La villa dans la forêt

Incroyable séjour dans cette Villa atypique. Destination d'architecte, dans laquelle on ne sait plus si nous sommes à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, tellement la forêt de pins est omniprésente. Adresse idéale pour les amateurs de calme, de dépaysement, de luminosité, d'authenticité, de confort et de design ( et de sun set). Bravo, très très belle réussite originale, et tellement ressourçante. Nous reviendrons, plus longtemps la prochaine fois. Hervé

Sperrholzhaus mit Aussicht und einer Plage: Urlaub in der Misere

Wir hatten uns auf eine erholsame Woche gefreut, doch das Ferienhaus war eine große Enttäuschung. Die Küche war unpraktisch und fettig, die Möbel größtenteils billige Außenmöbel, die keinerlei Gemütlichkeit boten. Das obere Zimmer war teils für die Vermieter reserviert, das untere Zimmer war so feucht, dass es schimmlig roch – gesundheitlich bedenklich. Meine Nikon D850 nahm durch die Feuchtigkeit Schaden. Das WLAN war unbrauchbar, es gab keinen Fernseher, und in der zweiten Wochenhälfte wurde es kalt, ohne jegliche Heizung. Mückenplage sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Wäsche trocknete schlecht, da ein Trockner fehlte. Obwohl die Aussicht schön war, war der Preis deutlich überzogen und entsprach keineswegs der gebotenen Qualität..

Tolle Villa an ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war von A bis Z einfach grossartig. Von der herzlichen Begrüssung von Cathy und Vincent, der tollen Villa mit grossen Panoramafenster mit Blick in die Pinienwälder bis hin zur Nähe zum Strand (10 min. Spaziergang) war alles perfekt. Wir genossen die ruhige Lage sehr. Immer wieder gerne und sehr zu Empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass wir in dieser stylischen Villa mit unserem Hund Ferien machen durften.

Merveilleux séjour dans les pins

Les hôtes, Cathy et Vincent, sont charmants et ont été très arrangeants pour l’heure d’arrivée comme pour le départ. La maison est encore plus jolie qu’en photo, très agréable, très bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique et très au calme. La proximité de la plage et du bourg en vélo est vraiment un plus car cela participe au sentiment de déconnexion.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit gegeben und es wurden immer schnell Lösungen gefunden. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die kleine Terrasse aus dem Wohnbereich heraus mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Einfach herrlich.

Wonderful relaxed holiday

In Summe hat uns (4 + Hund) der Urlaub in der Villa Lodge sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat ein schönes Wohngefühl mit viel Wärme (Holz) und Licht (Fenster). Das Haus ist sehr stimmig in die Landschaft integriert und bietet mit 3 Terrassen und einem sehr großzügigen Wohnraum genug Platz, um sich zu entfalten und doch gemeinsam zu sein. Leider ist die Ausstattung nicht für den Zweck "durchdacht". Gut: - Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sind bei Anfragen sehr schnell im Lösen von Problemen - Das Haus liegt im Schatten, so dass es auch bei viel Sonne nicht zu warm wird. Es lässt sich auch gut lüften. - Der Ausblick ist sehr angenehm. Die Nachbarn "genug weit weg" - Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und man schläft sehr gut (komplett dunkel, gute Betten und gute Decken) - Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und im Schatten. Der beste Strandweg "ever". - Es gibt genügend heißes Wasser - Es gibt einige Fahrräder (die allerdings sehr baufällig sind und nur für einen Strandweg taugen) Was man verbessern könnte: - Die Küche ist nicht wirklich für Profis: *Der Herd liegt eingequetscht neben dem Kühlschrank, ist viel zu niedrig und geht nicht "engagiert zur Sache". In Summe ist es zu eng und nicht durchdacht. Es gibt kein gutes Messer oder auch einen funktionierendes Kochbesteck. Das sollte man selbst mitbringen. Wir mussten erst mal viele Utensilien reinigen, da sie verklebt waren. Die Küche ist klar der Minuspunkt im Haus. - Einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Es gibt kein wirklich helles Licht sondern ein Sammelsurium von sehr individuellen Leuchten - jede mit anderem Einschaltkonzept. Im besten Falle kann man das Beleuchtungskonzept als merkwürdig bezeichnen. Z.T. schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder nicht vernünftig geputzt, so dass der Plastik klebrig ist (Schlafzimmer unten -> vielleicht soll dies das Unterwasserflair des Poolzimmers betonen). Man braucht sehr lichtempfindliche Augen, damit man im Dunkeln die einzelnen Lichtschalter der Leuchten findet (bis auf wenige zentrale Lampen). - Man hat im Haus bis ca. 14 Uhr keine Sonne. Der Pool liegt bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten und kann nur zur Abkühlung dienen. - Es gibt 4 Toiletten - aber nur eine hat eine Türe. Der Rest ist offen. Die "eine" Toilette riecht nach Schimmel :-( - In Summe ist die Einrichtung auf Ikea Niveau - man fühlt sich etwas wie auf einer Baustelle mit lauter Provisorien. - Man sollte Deepl immer bereit haben für die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die ist aber super!

