l'annonce parle de location d'une maison, en fait il s'agit d'un atelier de menuiserie rénové, sur une partie sur les exterieurs ; autrement il est précise accès PMR , notre ami en fauteuil roulant ne peut pas accéder au jardin et ne peut pas sortir seul sur la terrasse ( sinon abime les barres de sol ) , les couvertures sont tachées. j'ai trouvé le prix très cher du coup ; qualité prix médiocre

En retrait du charmant petit bourg de Locquirec, vous arrivez face à une ancienne usine dont l'architecture n'a pas grand chose à voir avec le style breton. C'est bien un loft! Mais dès la porte d'entrée franchie, la MAGIE opère! A l'intérieur c'est carrelé, neuf, hyper propre, spacieux, bluffant!!! Tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé. L'équipement est tout à fait conforme à ce que l'on attend. Les salles d'eau avec douche à l'italienne sont modernes, propres, grandes. Le mobilier et la déco plutôt rustique ajoute une petite "touche cosy". La litière est excellente, les canapés, fauteuils et chaises confortables. Chaque chambre possède un grand placard bien pratique. De plus, vous bénéficiez d'une grande terrasse et d'un jardin privatif sans vis à vis très bien exposés. A perte de vue champs et bois. Vous êtes en pleine campagne à deux pas de la mer. Le rêve!!! Pour parfaire le tableau la propriétaire est accueillante, à l'écoute et vous fait profiter des bons légumes de son jardin. Le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable. S'il fallait tout de même trouver des défauts, je dirais qu'il manque une patère et un petit meuble pour les affaires de toilette dans les salles d'eau et une très grande gamelle pour cuire les tourteaux. Mais, c'est si peu de chose au regard d'un séjour qui ne peut qu'être agréable. A recommander sans modération!!!

Superbe, à recommander

Logement ne "payant pas de mine" à l'extérieur mais un intérieur idéal pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et au top niveau contact humain. Des pièces adaptées au fauteuil roulant (partout, même la terrasse). Très agréable séjour à Locquirec.

a ne pas manquer

nous avons passé un super séjour, très propre, lumineux, très bon confort et propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse a notre arrivé comme le départ un petit café avec gateaux, vive la gentillesse Bretonne( mais attention se n'ai pas partout pareil) si nous le pouvons nous y reviendrons c'est une location sans surprise, encore mieux en réel que sur photos

Bon séjour dans une location très spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. Nous étions 3 couples et 6 enfants, et nous avions chacun notre espace. Propriétaires sympas et disponibles.
