Large 100 m² apartment in the 7th district, composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living space and above everything a unique view on the Invalides. It is also close to the Eiffel Tower, about 15 minutes away by foot.

This 100m² apartment is located in the center of the 7th district and offer a unique view on the Invalides which is the burial site of Napoleon Bonaparte. From the terrace of the apartment, you also see the the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame, the Saint Germain church, the Saint Sulpice church, and finally the Panthéon.

The apartment is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large living room divided in a dining area and a regular living room.

One of the bedroom has its bathroom with toilet attached. The other bathroom is in the beginning of the corridor, next to the kitchen. The second toilet is also in the corridor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a table and stools for the breakfast.

The apartement has a large balcony all around the property. There is a also a table and chairs available for outside meals.

The household linen is provided, there is also an iron, vacuum cleaner, washer and dryer. Wifi is of course working without extra charges.

The apartment has A/C in all bedrooms.

This apartment is located 3 minutes away from the metro station George V (line 1) on the Champs Elysées.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Perfect location, unforgettable views, stay with confidence!

Beautiful high floor, bright apartment with stunning views. Lots of great space including a large dining room table for laptops, comfortable radiator heat and room air conditioners for comfort. Separate bath, shower and half bath gives plenty of room for all. We stayed 16 days. It’s a perfect part of town, great tourist foot traffic during the day, but you feel part of a local neighborhood at night. Beautiful supermarket downstairs, great cafés, bars and Rue Cler street market within 5 minutes walk. Another 5 minutes walk and you’re at the Eifel Tower. Nearby Ecole Militaire metro stop is a super fast connection to Right Bank destinations, and it’s an easy 20-30 minute walks to anything in St Germain des Pres or the Seine. Like another reviewer had written, it is a perfect retreat from long walks in this stunning city. Book with confidence, we would definitely return. 5 stars also to GlamaParis for their welcoming service and attentiveness. It’s an easy choice – book it!

Absolutely stunning view of Les Invalides

We loved our stay here. The apartment was amazing, with all the art the owners have collected. Very fun to see it all! The neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you'll need--a grocery store, a boulangerie, Rue Cler (which you have to visit at least once!). The best part of the apartment is the view of Les Invalides and the fact that we could sit out on the balcony to enjoy the evening (and see it light up every night at about 10:14 pm). We figured out we could see about 10 landmark monuments or places from the balcony. So fun, especially when we've visited most of them. Paul met us the first day and was so nice to explain everything to us. Gratefully, he was there when the construction was loud in the above apartment (that was undergoing renovations). We gave him a tentative schedule of when we planned to be in and out of the apartment, because after all, we know construction doesn't just stop when reservations have been made! [And to be fair, he had emailed us two months before, warning us of this new development. Very professional, in our opinion!] Despite 3 afternoons of drilling, the rest of our 3-week stay was fine, and Paul (and the owner) were generous in refunding us a large amount, just to compensate us for the bit of noise we had. We were surprised. Not often do you get a company to back their rental so well, and not often do you get such great service. We'd go back in a heartbeat...

Beautiful Paris Apartment!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The property is elegant, yet very comfortable, stocked with everything one could possibly want or need - including a nice bottle of champagne when we arrived. A grocery store, Metro station and several bistros and cafes are steps away from the door. The location is ideal, within walking distance of many Paris attractions. And last but not least, the view from the terrace is unparalleled! We counted at least eight iconic sites from the comfort of our chairs while enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. In addition, communication with the property management group was excellent, before our arrival, during our stay and upon our departure from the apartment. Five stars is the max for a VRBO review, but I’d like it give this apartment six!

Absolutely Perfect Accommodations and Location in Paris!

This property is beautiful - a great location in the 7th Arrondissement on a high floor that featured beautiful views. The space in the apartment is lovely and the layout - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen - was perfect for 4 people. All heat, water, appliances worked perfectly. The staff managing the apartment was very helpful, always available to answer questions in a timely manner, and very friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the property and the managing agency to anyone.

It made Paris come alive for us

What a great apartment. The location and views are outstanding. The Glamparis organization was outstanding. Having a drink on the balcony after a long day sightseeing and shopping was a highlight of our trip. Thank god we had air conditioning during the heat wave. We would definitely stay there again.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer phantastischen Lage!

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben im April eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos den Anschein hat, aber das tut dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist etwas älter und es sind einige Antiquitäten dabei, was die Höhe der zu hinterlegenden Kaution erklärt. Einen kleinen Mangel in der Küchenausstattung , den wir per sms reklamierten, wurden binnen kürzester Zeit behoben zusammen mit einer formvollendeten Entschuldigung. Die Lage ist unglaublich gut: Man erreicht den Eiffelturm zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, die Metro-Station "Ecole militaire" in 5 Minuten. Alles ist von dort gut zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!!

Lovely Paris Apartment

The apartment that we rented in Paris was wonderful. It has a great location and was exactly what was listed in its description. The apartment was clean and lovely - a true Paris gem. We loved our balcony where we could enjoy wine and our view of the Hotel de Invalides. I would defiantly recommend this company and property to a friend or relative.
