It is in a green and flowers, we offer the Strasbourg doors a very nice apartment with 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet (2nd WC accessible in the basement) lounge and dining room. Two bedrooms, 1 with desk and free wifi internet connection. This furnished accommodation has a large private garden. In the summer we have at your disposal: garden furniture, chairs, barbecue, ping pong table and bicycles. Nearby you will find all the amenities desired. perfect in every way

We spent a week at this wonderful apartment and would have stayed longer if we could. Our hosts were so nice to work with in ensuring our stay was perfect. We were welcomed by Pierre & Simone as well as Simone’s sister Sabine. They ensured she was there just so communications would go smoothly (Sabine’s English was the best among the 3; our French was very poor!). The freshly baked kougelhopf and refreshments were a nice welcoming surprise. Our hosts provided lots of information regarding the city and the region and remained a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Perfect hosts! The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need and more: linens, food, toiletries, small appliances, etc. The backyard, complete with swingset/playhouse/lovely flora was a favorite of our children. The location is perfectly situated in a quiet suburb 4 km from the city center and 700 m from the tram stop. Grocery and take-out restaurants were nearby as well. We did have a car which made visiting the nearby cities along the wine route a breeze but you could navigate without one as well. Strasbourg itself is a beautiful & interesting city full of fascinating sights and tastes. Alsace is a region that is a great mix of French and German culture, friendly people and postcard-perfect scenery. Sadly, we did not learn as much French as we hoped before our travels, but our efforts to speak the little we knew were met by warm smiles and patience. We hope to be back to see Strasbourg and the Selig family in the future!

Ein Feriendomizil zum Wohlfühlen

Unsere Erwartungen infolge der Fotos und Beschreibungen wurden weit übertroffen, was nicht zuletzt an der sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Art der beiden Gastgeber Simone et Pierre liegt. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung mit Gartennutzung ist sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit allen Verbrauchsmaterialien in Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Der gefüllte Kühlschrank für die ersten Tage und das leckere Essen am ersten Abend lässt sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Durch die gute Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man leicht auf sein Auto verzichten, um entspannt in einer halben Stunde in die Innenstadt von Straßburg zu gelangen. Dieses Feriendomizil können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Vielmols merci, Simone et Pierre!

Perfekter Wohlfühl-Urlaub mit Kindern

Der Aufenthalt war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wunderschön. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind wunderbar gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass bei unserer Ankunft ein recht großer Pool aufgebaut war, in dem wir uns nach langer Fahrt und großer Hitze erstmal abkühlen konnten. Am Abend der Anreise haben wir ein sehr gutes warmes Abendessen erhalten, dass wir im Garten zu uns nahmen. Der Kühlschrank war üppig gefüllt, sodass wir auch den Sonntag gut überstanden haben. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an der sehr herzlichen Art der Gastgeber lag, die uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch waren. Es war sehr viel schönes Spielzeug für drinnen und draußen vorhanden, sodass es nie langweilig wurde. Besonders gut fanden die Kinder das Spielhaus und das Trampolin im Garten. Alles in allem gibt es nur Positives zu berichten. Wir planen wiederzukommen und würden die Ferienwohnung auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Superbe! Wonderful! Sehr Gut!

In any language, this spot is a gem. The owner of this apartment has extraordinary attention to detail and puts her heart into all she does! The apartment is immaculate and the traveler's every need is anticipated and perfectly met. La propriètaire nous a gatés dès notre arrivée avec un repas régional et des specialités de la région pour le petit déjeuner--y compris un kügelhopf! There are good quality bikes at the house that can be borrowed for excursions--we recommend the fabulous bike path along the canal which goes to Strasbourg in one direction and winds through farms (including the famous cignolles parmis les vaches!) and villages the other.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern, 2 und 4 Jahre alt, wunderschöne Ferien in Lingolsheim verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell, freundlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, man braucht nichts Zusätzliches mitzunehmen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Garten kann man alleine nützen und ist ein wahres Paradies für die Kinder. Schaukel, kleines Spielhaus , Traktor, Sandkasten und weiters Spielzeug sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun umgeben und man kann sein Auto im umzäunten Hof abstellen. Uns wurden zwei Fahrräder mit Kindersitzen zur Verfügung gestellt, die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad oder den Inline-Skates. In Lingolsheim hat es Bäckereien und Supermärkte, die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt hat es einen Spielplatz. Nach einem Fussmarsch von 10-15 min erreicht man die Endhaltestelle des Trams, das direkt in ca. 20-25 min ins Zentrum von Strasbourg fährt. Strasbourg ist unbedingt ein Besuch wert! Bei schlechtem Wetter zaubert Simone Spielsachen für drinnen hervor und hat unzählige Vorschläge, was man trotz schlechtem Wetter unternehmen kann. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheissen und fühlten uns sehr wohl in Lingolsheim. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Phantastisch

