sofas and chairs in separate corner where one can enjoy TV, card play or evening relaxation. (We brought our DVD player and enjoyed movies in the night on big TV). There is large outside covered patio on 3 sides of the house, outside kitchen, second refrigerator and barbecue area. On the first floor there is spacious living area, and very spacious and covered terrace / balcony ideal for afternoon relaxation or evening dinner. Kitchen is small but fully equipped for every need and Nikos made sure to provide additional items like cold water, wine, and very tasty homemade marmalade. House proved to be cool enough even on hottest days, no need for air conditioning; build and equipped for convenience and comfort. House is surrounded by large and beautiful garden with many fruit trees (figs, kiwis, apples, grapes), some tomatoes, water melons. I highly recommend this house. Ivan

tolle Villa zwischen Bergen und Meer
Wir haben uns eine Woche lang super wohl gefühlt in diesem Traumhaus. Die Lage ist ideal um die Gegend um den Olymp herum zu erkunden und auch für Ausflüge zum Pelion oder nach Thessaloniki oder Meteora bestens geeignet. Der Strand ist ca. 100 m entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, von der hausgemachten Marmelade und den Keksen schwärmen wir immer noch....Das Haus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand, alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht ( und vielem mehr ) Das Haus ist etwas ausserhalb des Ortes, dadurch ist ein Auto schon erforderlich um zum Bäcker oder zum einkaufen oder bummeln zu gelangen. Insgesamt der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen schönen Urlaub, ideal geeignet auch für 2 Familien die zusammen Urlaub machen möchten.
