This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski floating dock, heated pool w/ patio & bbq. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.
In the evening, view the amazing sunsets waterside while enjoying an outdoor fire.
This is a unique triplex building (3 units) that provides this apartment with much privacy.

Area Information

Very desirable upscale north Palm Beach county location at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.

Amazing place on the water

Will definitely like to stay again.

What a wonderful place located directly on the intercostal waterway. We very much enjoyed the movement of yachts heading north and south. The host, Teri and Jim, made us feel very welcome, and went out of their way to make the stay something to remember.We would highly recommend the property.

Awesome week

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was really entertaining watching the boats of all sizes go by. It is close to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Several beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also the traffic is much easier to navigate than if you went further south along the coast. Teri and Jim were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Great stay

38th Wedding Anniversary surprise vacation

Some sun, some rain and a wonderful location resulted in a perfect vacation with my wife of 38 years. Quick drive from the airport to Costco and then to the rental. Well equipped kitchen with gas grill outdoors. So nice to relax in the pool and watch the intercoastal boat traffic go by. Looking forward to a return visit.

Our Most Enjoyable Vacation Rental

This place is special and unique. The unit was perfect for us. We enjoyed the incredible view of the intercoastal as the big yachts passed by. The pool was great after a long day of being out and about. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach, multiple state and county parks and all of the uniqueness of Palm Beach County. The hosts were the nicest hosts we have encountered. We cannot wait to go back!

The perfect vacation rental

We were delighted to find this beautiful property on the intercoastal. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to offer help with anything we needed. We brought our boat with us and the boat launch right next door was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more. This was one of our favorite rentals we have booked so far. Don't hesitate to book, you will be very happy you did. We will be back again! 10/10

We rent properties in the Jupiter area on VRBO on the intercoastal a lot , Terry and Jim’s property Is by far the best property we’ve ever rented, They are awesome host , Home is very well kept up very very clean well stocked with everything you’ll ever need, Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood , Beautiful pool, Privacy , Dock For boating is excellent shape very convenient with boat ramp being walking distance, and the view from the back door overlooking the pool and the intercoastal is breathtaking , I would highly recommend staying at their beautiful home. We are planning to book At their property often , Beautiful hidden gem!!

Great getaway!

A great home base for us while visiting family in Jupiter. The condo is very well equipped with all our needs for cooking as well as relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the Intercostal.

Great location, fun boats

It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hosts, apartment, and location!

Teri and Jim are terrific hosts and made me feel welcome and at home. The apartment has all the amenities, is beautiful inside, in good shape and comfortable. The view and ambiance can't be beat. I was here pre-Christmas and they went to alot of work decorating the house and the yard et al with lights and plentiful wreaths. Parking is easy and you are close to just about everything and anything you need. I will definitely return!

Fantastic

Place was clean, well stocked. Owners were fantastic and very accommodating. Great dock to fish from and watch the endless parade of boats. Hurricane Nicole arrived during my visit- house and property held up nicely. Great area- convenient to beach and restaurants.
