About this property

Flowered Domus with balcony.

Bright central apartment located in a quiet area not far from the historic center and the sea.
It 'very nice, friendly and clean.
It has two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the main street.
It is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, TV, dv player, guides, books .. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, oven, microwave, frigofreezer, toaster, kettle, coffeemakers. The very spacious bathroom has a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Are available, sheets, blankets, towels.
For younger guests we have a cot and high chair.
The Lido can be reached on foot via the Bousquet promenade in just 10 minutes, or by bike. The bus station is located very close to the apartment, 5 minutes walk, for the beaches and the airport.
The area is quiet but well served by various types of shops. The supermarket is practically under the house as well as the pizzeria, "La Lucerna" where you can enjoy a great pizza, according to the best of Alghero!
At 50 m from the house there is an 'excellent restaurant, "La saletta", here you can enjoy typical Sardinian cuisine, such as ravioli, gnocchetti and the piglet in the oven.
You will find free parking in the street of the apartment, in the house.
To reach the historic center, you can stroll along the Dante promenade, with its stalls, immersed in the scent of the sea and in less than 10 minutes you will be in front of the Aragonese towers, in Piazza Sulis.

Goede ligging ,korte wandeling naar oude centrum. Pizzeria gaf geen last ,die onder het appartement is.maar was nog geen hoogseizoen. Alles aanwezig en schoon. Nadia is goed bereikbaar en we konden eerder in het appartement. Balkon is aan best drukke straat en soms wel wat lawaaierig,maar ook weer gezellig mensen kijken.

Great apt 10 minute walk to the historical Center and the port of Alghero

We rented a 1 bedroom apt ( there is another bedroom that can be unlocked making it suitable for 2 couples) on Via Sassari very near all the action in Alghero. The place was as described, was clean, well supplied and in a typical, safe neighbourhood. There is a great pizzeria next door. Nadia, the owner is very helpful and available to answer questions and give recommendations. It is good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Very nice accomodation in Alghero

Appartment was clean, completely furnished. The owner, Nadia was very helpful and willing, great customer- service. Appartment on the picture with terrace is another one, but this one had a good price, was big enough and had everything needed, even iron, washing mashine....Close to the flat is supermarket, pizzeria and caffe really close. Also market with fresh fish and seafood is close. Also historical center is up to 10 minutes slow walk. Renting a bike is a good option, as far as the best beaches are maybe 5km from there, very beatiful, clean, sandy. I would recommend this accomodation to friends comming to Alghero.

Pleasant flat in good location

Nadia was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. She gave us lots of tips about places to eat etc. We had some trouble with the wi fi on and off, which she tried to resolve. The flat was in the perfect location for us, close to everything including an easy 10 min walk to the bus stop for the bus to/from the airport. The flat has a large bathroom (shower over bath) with a washing machine. The kitchen/dining/living area is all in one, with a small sofa and a small tv. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom has a very big and very comfortable bed. The street was quiet in the evenings, though there is a wood-fired pizza restaurant downstairs which may be busy in the summer? It's a great place to eat, anyway! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alghero - the sun was shining (most of the time), the old town was beautiful, and there were no crowds.

Piacevole soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Alghero nel periodo natalizio e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto confortevole e ben curato, situato in una posizione comoda sia per il centro che per il lungomare Valencia dal quale abbiamo ammirato meravigliosi tramonti. La vicinanza con il supermercato è' stata molto utile perché eravamo privi di auto.

Piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Alghero nel periodo natalizio e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto confortevole e ben curato, situato in una posizione comoda sia per il centro che per il lungomare Valencia dal quale abbiamo ammirato meravigliosi tramonti.
