Nightmare Holiday

Avoid this flat located on the ground floor; advertised and run by its owner; it was a nightmare thanks to the owner's dishonesty. Very disappointing holidays. No wifi until we made several calls to the owner then she installed it on Wednesday, almost 4 days after our arrival (Before I booked the flat; the owner assured me that there was a wifi in the flat). The air conditionner was not working properly; and after several calls again; it was fixed only on Friday; 6 days after our arrival. To make things worse; there was loads of woodlice in the flat; including the bathroom, and we found a black scorpion in the bed room, the kids were terrified. However, we enjoyed the food of the lovely lady Malika who is an excellent cook and her smile as well as her excllent food comforted us. The swimming pool is ok but not top. Pay extra dirhams and book in a better place.

Magnifique séjour à Marrakech

J'ai passé avec ma famille une semaine dans l'appartement de Latifa. Je remercie Latifa qui nous a réservé un accueil à la fois chaleureux et professionnel et qui a su être à notre disposition tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est magnifique, propre et très conviviale, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le complexe est beau et le personnel est très accueillant. Mes enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les activités sur place. Je remercie aussi Fatna la gouvernante qui est très gentille et toujours disponible.

excellente semaine de vacance en famille.

voila moi et ma famille ,on passé une excellente semaine dans l'appart hôtel à la palmeraie de jenane zitoun à Merakech. C'était des journées géniale reposantes et inoubliables du au confort qui nous à été réservé au sein de l'appartement ainsi que le chaleureux accueil et prestation. Nous n’avions trouver aucune difficulté pendant notre séjour de début à la fin tout était parfais mieux qu'on l'espérais et l'appartement est équipé de tout ce qu'on avais besoin. on était aussi très bien assisté dés notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. aussi on oubliera jamais le délicieux dînée que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée avec tout les commodités . j'ai déjà recommandé cette appartement à pas mal de personne proche à moi. merci pour tout. On espère revenir avec joie inchaàllah. cordialement.

magnifique séjour

un grand et magnifique séjour dans le complexe, l'appartement est très spacieux pour une grande famille comme la mienne avec tout le confort et une très belle terrasse. Un grand merci pour l'accueil que nous a réservé Latifa qui est toujours à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse et Fatna l'aide ménagère qui est toujours disponible et très diplomate, le complexe avec ses 2 grandes piscines un régale pour les enfants. L'année prochaine on signe pour un autre séjour. EN merci Latifa au plaisir de vous revoir.

L'endroit est idéal pour ...

L'endroit est idéal pour des vacances au calme et en famille au milieu d'une oliveraie. Nous avons profité des divers équipements et des piscines de la résidence et le tout à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Marrakech. L'appartement en rez-de-jardin est décoré avec beaucoup de gout et il est très fonctionnel. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour tous ses conseils et pour sa disponibilité.

Latifa, la propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour que les locataires se sentent chez eux, une vraie "mère" pour nous; Merci à fatna la cuisinère (en option, je vous la conseille, pas de cuisine à faire et vous mangez 100% marocain) pour son excellent couscous. Nous vous conseillons de louer une voiture (plus rentable que le taxi)"

"Nous venons de passer une très bonne semaine dans le logement de Latifa. La résidence est très agréable : accueil en marbre, 2 grandes piscines + 1 intérieure chauffée, personnel accueillant. L''appartement très joliment meublé est très calme et la jeune femme qui nous accueille est charmante, elle nous a d''ailleurs cuisiné un excellent poulet au citron ainsi qu''un très bon couscous. Une voiture est cependant indispensable car la résidence est situé à l''écart de la cohue de Marrakech et il n''y a rien autour. Très bonne adresse que nous conseillons aux familles."
