This charming south facing provencal villa overlooks a beautiful 12 m pool, with stunning long distance views (massif des Maures). Located in a private domain, it is absolutely quite and secure.

Direct access from the house to the large terrace and pergola around the pool and to the playground area (pétanque, swing set, ping-pong), all on the same level: ideal for relaxation and a comfortable base where to stay, both with or without children.

A nice road through vineyards leads to RN7 in 5 minutes, thus offering an easy access to the region's many attractions and beaches.

A haven of peace and tranquillity, with stupendous night skies, from where to watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of the regions renowned rose wine..

Fast access to the region's many attractions: Saint Andréol Golf, Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Frejus and Saint Raphael, Cannes, Gorges du Verdon , ... Main Shops very close (5 minutes by car).

Lovely property in quiet surroundings
Lovely property inside and out. Great pool with beautiful views of the hills. Living space all on one floor so great for accessibility. Quiet private domain but close to A8 and access to Cote D’Azur. Handy having a HyperU 5 mins away.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views
We have used the wonderfully furnished and extensively equipped vacation home with two families. Our children had great fun at the pool and the boules court. The house is somewhat secluded in the mountains of Les Arcs with a breathtaking view of Provence. You definitely need a car, otherwise there are several beautiful walks from the house. Nicolas is an excellent and uncomplicated host and was always easy for us to reach. We had a wonderful two weeks in this house.

Spectacular setting
The property is approached down a drive at the bottom of which you will find the rear of the property. On going through the gate onto the terrace you are met with a spectacular view of the wooded mountains. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has good quality equipment, including a gas bbq which we have now decided to buy ourselves! The pool is beautiful the table under the pergola is nicely shaded for lunch and the play area was very successful with the children We had a very relaxing stay and would be very tempted to stay again

Schöne Villa, aber...
Tolle Villa mit riesigen Pool und schön angelegtem Außenbereich. Leider konnte das Haus innen die ersten Eindrücke vom Außenbereich nicht bestätigen, dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe teilweise nicht geeignet für den Induktionsherd, Lattenroste teils defekt. Insgesamt eine schöne Villa, die etwas mehr Pflege im Inneren benötigen würde und leider in die Jahre gekommen ist. Nachdem wir uns mit den Gegebenneiten abgefunden hatten, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt .

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L'environnement est superbe, la vue fidèle aux photos, l'endroit est très calme. La maison est très belle, très bien équipée. L'exterieur est superbe, la piscine très grande, sécurisée pour les enfants avec une alarme, le terrain de pétanque et la table de ping pong sont de bons divertissements. Nicolas répond très rapidement à chaque demande. Merci pour ce bon séjour.

Wonderful stay
We stayed 10 days in Les Cigales and enjoyed every minute. Lovely house and garden, stunning view from the terrace and the pool! Definitely need a car to explore the region, restaurants, wineries, beaches and nearby towns like St Tropez, Cannes, Nice.

Very beautiful and charming house
We spent a wonderful time in this very beautiful and charming house. It is very spacious and left nothing to be desired. The view from the terrace and the swimming pool with various seating areas to relax. The location of the house is ideal for excursions to the beautiful small towns and beaches in the St. Tropez area. Nicolas is a very friendly and accommodating host

Just perfect place
We stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and 11 months daughter. We absolutely enjoyed our holidays. Neighborhood is so calm and secure. House by itself: better than on the pictures, cause all the plants now has grown and blooming so charmingly. Big supermarket is just few minutes by car. Perfect place for family vacations! Definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderful home. Clean and well appointed with all amenities for cooking and to keep the kids entertained, beautiful view, great swimming pool and ping pong table, bbq and petanque court. If you are looking for a quiet and pieceful holiday home away from the hustle and bustle - you should stay here! There is a big supermarket and great bakery nearby. We couldn't fault this place and didn't want to leave! 5*****+

Schöne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick
Die schöne Villa hat unsere Erwartungen alle erfüllt: die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung gut, alles sauber und gepflegt, der Garten sehr schön und der Pool ein Traum! Absolut faszinierend ist die wunderschöne Aussicht über die Hügel. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung, Stille und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: Alles spielt sich rund um den Pool ab, weil die Terrasse viele schöne Sitz-, Ess- und Liegeplätze in der Sonne und im Schatten bietet. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die verkehrstechnische Anbindung ist auch ideal: In 30 Minuten ist man am Meer oder im Hinterland. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus (4 Erw. & 2 Teenager) - das war ideal! Der hauseigene Bouleplatz und die Tischtennisplatte sind nicht zu unterschätzen. Wir hatten mit beidem viel Spaß. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
