Voor gastvrijheid: 11/10

Voor een weekje opaalkust is deze locatie ideaal om van hieruit alle bezienswaardigheden in de streek te verkennen. Het verblijf ligt in een groene omgeving maar toch is het stadje Devres vlakbij en kan men comfortabel boodschappen doen met een drietal supermarkten in de buurt. In het centrum zijn ook enkele eenvoudige eetgelegenheden. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de 2 badkamers zijn netjes en een luxe met 5 volwassenen. Extra punten voor de wifi, televisie, grote koelkast, vaatwas en zeer goed werkende oven met inductie. De eetkamer en keuken zijn iets krapper, maar bij mooi weer kan men genieten van het zonnige terras. Merci Madame Lebeurre pour votre hospitalité!

Abschalten vom Alltag

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gite (mit 2 Fewo’s, wir haben die Fewo links inklusive Dachgeschoss bewohnt) liegt idyllisch am Stadtrand von Devres. Gemütlich auf der Terrasse frühstücken, nach einem Ausflug Grillen oder im Garten entspannt ein Buch lesen - das ist hier möglich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten, die unseren Aufenthalt zu einem erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub gemacht haben.

Idylle pur

Geräumige gut eingerichtete Ferien-Doppelhaushälfte mit Garten in landschaftlich schöner Umgebung. Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cadre idyllique en lisière de forêt et proche de la mer

Le gîte est situé dans une superbe propriété très bien entretenue avec un magnifique jardin. La localisation en campagne au bord de la forêt est idéale pour passer de merveilleux moments en famille et entre amis. Bon emplacement dans la nature pour se relaxer dans le calme

Bon emplacement au calme avec les 2 chevaux des propriétaires, mais flèche un peu mal indiquée à l'arrivée. La maison proposée sur l'image de l'annonce n'était pas la maison qu'on nous louée qui était celle d'à coté, libre pourtant, plus grande et avec terrasse et ave vue sur la forêt. L'électricité n'étant pas incluse dans le prix de la location, et nous avons payé la facture plutôt salée pour 2 jours.

Safe & relaxed stay in beautiful woodlands and a warm & caring host

What a lovely discovery! We really enjoyed the quiet and tranquil Gite near woodlands surrounding and still very close to Boulogne-sur-Mer and other interesting towns. The Gite is spacious, warm and has all the amenities of a home. Because the Gite is part of the farm, the only people to drive down the road are the residents, making this a very safe spot for your children and vehicles. The hosts are also fantastic, they are warm and caring and will ensure you have the best stay. They'll advise you on local places to go and are very helpful/practical. They speak english very well among other languages. They are the best thing of the holiday and made the stay so much easier.

Calme et repos entre terre et mer

Maison correcte pour 2 couples et 4 enfants! Nous n’avons manqué de rien ( peut-être juste de matériel pour cuisiner), parfaitement bien équipé, bonne literie. Endroit retiré et au calme tout en étant proche de Boulogne, Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, Wimereux,... Les hôtes sont de bons conseils, sympathiques et discrets! Très chouette séjour, endroit à recommander.

Joli coin de campagne près de Boulogne

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce gîte avec nos petits enfants. Nous avions choisi cet endroit pour le calme et la nature mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à cause du mauvais temps. De plus sur le site, on annonçait des jeux pour enfants extérieur et intérieur. En fait, pas de balançoire ou toboggan et rien à l'intérieur pour les petits, on a été déçu. Hôtes sympathiques et bonne information pour les balades. Desvres est une jolie bourgade avec pas mal de choses à visiter mais difficile avec les enfants.

Charmant huisje op prachtig domein

Hebben een fantastische tijd gehad hier. Myreille is een fantastische host die ons super vriendelijk onthaald heeft. Huisje is charmant, maar vooral het domein is indrukwekkend en leuk om rond de wandelen. Het huisje op zich was OK. Enkel de leefruimte voor een huisje van 6 tot 8 mensen was wel heel beperkt.

Relaxing short stay at a beautiful countryside cottage

We and our friend's family have just spent a truly great few days in Gite Les Pres Billard. The cottage is both modern and full of charms and the surrounding farm beautifully tranquil. The cottage is located within easy access by road to Le Touquet, Boulogne-Sur-Mer and a number of other lovely seaside towns. After a day's visit, our toddlers and us would enjoy walking around the farm and greeting the residential horses and cows, or simply sitting down with one of the many games or books provided by the hosts. We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks, again, to Mr and Mrs Lebeurre for their warm hospitality. They have been really approachable, have answered all our requests and gone to great length to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The only pity of our trip was that it was too short. What a find! We look forward to come back again in the future. Lots of love, Yingying

Un lieu idéal pour partir en famille.

