MUY AGRADABLE

Acogedora la estancia, el lugar donde se encuentra el alojamiento inmejorable! muy limpio y cerca de transportes, y tiendas para hacer la compra por lo menos de lo mas indispensable. Me gustaría que pusieran muebles de terraza, tienen el sitio ideal para podr disfrutar de las noches! en general, muy contentos. Muy amables los propietarios!

Definitiv sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse in Palermo! Die Appartments sind komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vor allem in der Küche findet man alles um auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Die Lage ist sehr günstig da in 5-10 min das historische Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Auch mit der Kommunikation zum Vermieter (z.B. emails) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzer waren generell sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Aufenthalt hier war auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Appartment wählen, um von dort aus die tolle Stadt Palermo zu besichtigen.

Rooms are clean, bright a...

Rooms are clean, bright and comfortable, even if we were not far from the “movida”, the apartment was quite. The location is super: it was very easy to reach all the main attractions both on foot and by bus. The same can be said if you want to step out of the city… we went both to Cefalù and Mondello: the sea is wonderful and it was easy to get there from the house. Our landlord was very kind and friendly and gave us all the advice we asked to visit the city. Our staying at Cesco Apartment was pleasant and relaxing and we are looking forward to going back to Sicily!

L'appartamento è situato in una zona ben collegata, ma se si vuole raggiungere il centro a piedi ci vogliono 15-20 minuti (comunque piacevoli). I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.

"Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement . Il correspondais tout a fait a nos attentes : spacieux, calme ( il donne sur de grands jardins sur l''arrière), propre,et tout près de toutes commodités centre ville, alimentation, bus, métro etc...Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.Si nous retournons a Palermo c''est ici que nous reviendrons !"

"Appartamento accogliente pulito e molto silenzioso. Vicinissimo a un supermercato ed a un forno rosticceria che consigliamo,(noi compravamo il pranzo che poi consumavamo a casa). A cinque minuti dal palazzo dei Normanni e dal Duomo.Il proprietario è molto disponibile, il nostro aereo partiva la sera e ci ha permesso di usufruire dell''appartamento fino al tardo pomeriggio. Palermo è stata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative."

"Alloggio piccolo ma molto accogliente, appena arrivati siamo rimasati piacevolmente sorpresi dal cortiletto interno con gazebo che non dichiarato nell''annuncio. I proprietari gentilissimi hanno addirittura acquistato un phon a nostra richiesta. Ad ogni modo, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l''appartamento dista circa 5 min a piedi dalla Cattedrale e da Palazzo dei Normanni. Giudizio pienamente positivo."

"All''interno un delizioso baglio, un''oasi in mezzo alla città, appartamento, pulito, ben arredato e dotato di ogni confort. "Sono stata nell''appartamento con un''amica che mi è venuta a trovare per visitare Palermo. L''appatamento è comodo, ben pulito e carinamente arredato, dotato di tutti i conforts, il contesto è ottimo, ci si può muovere in libertà facilmente sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, il centro storico, la cattedrale non distano molto, da Piazza Indipendenza partono autobus per tutte le zone di interesse turistico. Pienamente soddisfatta dell''alloggio e della cordialità e disponibilità degli affittuari. Tornerò e consiglierò sicuramente a molti amici l''appartamento di Cesco. Grazie per tutto"

The property is in a strategic position it is located near the historic center and behind the University of Palermo. The rear of the building protrudes and is bordered on the faculty of agriculture. Very suitable for university students who move even for medium-short as Erasmus (for the latter costs could be cut down by a discount)