Spannendes Objekt in toller Lage

Die Vermieter sprachen leider kein Englisch. Dennoch war der Empfang sehr freundlich und es hat alles soweit geklappt. Die Lage vom Haus ist perfekt. Der Weg zum Strand ist circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß über den Golfplatz und durch ein kleines Pinienwäldchen erreichbar. Sehr angenehm.

Amazing architecture, great location

We recently spent a week in this original house, made even more special when you meet the owners who actually designed it! Easy access to the beach on foot or by bike, and a short ride to the village centre for local restaurants. The beach is clean with plenty of space. Adrenaline Park just up the road is also worth a visit especially if you have children or teenagers with you. The house is modern, minimalist, and has a relaxing view across the golf course and perfectly integrated into the environment. Thank you Cathy and Vincent for the warm welcome, and also for letting us arrive earlier, much appreciated.

Maison d'exception

Des vacances inoubliables! / Unvergessliche Sommerferien!

Dieses "Baumhaus" ist unglaublich beeindruckend von der Architektur und von der Lage her. Der pool für 2 grossgewachsene teenies leider viel zu klein (aber das wussten wir ja bei Buchung), aber dafür liegt der Stand in 3 Minuten Velofahrt entfernt. Dieses ultra ruhige Dasein in den Pinienbäumen ist unvergesslich und wahnsinnig erholsam! Die Aussicht wie aus einem Adlerhorst! Spielt man Golf ist das Haus sehr günstig gelegen, da es direkt beim Loch 5 liegt, d.h. mit einer unverbaubaren Aussicht auf das green. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Herzlich, Caro Baier

Maison sympathique, par contre à cause des arbres, ensoleillement limité autour de la maison, piscine non chauffée peu utilisable, et quand il fait mauvais temps, un écran TV serait le bienvenu... Autrement, bon emplacement tranquille, très proche de la plage et du village ...

Wunderschönes Architektenhaus

Wir habe zwei Wochen zu 5 Personen in diesem wirklich spektakulären Haus verbracht. Für die Jugend waren Fahrräder vorhanden. Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben das den Gasgrill häufig genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, Cathy und Vincent haben bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Der kleine Pool ist ungeheizt, das ist aber auch klar beschrieben. Der Golfplatz ist super und der Strand sehr nah. In Summe eine klare Empfehlung.

Excellente villa recommandée

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette maison superbe au milieu des pins et tout près de la plage. La maison est vraiment très original est son intégration dans la nature est de loin la meilleure du lotissement. Le calme est absolu et n'est interrompu par l'occasionel golfeur sur le trou n°5. Idéal pour les enfants surfeurs et excellent pour les parents golfeurs... Les propriétaires sont vraiment trés aimables et au service des locataires. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Deux points d'amélioration néanmoins: une grande table de terrasse pour les repas serait la bienvenue et l'état des vélos... Mais n'hésitez pas: allez-y...

The view from the lounge ...

The view from the lounge is superb, opening up onto the 5th hole of the golf course and its lake. I got repeated congratulations from my family for making this booking: they loved the rooms, the design furniture, the views, the privacy as well as the proximity to the beach, tennis club and golf course.

Peace, quiet, design house close to beach resort

We had a wonderful stay in this great house - very pleasing to our minimalist taste, supplied with everything we wanted, and perfect match to our desires for quiet and fresh sea air mixed with pine. Moliets is a short bike ride away, great surf school for the kids and only the occasional golfer or neighbor that passes by. As long as the plot next door stays empty, this is a highly recommended house and location. The owners clearly are passionate about their own design and very friendly and service oriented. Only thing missing was a big table to enjoy meals outside.