Eine sehr helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Der Blick in den Garten ist herrlich. Phantastisch sind die Vermieter, welche bei aller Diskretion das Wohl der Gäste immer im Auge haben. Wir wurden köstlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Im Haus ist alles da. Lingolsheim ist ein Vorort von Strassburg mit guter Tramanbindung und ein gute Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen hat wenige Flüge und hat uns, obwohl sehr lärmempfindlich, nicht gestört. Bei Fragen nach Ausflugstipps wurden wir gleich mit tollen Tipps und Informationsmaterial versorgt. So hatten wir einen ganz sorglosen Aufenthalt, konnten Strassburg, die Weinstraße und die Nordvogesen genießen. Vielen Dank!!

Quel bonheur et quel accueil!

L'appartement est situé à quelques minutes de marche du tram; vous êtes donc au centre de Strasbourg en une petite quinzaine. Les photos décrivent bien l'ensemble et les lieux sont d'une propreté étincellante, les literies et serviettes aussi! Le jardin est magnifique et devient une oasis par temps caniculaire. Par contre, même si vous examinez bien les photographies, une chose demeure invisible....parce qu'il faut la vivre, tout simplement. La gentillesse des propriétaires est incroyable et ceux-ci s'adapteront sans aucun problème à votre style de vacanciers. Respectueux de votre intimité, ils savent être présents sans l'être! Souhaitez-vous des suggestions? Ils se feront un grand plaisir de vous fournir l'information nécessaire, des documents, des plans. Vous désirez plus de discrétion? Aucune crainte car Pierre et Simone vous demandent même la permission de passer devant vos fenêtres pour l'arrosage des fleurs! Nous étions 4 adultes, Québécois de bonne humeur. Nous en revenons avec le souvenir d'un séjour impérissable et maintenant, nous avons une partie de notre "famille' à Lingolsheim! À bientôt Simone et Pierre!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Simone und Pierre war sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (7 und 4) eine Woche in Lingolsheim und wir waren begeistert. Das Appartment war von den Lebensmitteln bis zum Liegesessel hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, so dass wir das schlechte Wetter ein wenig mit Spielen und Carrera Bahn fahren überbrücken konnten. Simone hatte sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, so dass wir jeden Tag etwas entdecken konnten. Das Elsass ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Es gibt einige Burgen zu besichtigen und Strassburg hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Das Appartment und die Region sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Je recommande +++++++++

C'est déjà notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement et l'accueil des propriétaires est toujours aussi chaleureux. La hauteur des prestations de ce lieu est exceptionnelle que ce soit au niveau de l'équipement que des petites attentions de nos hôtes. Le lieu est bien situé et desservi par le tramway à proximité. Destination féérique pour ses nombreux marchés de Noël alsaciens, dans un cadre verdoyant au coeur de la route des vins d'alsace. A bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures (visite du musée automobile, EuropaPark ...). Un grand merci pour nos hôtes. Famille Parzyck

Um lugar que vale a pena ficar

Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados neste apartamento de 08 a 15 de novembro de 2012. Simone e Pierre foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e nos forneceram todas as informações para conhecer Estrasburgo e as vilas da Alsacea. É um lugar tranquilo, seguro, próximo da estação de trem e de outras facilidades, como supermercado. O lugar é melhor do que aparece na descrição e fica a poucos minutos do centro de Estrasburgo. O apartamento é amplo, super organizado, arrumado com com muito zelo é tudo de bom. Nós concordamos com tantos que avaliaram este local como SUPER LEGAL e recomendamos este local. Alceu e Elizete.

