Immer wieder Cannes

die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartment war schön und es war alles da, was man brauchte für den Aufenthalt. Das Appartment ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, daher hat.man auf dem Schonen großen Balkon fast nie Sonne. In heißen Sommer ist das nicht unbedingt negativ. Cannes ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und gerne auch wieder in diesem Appartment.

Perfect studio

Excellent studio, very clean and perfectly located close to the Croisette and the beach. Well equipped with a very comfortable bed and fast wifi. Lovely and ample balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast. Very quiet and secured studio and close to shops. Jocelyne was very kind and warm and a well organised and efficient host. Lovely apartment, great location

We had a great stay in this beautiful, clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It's a very short walk to la Croisette, and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the Palais. There are grocery stores within a couple of minutes. Great amenities in the suite. The owners were very attentive and helpful; we were well looked after.

Toujours aussi bien

C'est avec toujours autant de plaisir que nous avons retrouvé Cannes et le studio. Celui-ci participe grandement à notre excellent séjour. Il est très bien équipé, idéalement placé au début de la Croisée et à proximité des commerces de base. Il se trouve dans un quartier très calme et la résidence est vraiment très bien. A cela s'ajoute la qualité de l'accueil de la propriétaire qui comme cela a été mentionné est d'une grande gentillesse.

Super séjour grâce à cette location en tous points conformes à la description. L’accueil de la propriétaire est à mentionner aussi car elle nous a fait un topo des commerces, commodités et transports accessibles dans le quartier ainsi qu'une mini visite guidée dès notre arrivée. Garage pour la voiture, immeuble sécurisé et très bien entretenu dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes à pied du début de la croisette. Studio très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé pour un séjour vacance. Belle terrasse donnant sur un parc magnifique.....que du bonheur!!!

Superbe vacance grâce à cette location au top!!! Accueil de la propriétaire dès notre arrivée pour faire un topo des commerces, transports et commodités du quartier. Garage pour la voiture. Appartement idéalement situé tout près de la Croisette dans un quartier calme. Parfait pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé, l'emplacement bénéficie par ailleurs d'une terrasse qui donne sur les jardins à l'arrière du bâtiment, ce qui permet de bien dormir la nuit sans environnement extérieur bruyant. A souligner aussi l'excellent accueil de la propriétaire et sa grande amabilité, ainsi que sa rapidité à répondre aux questions éventuelles, ce qui contribue également à un séjour réussi!

Tout simplement parfait

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au bout de la Croisette (à 5min à pied) dans un quartier très calme. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, dispose d'un très bon couchage et l'équipement est plus que correct. Le studio est très bien agencé, la place est optimisée avec une terrasse offrant une vue superbe sur le jardin de la résidence. Celle-ci est de bon standing et très bien entretenue. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a fait une présentation du quartier, de ses commerces et de l'accès à la Croisette lors de notre arrivée. Vraiment aucun regret pour cette location qui participe grandement à notre plaisir de revenir à Cannes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Superbe séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au bout de la croisette (qui se situe à 5min à pied). L'environnement est très calme ! Très appréciable l'été pour éviter la foule de la croisette! Tous commerces à proximité (supermarché, supérette, boulangerie..). L'appartement est décoré avec goût : intérieur entièrement marbré. Et le meilleur reste le balcon/terrasse qui permet de manger à 4 personnes avec une vue superbe sur un jardin avec de magnifiques palmiers et arbres. La résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Le studio est très bien agencé et la place optimisée. Seul léger bémol : il manque un peu d'équipement : une cafetière plus récente, quelques couverts en plus, et une planche à couper. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir, la propriétaire ainsi qu'Alain qui nous a accueillis sont adorables. Présentation du quartier et de l'accès à la plage par Alain lors de notre arrivée (très appréciable)!. Plage publique et croisette à 5 min à pied, le tout au calme! Aucun regret pour cette location à prix très raisonnable pour Cannes!
