2 bathrooms (one of which in the bedroom).
Enchanting sandy beach at 50 meters with beautiful surrounding cliffs which can be accessed via a staircase immediately in front of the house.
There is also the possibility of renting, with a surcharge, the wine cellar which shares with the house only access from the car park. This is NEVER rented individually, possibly it could be used by the owners as a foothold should it be necessary to go to Villasimius. In any case, it will in no way disturb the peace and privacy.

A well-fed end of the year

Accommodation was fine. The view from the terrace and the overall location of the accommodation was excellent. The equipment and the condition of the property was a little outdated for our taste, but nothing that would hinder us. Certainly, many things could be improved.

Heaven on earth! A true gem

Big patio overlooking the sea, perfect for early coffee and sundowners. Outdoor dining overlooking the sea. Peaceful area, although singer from hotel performed until 11pm. Private beach so close, down a flight of stairs. Outdoor shower perfect. Bbq facilities good. Walk to main beach Spiaggia Quintco quick on well worn paths which is a spectacular way to spend a summer day. Check in and out efficient. Communication excellent. There is a coffee machine. Harbour for excursions 2 min drive. Villasimius a 10 min drive for shopping, dining. Plenty parking on site.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf das Meer. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, die kalte und warme Aussendusche und der gemauerte Grill sind ebenfalls toll. Jetzt im Oktober sehr ruhige Lage, nachts hört man nur das Rauschen der Wellen!

Wieder erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft - und ich kann nur wiederholen, was ich vor zwei Jahren geschrieben habe. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, nahe am Strand/Meer, schöne Aussicht und gute Umgebung, Hr. Stefano super nett und freundlich.

Herrliches Haus, wunderbarer Strand

Wir genossen das gemütliche Haus mit dem tillen Auslick auf das Meer, ebenso den netten, sauberen Strand. Stefano war sehr freundlich und nett. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter.

Für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Angefangen von der Kommunikation vor der Anreise, über den Checkin mit Stephano (👍👍👍) bis zur Ausstattung einfach super ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stephano war bei Fragen jederzeit sofort erreichbar Die kleine Bucht direkt am Haus liegt sehr geschützt und ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Dieses Objekt hat eine phantastische Lage. 2. Meereslinie und dank der Hanglage vollumfänglichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse liegt zum Teil genau in Meeresrichtung, so dass man beim Essen einen tollen Blick hat. Der Außenbereich ist absolut toll und eure Augen werden verwöhnt werden, angesichts der großen schönen Palmen, der Oleander und der übrigen Gartengestaltung. Das hat uns absolut gut gefallen. Weniger gut ist der Innenbereich, der schon sehr grenzwertig ist. Wir wollten eigentlich unser eigenes Bettzeug aufziehen, aber eines der Zimmer war gegen Aufpreis mit Bettwäsche bereits versorgt. Trotzdem haben wir nochmal unser eigenes aufgezogen und dabei die Matratzen gesehen. Lieber Vermieter, es gibt Matratzenschoner, sonst wird es auf Dauer echt eklig. Leider war viel Geschirr noch fettig vom Vormieter. Die Küche ist schon mächtig in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Zimmer und Bäder sind nicht wirklich schön. Insgesamt ist dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Leider ist ein direkter Nachbar ein Hotel, sodass jeden Abend von dort die entsprechende Musik und die damit verbundenen lauten Geräusche nur durch Ohropax zu ertragen waren. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, da das Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung liegt. Der Südosten ist mit seiner Natur und seinen Sandstränden ein Besuch wert.

Tolle Ferien

Tolle Lage - wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer (noch besser als auf den Fotos) und bei etwas Wellengang kann man das Meer sogar hören. Also schöner Panoramablick, auch von der Küche aus. Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, alles nötige vorhanden, die Betten/Matratzen waren gut. Der Strand ist wirklich mit der kurzen Wegstrecke schnell zu erreichen, das Meer wunderschön (keine Seeigel), der Zugang von Strand sehr angenehm. Wir haben mit unserem Paddelboot schöne Ausflüge unternommen, auch für kurze - mittlere Wanderungen ist die Lage ideal. Gute Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge zu den anderen Ständen. Wir haben uns sehr viel im Haus bzw. auf den Terrassen aufgehalten, oft gegrillt und in den zehn Tagen die Ruhe und Aussicht genossen!

Traumobjekt mit fehlender Liebe zum Detail

Super Lage, mit gigantischem Meerblick und wunderbarer Terrasse. Leider gab es auch einiges auszusetzen. Keine Liegen im Aussenbereich. WLAN hatte 10 Nächte „Störung“ vom Mobilfunkanbieter. Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft. Wir mussten das Objekt erst mal selber reinigen damit es unseren Ansprüchen genügte. Mit kleinen Investitionen und einer ordentlichen Reinigung wäre das Objekt der Traum schlechthin. So müssen wir leider festhalten, dass der Mietpreis übertrieben ist.

