Wonderful apartment in the center of Santander with all the comforts. The whole apartment is brand new. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the services within reach. It has a living room with kitchenette with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer / dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils), a room with a double bed (1.35cm), another room with a trundle bed (two 90cm beds ), and full bathroom with shower.
It has an optional garage 250m walk from the house.
We also offer babysitting and catering services, these services are also not included in the price of the apartment.
Optional parking price 19 € / day.

/!/ FRANCAIS, CASTELLANO, ENGLISH /!/ Je n'ai pas pu séjourné dans cette appartement car je me suis trompée d'un mois dans les dates de réservation. N'étant pas hispanophone, nous avons rencontré des problèmes de communication qui ont fait que j'ai compris mon erreur le jour de la réservation. Je suis une étudiante de 23 ans avec un petit budget. La location pour 3 jours représente un loyer pour moi. Après milles excuses auprès de la propriétaire, je lui ai demandé si un remboursement serait envisageable, pas forcement total et je lui ai laissé le choix de me proposer une solution. Cette personne n'a rien voulu entendre et je n'ai pas été remboursé d'un seul centime. Personne vraiment pas arrangeante qui fait payer très cher une erreur. A éviter ! - No estuve en ese depto porque me equivoqué en las fechas (de un mes). Soy estudiante, tengo 23 y un bajo presupuesto. Para mi, 3 días en ese depto representa un alquiler de un mes. Pedi perdón muchas veces pero esa persona no quiso devolverme mi dinero, ni siquiera una parte, ni siquiera proponerme una solución. Evitenlo ! - I didn't stay in this flat because I made a mistake and I reserved the wrong dates. i'm a 23 yo student with a low budget. For me, 3 days in this flat cost one month's rent. I begged forgiveness several times but this person doesn't want to give me my money back or even a part of it or suggest me an other solution. Avoid it !

Muy buen apartamento en el centro de Santander.

Es un apartamento nuevo, con todas las comodidades, en pleno centro de Santander, en la plaza porticada, nada más salir del portal estás en plena zona de tapeo y de tiendas. Decorado con gusto, las dos habitaciones eran amplias (sobre todo la de matrimonio), cocina bien equipada, con microondas, fregaplatos, y hasta lavadora-secadora... en la realidad es igual que en las fotos que se publican en el anuncio. La limpieza impecable. Nos pareció un muy buen apartamento para estar cómodo en Santander. Quizá, por sacarle alguna pega, sería mejorable el tema del olor de las tuberías del baño, que obliga a ventilar con frecuencia, y que es un primero que da a un patio interior. Pero estas circunstancias no merman la calidad del apartamento, la situación inmejorable que tiene y los días tan buenos que pasamos. Repetiría sin dudar. Mónica, la anfitriona, muy agradable.
