Beautiful bioclimatic house of 120m2 located in the hamlet of Kervran.
Built on a closed and sheltered fiels of 650m2, this house will seduce you by its contemporary inside and its ideal terrace for sunbathings(sun tops) and barbecue.
Fine sand beaches are only at 1km. If you are interested in the nautical activities, the small sea of Gavres will allow you to practice windsurfing board or even kite surf!

At 1km of the city center and its businesses. You can also get yourselves your fruits and organic vegetables with our neighbor.

Having visited almost ile of gavres, the citadel of Port Louis, you can discover the ria of etel situated at only 5kms.
You can continue your strolls towards the ports of "St Goustan", "Trinité sur Mer" before leaving to discover Carnac and "Prequ'ile de Quiberon"

tolles Ferienhaus, schöne Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlicher Garten zum Entspannen und auch für Urlaub mit Hund wunderbar geeignet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und der wunderschöne Strand ist sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch für die perfekte Kommunikation mit Coralie

Logement agréable

On peut faire mieux au niveau de la propreté et l'autre bémol est qu'il manque de vrais stores lors de grosses chaleurs car les baies vitrées ne nous ont pas épargné. Des ventilos n'auraient pas été superflus.

Très bon séjour

La maison est idéalement placée pour passer de bonnes vacances, mais il est préférable d'avoir sa voiture. Il y a d'ailleurs de quoi garer 2 à 3 voitures devant. Elle est bien entretenue et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et arrangeants. La présence d'une ferme bio juste en face est un plus.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre week-end à Plouhinec, le temps étant aussi de la partie. Votre maison est très accueillante et agréable, très pratique. De magnifiques paysages mais 3 jours c'est trop court! En tout cas, nous retenons l'adresse pour de prochaines vacances.

Maison très agréable à vivre, en particulier la grande pièce principale avec mezzanine. Maison idéale pour les enfants qui ont profité pleinement du jardin. Nombreuses ballades à faire dans la région, dont le superbe musée de la compagnie des Indes à Lorient.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison située au calme et en bord de mer! La maison est très confortable et adaptée aux petits comme aux grands enfants. La plage située à 15 min à pied nous a permis de nous baigner régulièrement et qu'importe la marée.
