Santa Barbara Beach Hideaway. Panoramic views of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the Mesa Lane Steps and Douglas Family Reserve. Biking distance to many of the Mesa's finest restaurants. Private wooded grounds perfect for resting and rejuvenating. Work and relax while enjoying the ocean wild life. Fully furnished. No pets allowed of any kind.

House is 1938 Sq Ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with living room, kitchen, laundry room. Sleeps 7.

Backyard is waterfront - overlooks a canyon that is on beach

walk a half a block down the street to a staircase that leads you down to a public beach

fully furnished, including washer/dryer

Fireplace is aesthetic only and is NOT operational

No parties allowed

Nicest area in Santa Barbara - shops and restaurants less than a mile away

Amazing View!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, newly remodeled home. The backyard sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean...views are breathtaking! We brought our bikes and rode to the marina, pier and the zoo. The house is convenient to many Santa Barbara attractions. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is not a crowded beach at all. We had a fabulous stay and look forwarded to staying at this lovely, beautifully decorated house again!
