Great place and location

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy and plenty of space. Super location in a nice neighborhood close to everything- but still nice and quiet. Communication was very smooth and helpful.

First Visit to Marrakesh

Myself and adult son had an amazing holiday in Marrakesh, the apartment is well located, near enough to the mayhem of the Medina but a nice retreat to somewhere peaceful at the end of the day. We had excellent communication with the host who arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and also return for our flights home. The apartment is well appointed, clean, great having two bathrooms and we would certainly recommend for future guests.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Marrakech. Allereerst een compliment voor de contactpersoon Olivier. Hij reageert nagenoeg direct op al onze vragen. We maakten gebruik van het aanbod om voor 150 MAD ons bij het vliegveld te laten ophalen. De chauffeur stond overigens buiten de aankomsthal. Het appartement bevindt zich binnen 5 minuten in de nieuwe wijk Gueliz met de gele M, een groot aantal winkels waaronder een winkelcentrum en diverse restaurantjes (tip: 16Cafe). De Majorelle Garden is een klein 15-20 minuten lopen, dit geldt ook voor de Koutabiamoskee. Het appartement bevat een goed werkende airco en twee badkamers. We mistten wel een aantal extra handdoeken, er zijn er slechts vier aanwezig. Een tip is om ergens nog een kapstok op te hangen. De toegang is via een zogenaamde druppel sleutel. Een fijn balkon kijkt uit op de straat en is een groot deel van de dag in de schaduw. We hadden wat problemen met de koelkast, maar op de hoogste stand koelde die afdoende. Olivier zou de koelkast laten nakijken. Een groot voordeel is de aanwezigheid van een kleine supermarkt (vooral voorverpakte goederen, geen verse groenten of fruit) letterlijk om de hoek, net als een bakkerij met heerlijk gebak en lekkere stokbroden. We hadden geen geluidsoverlast van de buren. Het appartement is op de eerste verdieping, een lift is aanwezig.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cet appartement, très confortable, spacieux, très bien équipé et très propre. Sa situation dans une résidence sécurisée gardiennée proche des commerces et des lieux incontournables de Marrakech est fort appréciable La piscine sur la terrasse est un plus indéniable Tout ici est remarquable et conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Aucunes mauvaises surprises vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Un accueil remarquable de la part d’Olivier qui à toujours une oreille attentive et qui a toujours une solution a tout problème éventuel même de dernière minute comme une serrure de valise récalcitrante. En résumé ici tout invite à des vacances reposantes dans un cadre hyper agréable avec un environnement représentatif de l’hospitalité Marocaine. Une référence pour nous qui venons à Marrakech depuis maintenant 10 ans. Nous le recommandons et reviendrons dès que possible. Continuez comme ça.

Great apartment

The apartment has a fantastic location in the new part of Marrakech and is only about 10 min from the Medina. It’s spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It’s on a quiet street and you can easily enjoy relaxing on the terrace or by the pool on the roof. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Mr Vu Dang is friendly and welcoming, and responds immediately to any queries. Our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend the apartment to any visitors.

Bon séjour

Location bien située pour ceux qui veulent être proche de tout et spécialement du centre de Gueliz....tout à proximité. ..literie confortable....surface agréable....la piscine sur le toit est plus un bassin qu'une piscine mais peut suffire pour se rafraîchir. ....propreté cuisine moyenne..nous avons dû acheter des produits pour la nettoyer correctement. ..pommeau de douche à changer d'après moi car les jets partent dans tous les sens et en prenant une douche on met de l eau de partout. Mais rien de grave tout de même. Le système de douche à jets mérite une révision ou de le changer par un pommeau simple....propriétaire très discret mais qui habite dans l immeuble en cas de problème. Bonne isolation phonique. Pas d'aspirateur: dommage car le tapis aurait mérité un petit coup de nettoyage. Et les coussins du salon mériteraient d être lavés. Voilà mais globalement plutôt bien.

nous avons passe un excellent séjour a Marrakech dans cet appartement très confortable, spacieux et propre , la literie est parfaite et nous le recommandons vivement pour vos séjours a Marrakech. les photos correspondent a la description de la location et de son équipement, l'emplacement de l'appartement est bien situé dans une belle résidence calme et sécurisée . proche de tout les commerces et transports ,la place jemaa el fna et la médina a quelques minutes en taxi qui vous y conduit pour 20 dirhams . La piscine sur la terrasse est un pur bonheur en été . appartement sans mauvaises surprises , adresse a recommander sans hésiter et un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil sympathique et ses très bons conseils .

