The accommodation is in the centre of the family resort village LES COCHES in Savoie, at 1450 m altitude, in the heart of the large ski area PARADISKI (including the resorts of the PLAGNE and ARCS) with 425 kms of slopes.

The apartment is located in the centre of the resort, at the foot of the slopes, ski lifts, children's clubs, ski schools, and a stone's throw from the main shopping square with bakery, butcher and caterer, mini-market, several restaurants and après-ski bars, ski hire.

The apartment is a duplex, fully equipped for 4 to 5 people (ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children or 2 couples).

The decoration is made in a warm and mountain spirit.

THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF :
- a main room: living room with a top-of-the-range 2-bed convertible sofa bed (rapido type) and dining area for 5 people + storage space.
- a fully equipped American kitchen
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined together) + extra mattress + large cupboard (+ baby cot)
- bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a large balcony with mountain view (with table and chairs - east facing)

The bedding is new and comfortable (duvets). Household linen is not provided (possibility to rent some in the resort or from our cleaning lady).

Covered private car park (max height 2.03 m).
Private ski locker in the ski room of the residence
Cellar (possibility to store your luggage or a roof box for example during your stay)

Après malheureusement 15 h de route, nous avons pu découvrir notre location - prise en main facile grâce aux explications de Vincent - petit appartement de montagne TRÈS bien situé, proche de tout, remontées mécaniques, Spar, location de ski, bref tout se fait à pieds - GROS plus, le parking couvert et petite cave, éventuellement pour les bagages - nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement en duplex. Et 7 jours de soleil, alors très bonne semaine.

Appartement très agréable !

Très bon séjour malgré la fermeture des remontées mécaniques à cause du covid. L’appartement en duplex permet une bonne séparation chambre / pièce de vie. Il est très bien équipé et extrêmement bien placé. La communication du propriétaire est excellente et réactive. Je recommande !

Fantastiques vacances pour la famille

Bon prix, parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants, a deux pas au pied des pistes, telesiege, ESF, tres bonne boulangerie, la garderie, tous...La chambre est confortable, coin cuisine petite, mais ca marche bien. Cadre conviviale, bonne neige. Parking couvert est bon. Proprietare tres gentil, et il respondre vite surligne. Un peut de bruit pendent la nuit du pub, mais l'agence immobilier a parle avec le proprietaire et ce n'etait pas un problem après ca. Agence immobilier tres tres gentil et offre tous assisstance.
