This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 Bath with 1342 square feet of living space. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak Trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th fairway.
The main floor master suite, with a comfortable king bed adjoining updated master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered wraparound brick paver patio.
The kitchen is updated with quartz counter tops, glass tile back splash and brand new refrigerator. All glassware, utensils, pots, pans coffee maker and etc... are brand new as well.
The Great Room offers a spacious gathering area, with French doors opening onto a covered patio. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee, reading, or just relaxing while enjoying an unobstructed tropical view. A flat screen TV with high definition cable channels and high speed internet are free extras that will make you feel right at home.

Golf getaway
Reserved this stay to entertain my in laws while they were visiting the Carolinas from Minnesota this summer. The first floor condo was perfect for them. They loved being on the golf course and close to the pickleball courts. The beach was also a quick bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes community has everything in close proximity. Would definitely book again.

Great Stay and location!
This is a great and spacious 2 bedroom condo with views of the golf course. Outdoor space was great and allows for outdoor cooking or just checking out the golfers. I would strongly recommend this spacious unit.

This is the only location I have ever booked twice. The layout of the condo is great and it is always so clean, quiet, and comfy. The owners are incredibly helpful- before and during the stay. I highly recommend this location.

Property was just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Well situated on the island close to everything you need. Our condo was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. It was a bonus we could be bring our dog with us.

Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo. Had everything we needed stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of windows that provide bright natural lighting and lovely back patio with views of 14th hole of George Fazio Golf Course. Able to see lots of deer and cranes. Good location in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Close to pool, lots of walking/bike paths and short drive to beach.Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great Stay in Palmetto Dunes
We loved this stay! It was the perfect size for our party of five family and pup! Plenty of towels, linens, dishwasher and laundry soap and and detergent. Everything you think you would need. We especially loved the outside area with our dog Kiki. It was so nice to have her with us on this trip. We are so thankful for this stay!

Great Vacation & Accommodations
We've been to Hilton Head a number of times and it's one of our favorite places to visit. We stayed at Kent & Lisa's over the 4th of July week and it was in a perfect, quiet location that was close to everything. The condo was just the right size for us with our two teens and we weren't stepping over anyone. It was well stocked and comfortable for our week stay. Kent was on-the-spot responsive and I would recommend renting their condo for your next stay.

This family of 4 +dog had a great time. Place had a great quiet view of golf course, pool is a very short walk away. Beach is a 20 min walk thru parklike area. Plenty of room in this nicely well-maintained clean condo. We were very happy and comfortable here. Would definitely go back.

This condo was perfect for my family. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in the front door. Everything worked great, including the AC. Stocked well with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. perfect location. Great communication. I can’t say enough good things.
