Modern, airy house with private swimming pool. As the house is sufficiently ventilated and to avoid increasing global warming, there is no air conditioning, but fans are available. Well-decorated and comfortable. Upgraded equipment: Nespresso coffee machine and Smart TV. Bright and airy, it overlooks the countryside - and in the distance, the Mediterranean and its craggy cliffs. "Friendly dogs accepted by arrangement. Central location for sporting and cultural activities. Numerous beaches. Golf courses nearby. Countryside and seaside ideal for walking and cycling.
Cleanliness assured. 150 euros payable on arrival for cleaning and tidying the house. After years of drought, the lawn has been resurfaced. However, due to a lack of water, the lawn may once again be bare, as we are subject to water consumption restrictions imposed by Begur town council. Violations can result in heavy fines.

Beautiful - Home from Home!

Lovely villa with a good sized pool. Secure garden for our dog. Need a car to get about but very close to some wonderful beach’s and restaurants. We love Begur! Would definitely stay here again if visiting the region. Well equipped, lovely and clean.

Simply lovely

My family and I had a great time. The views of the mountains and ocean were breathtaking, from both inside and outside the house! The pool and garden were great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Supermarket, restaurants, center of Bergur and nearby towns were all very close and convenient. Valeria and Anne were attentitive and very helpful. Definitely recommend and plan on returning!

Fantastic location

What a wonderful stay we had, above all expectations. The space inside, the location and the beautiful garden... a little paradise! The house was clean and everything was available, even the little things. From candles to blankets for cold nights. Wifi for our girls, etcetera. Enough comfortable chairs to sit on and a good bed. The pool was great and very clean. A supermarket very near, with all available, a good bakery and delicious bread. Valerie made us feel very welcome with her kindness. And it was lovely to meet you too Anne, when we left. it was a treat to sit outside, with the sea in sight, the beautiful flowers around. And at night, when the light of the lighthouse was shining through the trees and the nightingale began to sing....simply beautiful! We went to many places in Europe, but this house remains certainly one of our favourites. Really hope to come back again some day. Begur is also such a nice small city, with many good bars and restaurants. Thank you Anne, for having such a great time in your house. And Valerie, for making us feel welcome and comfortable. Fantástica casa

La casa está muy bien, limpia, cómoda, tiene de todo, el lugar es muy tranquilo. La piscina es fantástica y hemos estado muy a gusto. Lorence nos atendió muy bien y siempre dispuesta para cualquier duda. Para repetir, muy recomendable. Gracias.

Ttaumhaft

Traumhafter Urlaub un diesem wunderschön abgelegten Haus mit herrlichem, gepflegten Grundstück, tollem Pool und einmaligem Ausblick. Alles noch großzügiger und schöner als auf den Fotos, es fehlte auch von der Ausstattung an nichts. Ein paar übliche Kleinigkeiten und den zu erwartenden Umgang mit den Mücken, die vor allem unsere beiden Teenager-Kinder mochten, konnten wir schnell und unkompliziert für uns lösen. Wir wurden unglaublich nett empfangen und unterstützt von Laurence., die wir hiermit nochmal ganz lieb grüßen. Wir durften drei Wochen lang den Luxus dieses Anwesens genießen und sind mit Wehmut wieder gefahren. Nicht nur den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer werden wir vermissen. Wir wünschen uns sehr, bald nochmal wiederzukommen. Danke, Anne, für diese einnaligen Ferien in traumhafter Umgebung!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Garten

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen mit unseren beiden kleinen Kinder im Haus von Mdme Duchaine verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Das Herzstück bildet der tolle Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um mehrere Strände in der Umgebung in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt anzuraten. Sehr angenehme und problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Vielen Dank!

Séjour très reposant

La villa est très bien équipée et le jardin extrêmement agréable (superbe vue sur la mer et les montagnes). Environnement calme, commerces proches et un large choix de plages aux alentours! Maison très agréable dans un cadre idéal

La maison est très agréable à vivre . Le jardin est magnifique avec toutes ses essences de plantes et d’arbres. C’est un cadre très reposant avec la vue sur la mer et l’horizon. Begur est un village mignon et animé à 10 mn de la maison. Les plages alentours sont aussi à 10/15 min minimum. La propriétaire est très disponible et soucieuse du bien être de ses invités et l’accueil très sympathique également.

Very nice, pleasent place to stay with kids

The house with the guarden is in very good condition. All day sun at the pool and shady places around the house invites you to spend all day at home. The only (small) disadvantage, you have to us the car to do shopping or if you want to go to the beach. However once you‘re using the car, there are plenty of oportunities go go to in reasonable time/distances. The woman who is looking after the house is friendly and uncomplicated. We enjoyed the two weeks very much and could recommand the place to any others.

Genieten in alle rust

Een aanrader voor een rustige vakantie maar toch dichtbij Begur en de prachtige stranden in de buurt. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig denkt te hebben. Een ontbijt in de ochtendzon met alleen de vogeltjes op de achtergrond en zicht op zee... soms heeft men niet meer nodig. Het water was nog te koud maar moet in de zomermaanden aangenaam vertoeven zijn. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Bedankt Anne en Valérie voor deze mooie vakantie.

Excellent Winter Break

This is a lovely villa in a lovely quiet residential area, having distant views of the sea. We visited with our 2 small dogs and it was our first time abroad with them and the garden area was excellent for them to explore and very safe and secure to allow them freedom. A car is definitely required to visit the lovely resorts in the area. The villa had everything you need to feel at home with a very well equipped kitchen area. The living areas and bedrooms are comfortable and well presented. A highly recommended villa

Une maison superbe

TOUJOURS AUSSI BIEN!!!

Un super séjour dans une villa très fonctionnelle.

La villa et ses équipements sont tout à fait conformes à la description qui en est faite. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables en famille et nous recommandons cette location et cette région qui regorge de bons restos, de baies plus belles les unes que les uns autres.... Situation idéale pour aller soit à la plage, dans les terres ou encore à Barcelone qui n'est qu'à 1H30. La propriétaire et les personnes sur place sont gentils et leurs conseils très appréciés. Fantastique séjour

Magnifique villa très bien située.

Excellent séjour. Très belle villa avec un jardin superbe aux multiples essences Méditerranéenne. Grande piscine. Accueil chaleureux par Valérie Mirandes qui donne de très bon conseil en français. un petit paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec notre boxer qui s'est senti chez lui immédiatement. Tout d'abord un bon accueil de Raul Mirandes et une disponibilité absolue en cas de besoin. Une maison dans un ecrin de verdure très bien entretenu avec une magnifique piscine. La maison est de plein pied avec de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent directement sur le jardin. Tout le confort necessaire est présent (lave linge, seche linge, lave vaisselle, toute la vaisselle necessaire, grand refrigerateur et de nombreux livres pour des après- midi près de la piscine.) Tout cela au calme mais tout à 5 minutes en voiture. La cerise sur le gâteau : la region est magnifique et les catalans très accueillants. Très bon échanges avec la propriétaire, nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois. A louer sans hésitation.

Un superbe séjour
