Voiture nécessaire. Quelques difficultés pour trouver en arrivant ( pas de numéro de rue)... accueil sympathique et réactif. Maison confortable (nous étions 8 adultes) bien équipée pour des vacances.. bref je recommande

Ein traumhafter Familienurlaub
Wir haben das Haus mit 9 Personen bezogen. 50, 48, 20, 19, 18, 16, 13, 10 und 8 Jahre alt. Es war alles Tip top in Ordnung. Hatte man einen Wunsch wurde dieser in kürzester Zeit vom Vermieter erfüllt. Der Pool stellte den Mittelpunkt unseres dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt dar. Es hat einen riesigen Spaß gemacht. Für Familien die nur die Familie genießen wollen optimal. Es gibt einen Lidl und Aldi in der Nähe, jedoch ist ein Auto notwendig. Wir wollen wiederkommen, dass ist uns allen klar!

¡Unas vacaciones estupendas!
Hemos estado ocho personas (dos matrimonios con hijos de 14 y 17 años) y ha estado fenomenal. El municipio está muy cerca de Sevilla y tiene de todo: varios supermercados, tiendas, bares... La casa es genial, tres baños, salón, aire acondicionado... y una estupenda piscina, la mejor en la que hemos estado en los 17 años que llevamos alquilando en los veranos por toda España. Los dueños siempre atentos y cumplidores. No se puede pedir más.

Todo fue bien pero lamentablemente perdimos anuestro perro, fallecio victima de una torsion gastrica. Si tubiera que ponerle una pega a la casa, la unica seria que nos hubiera gustado que el jardin trasero estuviera separado de la zona de aparcamiento por una valla. Nos daba miedo que el perro pudiera escaparse cuando estava solo, al entrar o salir un coche.

Fantastic Villa
We had a great stay in the villa. Everything was perfect and the facilities couldn’t have been better. The only thing to note is that taxis may find it difficult to locate the property. Otherwise, perfect in every respect. Luis was a very friendly host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend.

The property is equipped with everything you need very clean and well furnished luis the owner is very helpful and kind The only thing which isn’t nice is the large neighbours dogs poohing in the garden which wouldn’t be nice if you had small children there

No hay que dar cosas por hecho
El dueño de la casa dió por hecho que no íbamos a utilizar la piscina, siendo una casa con piscina que evidentemente te cobran más por ello. La piscina al llegar estaba muy sucia, la zona de la piscina también lo estaba, faltaba un baño exterior y además la piscina no vino a limpiarla hasta el día siguiente. Sin contar la piscina había varias luces en la casa que estaban fundidas y había puertas en mal estado que no cerraban bien. La casa como tal no estaba tan mal, pero el dueño fue un poco cara dura con el tema de la piscina y dejó cosas sucias dando por hecho que no íbamos a usarlas.

Casa para descansar
La casa esta como se ve en el anuncio , incluso mejor , ya que la zona de piscina , la ha mejorado mucho e instalado una valla de protección para los niños, lo que hace que puedas descansar sin sentir el peligro con los niños. El pueblo está cerca , pero nosotros sólo hemos ido a hacer compras. Luis y su mujer siempre han estado a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendable

A notre arrivée la maison fut difficile a trouver(absence de N° de rue, maison invisible depuis la rue ). De plus nous n'étions pas attendus malgré un mail annonçant la date et l'heure de notre arrivée et la confirmation du proprietaire. La maison n'ayant pas été nettoyée, Il a nous fallu patienter avant de prendre possession de la location. La maison etait froide, le Wifi en panne et avec quelques problèmes electriques. Qualifier ce logement de " Chalet de standing" est plus qu'exagéré (sans parler de la couleur de la piscine) . En contrepartie, Luis le proprietaire est trés sympathique, le prix de la location n'est pas trés élevé. Au final nous avons pu passé un moment agréable entre amis malgré...tout ça

Great house amazing host
Very nice house in a nice city and close to Sevilia by car. The house is very comfortable has lots of terasses and a nice swimming pool, we had a wonderful time in family and would like to come back! The host is very very nice and helps a lot, we were on love with this typical andzlousian house
