About this property

House Share with private bedroom, bathroom and garage

The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, internet, tv, roku, closet, and a second walk-in closet that works well for a little office.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom/shower on the main level, and a parking place in the garage. You will share the common areas with me with access to the kitchen and laundry room. My bedroom is on the upper-level. I am a single, straight, professional, 54-year-old male.

I don't offer any meals or house keeping; but, I do keep a clean house.

One person only. No pets. No smoking. I do have one cat.

I have lived in the Boise area all my life; so, I am a pretty good resource for questions about the area (jobs, housing, things to do).

This is a four-bedroom home; but, I don't rent out any of the other rooms. It is just me, and I am pretty easy going.

Comfortable and Convenient

This is my 2nd stay with Michael and Miko (the Cat). Michael is an excellent host. The room is perfect and the office is functional. I am sure I'll stay again if I am ever solo in the Boise area.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean comfortable bed, Large private bathroom with excellent water pressure. Small closet office for remote work. The home owner keeps a clean and organized home. You are basically only sharing the large kitchen and dining area. Michael is very nice guy, who knows the area well. As an additional bonus you get to hangout with Miko the fat fluffy cat. This was a first for me, room sharing. I Wasn't sure what to expect. Michael's hospitality was excellent. The location is perfect also, centrally located in Treasure Valley. If I ever travel to the Boise area solo, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Comfortable and Clean

I stayed two weeks with Mike and was very pleased with my stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom, closet, and office were a nice size and there was plenty of room to store my clothes and things. The kitchen was also clean and I had a shelf in the fridge which made things easy. Mike was very nice, as was his cat, and the whole stay was very enjoyable overall. Would stay again!

Nice Quite Room

It was a nice quite room. There is a nice cat and a nice dog that live there as well. The room was perfect size and it is all that is needed. And Mike was so accommodating and easy to work with.
