    Hervorragend. Philippe ist ein perfekter Gastgeber,ist sehr nett und freundlich, immer ansprechbar, gibt tolle Tipps . Die Lage ist phantastisch, der Ausblick ist wunderschön, die Sonnenuntergänge sind malerisch. Man ist direkt in den Dünen und am Strand. Pure Erholung, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

    Bel appartement avec un balcon spacieux qui permet d apprécier le coucher du soleil sur la mer. Accueil assuré par Philippe, soucieux du bien être de ses vacanciers tout au long du séjour . A refaire🙂

    Quelle vue!

    Rien que pour la vue (sur la mer et les dunes) et l’emplacement (à deux pas de la plage et de l’artère commerciale), ce petit studio très fonctionnel vaut le déplacement. L’immeuble est par ailleurs particulièrement calme. L’accueil de Philippe était parfait : il y avait un cadeau de bienvenue tant pour les grands que pour le petit dernier. A refaire !

    Perfect location

    This apartment was in the perfect location for us. The owner was charming, easy to contact and very helpful. However, we would like to warn anyone who does stay that bed linen is not included, neither is cleaning. We paid 30 euros for very old sheets and towels and had to make our own bed. We decided to clean the flat before we left which would have been another 30 euros if we hadn’t. There is also a charge for electricity and water but this was on the website. Anyway, please don’t be put off by this as the appt is located perfectly for a great holiday and the owner is really lovely. You should just be aware of these extra charges which were a surprise to us.

    Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos. L'accueil par Philippe fût chaleureux et prévenant. L'atout majeur de cet appartement est sa vue sur les dunes et la mer. C'est un spectacle dont on se lasse pas. Un séjour parfait. Philippe et Nathalie.

    Charmanter Vermieter und toller Blick aufs Meer

    Philippe ist ein wirklich toller und sehr netter Vermieter. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist grandios und die Lage zum Zentrum, zum Strand und zum Naturschutzgebiet ist wirklich überzeugend.

    Emplacement parfait!

    Séparé de la plage que par les dunes, proche du centre-ville, mais pourtant assez bien à l'écart de son agitation, cet appartement au 4e étage d'un immeuble est situé idéalement. Dans l'appartement on est par endroits un peu coincé, notamment dans la cuisine et aux w.-c., mais le grand balcon avec vue sur la mer égalise vastement ce petit inconvénient. Les couchers du soleil qu'on peut admirer depuis le balcon sont magnifiques et inoubliables!

    Très beau séjour !

    Un propriétaire très sympathique ,aux petits soins et très à l'écoute de ses locataires . On se sent tout de suite chez nous et en confiance .Un accueil sans égal et même des cadeaux de bienvenue ... ! Des conseils avisés ,petites astuces pour faciliter notre séjour et la découverte de la région .La résidence est calme tout en étant très bien située ,la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse superbe avec son Magnifique coucher de soleil .)De plus ,le studio est propre ,très bien équipé ,il ne nous a rien manqué ,...des ustensiles de cuisine aux jeux de société ,boules de pétanques ,cerf volant ,vélos,vêtements de pluie de dépannage ,parapluie ..comme dans une maison de vacances !!!!.la décoration très soignée ajoute encore aux charmes des lieux.Merci à Mr Vasse pour ces bons moments au Touquet.Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !

    Le plaisir de la nature

    Bel appartement avec balcon, vue sur la plage et la mer à gauche, les dunes à droite. Très bien situé par rapport aux dunes et la plage, le centre ville (rue saint Jean) accessible à pied endéans les 15 minutes à mon âge respectable. Superette et boulangerie à proximité! Equipement très complet , très lumineux à travers grande baie vitrée. Séjour vraiment confortable pour le jour où le cocooning s'est imposé. Ah le vent fort de la côte d'opale!Literie confortable et nuit calme! On s'y sent très vite chez soi et nous avons passé une bien belle dernière semaine de juillet! Et le cadeau de bienvenue a agrémenté plus d'une soirée si la raison domine! un grand merci pour ce chaleureux accueil. Nu doute que nous reviendrons!

    Beau studio bien aménagé et confortable. Superbe vue du balcon sur les dunes, la mer et ses resplendissants couchers de soleil. Très bon accueil de Mr Vasse que nous remercions encore pour ses conseils et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

    Appartement destiné plutôt à des jeunes couples (pas beaucoup de place pour circuler entre les lits et pour accéder aux placards de rangement situés dans la cabine des lits superposés). De même, la salle de bains ne comporte qu'une baignoire (pas de douche). Sinon, l'appartement est très propre et le propriétaire très disponible.

    Romantische Sonnenuntergänge

    Eine schöne helle Wohnung auf dessen Balkon wir traumhaft, romantisch schöne Sonneuntergänge genoßen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - ruhig gelegen, der Weg in, bzw. durch die Dünen zum Strand ist ein Katzensprung. Auch die Einkaufsstraße ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Phlilppe ist sehr herzlich, hat uns mit einer Flasche Rotwein empfangen und mit Empfehlungen bezügl. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ect. bestens versorgt. Allerdings, sorry Philippe, würde ich das Appertement nicht mit vier Personen buchen. Da das Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist doch sehr klein ist. Für einen Urlaub zu zweit würde ich definitiv wieder zu Gast bei Philippe sein wollen. Bei unserer Abreise habe ich zu Philippe gesagt, er muß das Apartement von "CapSud43" in "CapSunset" umtaufen :-)
