Appartamento confortevole, buona base per visitare la Liguria di Levante.

Clima ancora freddo, non opportuno per i bagni ma la spiaggia sabbiosa, giusto davanti alla finestra, in estate dovrebbe essere molto invitante. Nessun problema per i ristoranti, qualcuno in più per i parcheggi.

Le foto per quanto belle non rendono forse piena giustizia a questo angolo di paradiso. Situato sulla nuovissima passeggiata mare su strada pedonale ha una vista magnifica. Abbiamo potuto sorvegliare i bambini che si divertivano al parco giochi o alla spiaggia direttamente dalla finestra di casa. L' appartamento e' lindo e dotato di ogni comodità e costruito con grandissimo gusto e particolarità , host gentilissimo e disponibile

L'appartamento è come nelle foto, anzi dal vivo è ancora meglio! Ottima posizione, bellissimi gli arredi. La casa era pulita. La vista è davvero stupenda! Magari svegliarsi ogni mattina e vedere il mare! ! Il proprietario è molto gentile! Tutto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante!!

Un altro pianeta! Che meraviglia

Per me che sono lombardo arrivare in questo posto di mare da sogno e' stata una sorpresa straordinaria. E' tutto come dalle foto l' appartamento e' locato sulla via pedonale proprio di fronte alla spiaggia con una vista da cartolina, quando ho aperto le persiane quasi non credevo a quello che vedevo. Ma le sorprese non finiscono qui, l' interno per quasi possibile e forse ancora meglio, mosaici , legni laccati, parquet,, tutto moderno pratico e soprattutto pulitissimo. Il proprietario e' gentilissimo e preparato, una raccomandazione prenotate per tempo perché è sempre richiestissimo, noi dopo molto tentativi siamo riusciti a prenotarlo perché qualcuno aveva disdetto.

Il meglio mai provato!

Sono stato in numerose case vacanza, ma non ho mai visto niente del genere, la casa e' in una posizione fantastica proprio sulla spiaggia, moderna funzionale e pulitissima, L host e' di una gentilezza squisita e sempre disponibile, per non parlare degli interni di un gusto squisito, ottima l' aria condizionata in queste giornate torride , anche se devo dire che vista la vicinanza al mare c'è comunque un piacevole ricambio d' aria naturale.

Vista mare spettacolare! Ma...

Vista mare spettacolare! Ma... La pulizia dell'alloggio lasciava molto a desiderare. Il soffione dell'aria del bagno era incrostato di muffa e polvere, tanto è vero che c'era un odore sgradevole. Poi, lo scarico della doccia era PIENO di capelli, sassi, salviettine e sabbia. Il pavimento ERA un bellissimo parquet, ma dalle foto non vi è traccia di tutti i segni che vi sono in terra. Per non parlare dei filtri dei condizionatori INCROSTATI di polvere, riferito al proprietario; ci siamo visti rispondere che "Basta una spolverata", quando in realtà la manutenzione deve essere effettuata con prodotti disinfettanti e soprattutto deve essere svolto da un tecnico professionista. Passiamo al frigorifero, con i ripiani e le cerniere pieni di muffa. In fine, comodini, armadio, e cassettiera pieni di polvere. Quel bellissimo copridivano che si vede in foto è tutto bello IMPOLVERATO e i cuscini macchiati di muco nasale.Nulla da dire della posizione e della vista che offre l'appartamento, ma se volete un consiglio prima di pagare i 30€ della pulizia assicuratevi che sia realmente pulita.

A lovely apartment in a great location

It was a lovely apartment, very clean, more spacious than we imagined and very well equipped. The location was fabulous, just across from the beach and we were pleased to be away from the very busy Sestri Levante. We used the reliable bus service to get in to the Bay of Silence. Emanuele gave us a very warm welcome and was full of information. I would definitely go back - everyone was so friendly and helpful even with our limited Italian.

L'appartamento giusto!

L' appartamento é perfettamente inerente alla descrizione. Bella posizione, davanti al mare e comodi servizi come bar, alimentari e ristoranti direttamente sotto casa. Anche se l'immobile non sia grandissimo, si può dire non gli manchi nulla; anzi, a differenza di molti é dotato di aria condizionata, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, stendino, aspirapolvere ed addirittura stufetta elettrica. Il parcheggio sotto casa é limitato, ma ad una cifra ragionevole si può usufruire di un posto auto privato a soli 100metri. Il proprietario é molto gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di problema, inoltre potrete chiedere consiglio a lui suoi locali della zona o suoi posti da visitare.

The apartment is really comfortable and clean, the host very friendly. Riva is the perfect place to relax on the beach,enjoy an aperitivo at"Bunker"bar watching the sunset, taste the good Italian food in the few restaurants or cooking yourself at home where there is all you can need. The view from the sleeping room let the day start on the best way.

Die Wochnung ist uns sehr...

Die Wochnung ist uns sehr gut gefahlen. Die ist sehr schon, mit Ausblick aufs Meere, saubar und alle notwendige Sachen sind drin, der Strand ist in einer Minute erreichbar. Der Fermiter ist ein netter und Freundlicher Mensch. Wier hatten echt wunderschöner Urlaub. :)