Nous avons passé d'extraordinaires vacances en famille au gîte des Prés Billard. On ne peut trouver d'accueil plus chaleureux et souriant que celui que nous avons reçu. Nous avons apprécié les conseils donnés sur les activités dans la région. Il y a de nombreuses choses à faire et la mer n'est pas loin pour pouvoir également profiter de la plage. La maison a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer des vacances sereines avec de jeunes enfants. Le domaine est un havre de paix. Nous recommandons cette location à tous.

A lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay here in August. We arrived early but that wasn't a problem - nothing was a problem for the wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to help and advise. Our grandaughter had several pony rides on Peter the Pony, without needing to ask, and loved it! The Gite is very well equipped and comfortable, and has plenty of space with three very good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A nice lounge and dining area with TV (could only find a couple of English news channels out of 1600!) and a selection of books and magazines and childrens board games. It is close enough to town for a walk to the square, but drive if you're going shopping. Town is small and not much is open in the evenings past about 9pm in the way of bars so stock up! Lots to do within 20 minutes drive - Le Touquet, Boulogne, Montruille sur mer are all worth a day out, and so is St Omer on market day (saturday. We went on our way back to Calais to kill time, and it gets you into Calais without using the A16). Make use of the packs of maps if you like a walk - they are very good and easy to follow, and state on the front how difficult they are. Our grandaughter managed a 'medium' 9Km no problem, including a pub stop, so there's no excuse! I would definitely go again - its so easy to get to it would be daft not to.

A nice gite but pictures are deceptive

A nice gite in lovely surroundings and well placed to see the area. However the gite is split in two and this is not shown on the pictures.The rental is not for the full building.but all the upstairs and half of the downstairs with the garden divided by a fence. Struggled to get hot water for 7 people and lack of fixtures such as wardrobes and no mirrors in bedrooms. Only 2 toilets - not what stated in facilities description. No AC and no firewood. Also not complete price as stated as you will be charged for electric. Owners were helpful and our children loved the ponies. We felt the place could have been cleaner (lots of dust). Would probably not stay in this gite again but would return to the area.

Un cadre idyllique, un accueil chaleureux...

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve! Le gîte est très confortable et ne manque de rien. Il est situé au bord d'une rivière, et entouré d'une prairie. Tous les matins, notre grand bonheur était de saluer Peter, le petit Poney, qui venait nous dire bonjour par la fenêtre du salon! De quoi oublier totalement le quotidien, tout en étant situé à 3 minutes à peine de la ville la plus proche. Les propriétaires sont adorables: nous avons été accueilli comme des rois. Ils n'ont pas manqué de nous dispenser de bons conseils pour les endroits à visiter aux alentours et étaient toujours disponibles en cas de question. Nous avons bénéficié d'un temps magnifique, ce qui nous a permis d'aller à la plage située à moins d'une demi-heure du gîte. Nous n'avons qu'une envie: y retourner au plus vite!

welcoming owners, friendly horses and a clean gite

we loved our stay in this lovely gite. The owners are heartwarming and felt at home instantly. the loctation is within an half our drive from nice beaches and walkingdistance from forrest. Our daughter fell in love with the pony which lived next to our garden. We will come back and reccommend it to friends and family

Les Pres Billard

We had a fantastic short break at this beautiful house which is situated at a quiet location near a forest with easy access to a number of locations on the North West coast - Boulogne, Wimereaux, Hardelot, Le Touquet and Montreuil. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and tidy with loads of room for all the family. It has all the amenities you need for all ages and is suitable for both winter and summer holidays. The children (and ourselves!) very much enjoyed spending time with the horses and especially with Peter, the pony who came to say hello at every occasion through our kitchen window. We do miss him! The owners were very welcoming and friendly with lots of helpful information of local places to visit as well as those further afield (we also had a night in Paris). They maintain the house and grounds immaculately and are always at hand. We would highly recommend this place especially if you have a large family and will most definitely be going back again ourselves.

Wunderful!

Wunderful! The best holiday we had. The house is very nice and has a high comfort. It's very clean. The bed is super. We didn't miss anything. The four kids und ourselves had a lot fun. The 4 weeks were wunderful.