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison pleine de charme avec mon mari et nos 3 fils. La vue de la terrasse, bien abritée et donnant sur la mer est splendide. Stefano, qui s'occupe du jardin nous a bien recu et Federica, l'une des propriétaires, qui parle bien français a pu nous guider quans nous avions besoin de certains renseignements. Les plages aux alentours notamment celle de Villasimius et celles de la Costa Rei sont magnifiques, sable fin blanc et mer turquoise. La petite crique en bas de la maison est jolie mais peu accessible pour la baignade. Le bémol ou l'avantage de cette maison (selon la perspective où l'on se place) c'est qu'elle n'a pas de WiFi. Du coup pour une période de "digital detox" c'est l'idéal;-)

Impeccable

Nichée dans la conviviale cala Cala Caterina , la villa nous a offert un séjour des plus agréables. Une petite plage sympa tout plein vous attend à 5 minutes. les abords généreusement végétalisés sont parfaitement entretenus. Il Signor Stefano, disponible et discret est très réactif. Villasimius est une bourgade à taille humaine très accueillante (très bienveillante à l'égard de mon Italien approximatif !) Nous avions besoin d'un peu de lumière, de calme et de sérénité à l'automne d'une année 2020 très perturbée. le contrat fut pleinement rempli grazie mille. Doris et Daniel 67500

Top locatie

Supermooie locatie en slaapkamers en badkamer in orde. Enkel de keuken was niet zo uitgerust maar genoeg voor voor 5 mensen te koken. Best een auto huren als je er bent want er is geen winkel op wandelafstand.

Vista mare spettacolare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa per un mese tra luglio e agosto ed è stata una scelta ottima. La posizione della casa e’ bellissima con una vista mare dalla terrazza unica. La posizione alla spiaggia di Cala Caterina è perfetta per chi vuole uscire di casa scendere una piccola scalinata e trovarsi in spiaggia. La spiaggia di Santo Stefano invece dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. La zona è residenziale e molto tranquilla frequentata solo dai residenti. La distanza da Villasimius e’ di pochi km. La casa è molto carina e dotata di tutti i confort. La doterei di connessione Wi-Fi per permettere al giorno d’oggi di potersi collegare anche per chi come noi ha fatto una vacanza lunga e avrebbe dovuto anche per lavoro potersi connettere. Gentilissimo e disponibile il custode. Sicuramente dovessimo tornare la risceglieremmo.

Haus in sehr schöner Lage , ideal für eine Familie. Tolle Terrassen, gepflegtes Grundstück.

Very nice Villa, the terasse was incredibale

The arrival was ok, villa was great also the terasse , we saw beautiful sundowns. The only thing which was disappointig was the housekeeper. We crashed an old sunchair and told it to him. He said that we have to pay xx €, we said that we won't pay this. Then he telephoned to Frederica and at the end, we had to pay less than half nur anyway. Second topic was that the housekeeper forced us to bring the plastic and glass waste to a public discharge place in the Village. We think that this behaviour was not appropriate concerning that we had to make an extra payment for cleaning. Overall a nice place beside the final Check out.

Emplacement ideal

Vue époustouflante, 4 plages à 5 minutes à pied, et Vilasimius a 10 minutes en voiture : le rêve ! Villa parfaite pour nous 5, et Stefano aux petits soins. Grazzie mile !!

gepflegtes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Der Blick von den 4 Terrassen auf Meer, Berge und Gärten ist sehr schön, eigentlich handelt es sich um eine große Haushälfte mit umgebendem Garten. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern , gut ausgestatteter Küche mit Meerblick bietet es reichlich Platz. Die sardische Deko macht das Haus gemütlich. Es liegt praktisch in 2. Reihe gleich hinter der schönen Badebucht Cala Caterina mit glasklarem Meerwasser, nicht nur zum Baden super, sondern auch zum Schnorcheln. Stefano hat sich um unseren Check-in und unsere Wünsche gekümmert und war als Ansprechpartner wichtig. Seine Einkaufstipps ( z.B. Samstagsmarkt ) haben uns unverzichtbare Dienste geleistet. Mit Federica war die Kommunikation immer super freundlich und schnell. Im nahen Villasimius ist man mit 2 Supermärkten , 2 Fischläden und vielen Restaurants gut versorgt. Die Pizza bei Pepe Nero hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. In der 1. Juniwoche war es noch kühl, so sind wir direkt vom Haus aus aufs Capo Carbonara gewandert und haben die Strände erkundet, in der 2. Woche war dann Badewetter ( Meerwasser war nich frisch ). Die warme Aussendusche war dann ein echter Luxus. Grazie mille Federica !

Nice to come back

We have came back after two years. Villa is nicely maintained, clean with plenty of space. Very close to few beaches. All area is amazing with plenty of opportunities for snorkeling, swimming, hiking, cycling with amazing seafood restaurants.

Wunderschöner Ferienort, ideale Lage, super Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche im Juni in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Lage etwas erhöht vom Meer. Das schönste dieses Ferienhauses war die Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Bucht. Ein kleiner Sandstrand in ca 100m über eine Treppe / Weg zu erreichen. Leider um diese Jahreszeit mit sehr viel Seegras am Strand, darum nicht ideal, um am Strand zu liegen. Baden war trotzdem wunderschön. Weitere schöne Strände in Gehdistanz oder kurzer Autodistanz ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Die Räume des Hauses sind grosszügig, freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, genügend Geschirr und viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Zum Teil ältere Ausstattung (Küchenschubladen klemmen, schlechte WC-Spülung). Aber die schöne Lage machen dies mehr als wett. Unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Very good located with a perfect sea view

For up to 6 people a perfect base to reach beautiful beaches. A very kind landlady which always was available and responded within a very short time. The caretaker always was very fast if something had to be fixed. We felt very comfortable, I recommend the premises and would try to rent it again if I went to Sardinia again.