FABULOUS....

Overall a Great experience for myself & my family members! We are in love with Marrakech. The owners hospitality is what sets this place apart. He is a very sweet & attentive property manager. He was friendly during the booking process & during our stay. He provided us a bottle of mineral-water upon our arrival. We would also like to thank the concierge who was always ready to open the entrance door for us. The appartment was clean & very comfortable.........giving us a feeling like we were home away from home! We enjoyed lounging on the beautiful terrace....after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated all of the towels & duvets provided. The appartment is located in a Great & Safe neighborhood & is close to the medina, the souks, great restaurants, trendy bars, the mc donnalds, kfc, zara & mango......... I totally recommend this nice appartment to anyone interested!! We look forward to visiting again. AU REVOIR ;)

Je suis tres satisfaite du logement, l emplacement est ideal, le quartier et le voisinage est tres agreable, la proprete de l appartement et de l immeuble est irreprochable. Il faut noter que j etais avec un nourrison et un enfant de 3 ans et le fait d avoir acces a une piscine au sein de l immeuble est un bonus (facilite à aller et venir comme bon nous semble dans l appartement) Je recommande +++++++

Exceptionnel !!!

Appartement idéalement situé dans quartier calme et pourtant a 15mn maxi a pied de jolis endroits touristiques. Il y a des restaurants sympas aux alentours. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. La piscine est un réel plus surtout avec des enfants d'autant qu'elle est entretenue régulièrement. Le propriétaire est très sérieux sympathique et sait se rendre disponible si besoin. C'est LA référence à Marrakech !!!

Appartement propre, agréable, bien équipé, très bien placé. On peut aller à pied dans la vieille ville ou à Guéliz. Le propriétaire propose une liaison directe entre l'aéroport et l'appartement. De plus, il est facilement joignable sur place. Attention pour les nocturnes, l'immeuble est relativement sonore et les gens souhaitent préserver leur calme. Donc, ne convient pas pour les énervés de la fête, mais pour tous les autres, je recommande ce loueur et cet appartement.

Superbe appartement climatisé

Très bel appartement situé dans le quartier de Guéliz où nous avons passé 15 jours sous le soleil de Marrakech. Le gardien est présent toute la journée. Les commerces sont à proximité. Le petit plus : Transfert aller et retour par un chauffeur à l'aéroport !! Merci Olivier. Sans hésitation je conseille cette location à tous ceux qui aiment visiter à 10 minutes du centre ville : palais Bahia et Badi et tombeaux saadiens, le jardin de Majorelle (Yves St Laurent), la fameuse place Jamaa El Fna et beaucoup d'autres curiosités dans les souks ou se ballader en calèche et à la Palmeraie à dos de dromadaire.

Trés bel appartement , sans surprises, cela fait deux fois que je le loue , et j'y retourenrai , avec beaucoup de plaisir . Trés spacieux, tres propre, bonne literie , appartement bien situé a 10 mn a pieds de la place djema el fna, et pret des magasins plus europeanisés de GUELIZ. Piscine sur la terrasse confortable . Bon accueil . En sécurité avec gardien. a louer sans hésitation et croyez moi je suis exigeant ..

Idéal

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce très bel appartement à l'état impeccable. Idéalement situé au coeur du quartier Géliz, il permet de découvrir le centre ville à pied et de flâner le long de l'avenue Mohammed V jusqu'à la célèbre place Jamaa El Fna, esplanade historique et poumon de la vieille ville. De plus, l'accueil sympathique d'Olivier vous met à l'aise et on a le sentiment d'être chez nous immédiatement. Bref, nous conseillons vivement cet appartement.
