Nice 2 rooms on the 5th floor with elevator. Maximum comfort. A closed bedroom and two bunk beds in the entrance also closed. A bed BZ in the living room. Balcony of 6m2. Building located in Charruyer Park. On foot: 100m from a spa, 4 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes from the historic center, the Old Port and the casino. Quiet location, free parking in front of the residence. Shops very close; children's games and animal park close by.

Lovely stay in LaRochelle
Pauline’s apartment is bright, quiet and clean! Pauline is very communicative and helpful. The apartment is well located, only 10 min. from the old part of town and port. It is also right next to a fabulous park. The carrefour city is only a block away.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Reçu par la propriétaire très sympathique , appartement très propre et une corbeille de fruits de bienvenue très apprécié. Proche du centre-ville très appréciable on fait tout à pied.Un garage à disposition.Je recommande cette location.

Séjour 2 semaines à La Rochelle
Séjour très agréable dans une ville pleine de charme qui offre détente sur la plage ensoleillée, baignades, promenades et grand choix de restaurants. Appartement cosy propre et en bon état situé dans le quartier de la Genette à 15 minutes à pied du marché couvert et de la plage de la concurrence. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

À l'étroit
La cuisine est très petite: difficile de cuisiner. La chambre des enfants n'en est pas une puisque c'est dans le couloir de l'entrée ! Et en plus sans fenêtre, avec vue et odeurs sur les toilettes sans fenêtre non plus ! Le balcon est au nord donc sans soleil, tout comme l'appartement. Il est par contre assez clair. La chambre est bien, sauf la literie ! Évier et douche bouchés... J'ai dû mettre un produit sur demande de la propriétaire.

Mille merci à Mme Chouteau pour son accueil avec en prime une petite attention à notre arrivée qui a ravi mes enfants. Son logement était parfait, très propre, très commode, très bien aménagé avec tout ce dont on avait besoin et très bien situé car proche du Parc, de la Plage de la Concurrence ainsi que du magnifique Port de La Rochelle. Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Rochelle malgré une météo capricieuse. L'appartement de Mme Chouteau qui est très fonctionnel et bien placé, ne manque de rien. Tout est accessible à pied. Le parc et la plage à proximité ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Mme Chouteau nous a réservé un excellent accueil et nous a prodigué de très bons conseils.

Bonjour, Nous n'avons pas pu venir, car j'ai eu un accident de voiture la veille du départ... Nous n'avions pas d'autres voitures, donc très difficile de se rendre à la Rochelle surtout de Toulouse... Nous sommes déçus du fonctionnement, car nous n'avons eu aucun remboursement... Bref...

Petit appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Dommage que le balcon d´une bonne superficie ne bénéficie pas d'un peu d'ensoleillement (mois d'octobre). Le centre ville, la plage se trouvent à proximité (10mn-15 mn à pieds) ce qui est appréciable.
