Gite (accredited Gite de France) located at 31290 Lagarde, furnished 4-star tourism. Located in the beautiful rolling countryside of Lauragais, in a fenced park (with protected pond), the villa is warm, luminous, ideal for families with children and / or a stay with friends.

Comfortable (karaoke, home theater with multimedia library, plancha, fireplace, table football), it has 6 rooms, tastefully decorated with family furniture, each with a special charm, which

Ground floor (equipped fitness) 1 double room called "flower room" + 1 nursery fully equipped with 1 bed and 1 bed 1 person, a large reception room with open fireplace and new flat screen / player CD-ROM / stereo, an exceptional home theater (fully equipped cinema room with comfortable sofa bed for 1 + 1 sofa, karaoke, stereo and new projector, media came with numerous movies, music CD's, books for all ages ...) ideal for beautiful joyous and varied nightlife.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, bread maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice-maker ... I n adjoining laundry iron + table, washing machine, fridge- freezer, vacuum cleaner, fire extinguisher ...

Upstairs (equipped gym), 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 1 person, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 people.

We have special rooms dedicated to young children. All bedding is new and the villa can be equipped for troubleshooting (towels and extra towels, table cloth, apron, cleaning kits, charcoal ...) with beds made upon arrival.

Outside, a shaded terrace, new griddle, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs. The new private pool of 5.60 x 3.20 x 1.4, heated to 27 ° equipped with a secure cover bar is surrounded by a large wooden deck, open in summer. Pool house matched (with stereo), many colorful cushions, greenhouse solarium, parasols, brumisée pergola ... are installed in the garden.

Baby foot and rotisserie for Mechoui available on request (On extra fee)

In addition, an animal park (ducks, chickens, guinea fowl, geese ...) is available near a pond and secure fresh eggs can be consumed by tenants

Welcome drink guaranteed, house with flowers and decorated in keeping with the seasons, numerous games available for adults and children (many board and outdoor games, pergola, swing, tents, giant trampoline in particular), one football brand new or a rotisserie for mechoui (package on request)!

Week-end agréable !

Maison agréable. Nous étions 11 adultes et 3 enfants pour 3 nuits et la maison était suffisamment spacieuse pour nous accueillir. Un petit reproche est le manque de vaisselle. Compte tenu de la météo nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur et du pool house mais ce logement doit être également très agréable aux beaux jours. Idéal pour se reposer et changer d'air !!

De superbes vacances avec tous nos ados!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dont nous nous rappellerons: espace, piscine, home cinéma, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte, les adultes comme les (nombreux) ados. Cuisine bien équipée, barbecue, plancha, tout pour de grandes tablées. Et ce qui ne gâte rien: la gentillesse de la propriétaire, très à l'écoute. Une très bonne adresse!

En famille

Nous avons passé les fêtes de fin d année dans ce gîte. Il est bien aménagé, les literies sont de qualité et il y a plusieurs équipements intéressants tels qu un babyfoot, un trampoline, un home cinéma... Bref de quoi bien s occuper en plus des belles balades. La propriétaire est charmante, de confiance et tres réactive, ce qui est très appréciable. Un beau séjour en famille et de beaux souvenirs,nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Pour tous les gouts

Nous avons passé, ma famille et moi, plusieurs jours dans ce gite, et c'était génial, on s'y sent comme à la maison! L'espace est assez grand pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds (2 personnes âgées, 5 adultes, et 4 enfants) et les divers équipements laissés à disposition ont permis à chacun d'y trouver son compte (piscine, trampoline, transat, plancha,..). Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésitation!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Très bon séjour dans un gîte de qualité, fort bien équipé (piscine avec pool-house, BBQ, trampoline, plancha, vidéoprojecteur, etc.) : outre l'affabilité des propriétaires, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la distribution des espaces permettant à chacun de trouver son compte (nous étions sept adultes et sept enfants) ainsi que la quiétude de l'environnement. À louer sans hésitation !

Très bon séjour dans cette région

J’ai passé plusieurs jours dans cette belle maison avec quelques amis, et ce fut très agréable. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle... entre le home cinéma, la piscine et le trampoline, il y en a pour tout le monde par tous les temps! Le grand jardin est bien aménagé et les animaux au fond du jardin nous rappellent qu’on est à la campagne et ne sont pas du tout dérangeant. De nombreux prospectus sur la région sont mis à disposition dans la maison, et valent le détour ! La région est super jolie avec ses petits villages typiques et je conseille d’aller se promener dans les environs. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, surtout que la propriétaire est accueillante et réactive.

Un super séjour !

Je suis venue passer quelques jours avec des amis, et le séjour s'est super bien passé! La maison est fonctionnelle et très agréable, avec une vue par devant sur les Pyrénées et par derrière sur le village. Les pièces sont grandes et bien éclairées... parfaites pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds ! Je la recommande sans hésiter, surtout que la propriétaire est très arrangeante.