Non bastano cinque stelle....

assolutamente tutto perfetto..... cominciamo dalla casa: grande, pulitissima, curata in ogni minimo particolare; abbiamo trovato di tutto dal sapone al detersivo, dall'occorrente per la prima colazione all'olio, sale, frutta...e all'arrivo aperitivo di benvenuto e cena alsaziana offerta dai proprietari; giardino: meraviglioso, con dondoli, sdraio, giochi per bambini....quasi ti viene voglia di non uscire per goderlo fino in fondo; i proprietari: Simone e Pierre sono di una disponibilità e ospitalità unica, che non si può descrivere...è stato davvero difficile, dopo cinque giorni, dover andare via. Secondo me e la mia famiglia è un alloggio a 10 stelle.

Tres bon maison, TRES recommandee!

We waren blij verrast met dit mooie appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer schoon, prachtige ruime tuin; zowel met de auto als met openbaar vervoer prima gelegen ten opzichte van Strassbourg en de "campagne". Zeer hartelijke gastvrije eigenaren die tegelijk uiterst behulpzaam zijn en de gasten toch alle privacy laten. Een absolute aanrader!

De eigenaren zijn buitengewoon aardig (maar zeker niet opdringerig) en doen hun uiterste best om hun gasten warm welkom te heten en een échte vakantie te bezorgen. En daar slagen ze uitstekend in! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien (o.a. vaatwasser, oven, magnetron en wasmachine). Het prettige is ook dat er allerlei kleine huishoudelijke zaken aanwezig zijn: bijv. beddegoed, (af-)wasmiddel, olie, wat kruiden, voortreffelijke ontbijtproducten. Ook aan kleine kinderen is gedacht: kinderstoel, campingbedje, een heerlijke tuin met speelhuisje, wat speelgoed. En uiterst comfortabele tuinstoelen voor de ouders. Verder is alles keurig netjes en schoon.Lingolsheim zelf is niet erg de moeite waard, maar de tram brengt je in een half uurtje naar hartje Straatsburg. Verder liggen de prachtige Route des Vins, de Vogezen en Mont St. Odile op een klein stukje rijden.Wij hebben genoten van een échte vakantie! Dit is echt een aanrader!

Jolie prestation, chaleureuse et agréable.

Un bonheur d’être accueilli ainsi! Discrétion et disponibilité sont les maitres mots. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. La proximité du tram met le cœur de Strasbourg à portée de main. Nos hôtes nous ont gentiment véhiculé de l’aéroport à la résidence. Rien d’autre à dire si ce n’est que nous n’avons pas hésité à revenir en ce lieu si agréable à vivre! Parmi nos escapades, nous avons apprécié les bains municipaux de Strasbourg, étonnant par leur architecture, nous avons nagé dans un autre temps.

Appartement idéalement situé

Des propriétaires tout autant discrets qu'attentionnés. Un appartement très propre, très soigné, un décor raffiné. Idéalement placé pour visiter Strasbourg et sa région. Le jardin recueille de mille et une occupations pour les enfants de tout âge, garçon comme fille (table de ping pong, maison et cuisine, balançoire, jeux de société, raquettes badmington...) et pour les parents chaises longues et tables de jardin, avec de bons romans d'intrigues! Quatre jours pour souffler. Merci à Simone et Pierre: on se sent vraiment bien chez vous, et j'ai bien compris que c'était ce qui était le plus important pour vous. Une belle réussite!

Très bon standing

L'appartement est très beau, très bien aménagé et équipé. Il y a également un très beau jardin très appréciable. Accueil très chaleureux, disponible. Bien situé à la fois pour accéder au centre ville de Strasbourg en tram ou bus et comme point de départ vers les vallées ou vignobles.

Geschackvoll eingerichtete helle Wohnung in Top Zustand und ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, ideal für Familien mit bis zu 2 Kindern. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich in jeder Hinsicht um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemühen. Schöner Garten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Stadt oder in die Vogesen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Nous avons été accueilli avec un apéritif composé produits du terroir très rafraichissant après un long voyage. L'appartement est propre et refait à neuf, il comprend tout le nécesaire pour les enfants en bas âge (baignoire, réhausseur, matelas à langer, nombreux jeux pour enfants dans le jardin...). Le jardin est très agréable en été.
