Perfekte Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Check-in und out waren problemlos, die Ausstattung nicht üppig, aber ausreichend, allenfalls ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon hätte nicht geschadet. Tiefgarage und Parkbuchten sind, dem Baujahr der Anlage geschuldet, sehr eng, für unseren Kleinwagen unproblematisch, mit SUV oder Van vermutlich nicht nutzbar (auch wegen der geringen Durchfahrthöhe), das sollte man beachten. Die Straße zwischen Strand und Balkon ist belebt und wird befahren, auch mal von lauten Moppeds, uns hat das nicht gestört und ist bei der Nähe zum Ortskern zu akzeptieren. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht sollte besser weiter ausserhalb buchen. Restaurants, Bars, Creperieen etc. sind teilweise in weniger als 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Ortskern und Ville Close in höchstens 10 Minuten. Für uns hat alles sehr gut gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Vacances merveilleuses, apparemment avec superbe vue, proche de tous les commerces du centre et de la ville close le tout en moin de 10mn . Heureusement le propriétaire nous a laissé une place sur le parking extérieur, car le parking en sous-sol est impossible tellement les places sont étroite. Et un grand merci à Stéphanie qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné des informations afin que l'on puisse profiter un maximum de nos vacances, donc merciiiii beaucoup nos vacances resteront inoubliable .

Petit studio potable mais dans un endroit très peu entretenu et pas du tout agreable
Le petit studio est passable mais loin d’avoir été entièrement rénové. Il reste même les collants pour peinture sur les tuyaux… Le balcon est dans un état déplorable et ne donne pas du tout l’envie de s’y attarder La location était partiellement propre mais il ne fallait pas regarder dans les coins. La salle de bains est vieillotte et il y a des taches de moisissures La literie n’est pas confortable et il manque assez bien d’ustensiles de cuisine Le bâtiment est vieux,pas entretenu et extérieurement sale et laid

Appartement très bien situé, proche de tout à pied, et aussi de très beaux villages, l appartement est plutôt spacieux pour un studio, la vue est de toute beauté sur la mer, Stéphanie nous accueille avec sourire, convivialité et de bons conseils, petit bémol pas de barbecue ni de chaises longues comme annoncé dans l annonce…si nous l avions su en amont nous aurions apporté les nôtres, mais franchement je recommande

Schönes Apartment
Leider liegt das Apartment an einer befahrenen Straße, besonders die Motorräder sind sehr störend. Dazu springt leider, Tag und Nacht, der Kühlschrank immer wieder an und brummt laut. Nicht so schön war auch, dass wir am Anreisetag erst um 17:30 Uhr in die Wohnung konnten! Zum Glück war das Wetter gut und wir konnten am Strand warten. Wir waren auch froh, dass wir Schlafsäcke dabeihatten. Zu Urlaubsbeginn war es im Wohnraum noch kühl, und die dünnen Wolldecken reichten uns nicht.

Emplacement optimal Concarneau centre face mer
Appartement correctement équipé, facilité de communication avec le propriétaire. Intérêt principal belle vue face mer même si le passage des voitures dans la rue d'en face est un peu dérangeant. Accès rapide au centre et aux commerces en 3 min à pieds.

Une belle vue.
Une belle vue sur le large ! ... et la plage de l'autre coté de la rue. Et aussi le centre ville (boutiques, port, ville close) à cinq minutes à pied. Mais, bien que les voitures roulent lentement, le bruit de la rue s'avère gênant pour rester sur le balcon. Une précision: la largeur du lit est de 140cm .
