Gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken igt op een keurig resort.

Condado de alhama

Condado de alhama is a quiet and clean resort. The restaurants in Al Kasar square are ok but very limited in choice. We enjoyed our holidays but would recommend a car to explore the Murcia area. We visited Cartagena, Murcia, alhama de murcia, totana, mazzaron. To many to mention but all worth a visit. Cartagena is very nice. Al Azohia beach and Bolnuevo beach both really nice. Definitely need to plan and explore the area and Jorge the owner is fantastic with providing help and information on everything you would require during your stay. Nothing was to much trouble. Recommended places to eat, visit anything you desire. The apartment is clean tidy, and adequate for a small family. The apartment has a roof solarium which is a real sun trap and great for sun worshippers ( to hot for me) so the shaded area is a blessing. We had a very enjoyable stay, stress free and relaxing, which is exactly what we required, the pool is 1 min walk from apartment and if busy during peak times (August) there is always space and other pools you can use. Thank you Jorge for being so helpful during our stay. No problem for first communication when booking to when leaving.

Jorge's communication was ongoing, consistent, clear and regular. The apartment was comfortable and in a good state. It is well located. You could see the pool, and the bar and sports was the other side of our area, so all very handy. There are also places to go if you like sightseeing or beaches within 30mins

Very functional Ist floor apartment, ideal for young families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in the apartment. It is in family orientated complex, which feels very safe, and is within easy reach of the sea, mountains and unspoilt towns and villages. The owner, Jorge, was in constant contact to ensure all our needs were being met. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Good place for summer break

À very good appartment very well furnished, confortable, nice sunny terrace, we just missed a protection for the sun, Jorge is going to improve that, expect that, you will spend a very good break in Candado de Alhama, the place is very secured and safe, and very good for kidz, sometimes a bit Noisy. You really need a car. Jorge is very kind, and attentive. We will recommend this place with no doubt.

Très bonnes vacances dans un appartement parfait pour 4 personnes.

L'appartement et la residence correspondent parfaitement à la descrition. Il ne manque rien pour passer de bons moments en famille,qualité du lieux,sécurité du secteur etc... L'acueil et le suivie de Jorge tout au long du séjour nous ont été trés utile. Je le recommande vivement.

Precioso!

El apartamento estaba impecable cuando llegamos, todo es nuevo y muy limpio. Está equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar para vivir en él una familia de cuatro. La piscina es grande y está a unos metros del apartamento, de modo que es muy cómodo para vigilar a los niños. Lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad del complejo, y la amabilidad de los residentes. Era nuestra primera vez en la región de Murcia y no sabíamos muy bien qué esperar...pero hay actividades para todos los gustos. Desde edificios históricos como el castillo de Lorca y el teatro romano de Cartagena hasta playas tranquilas y buen tapeo. Lo recomendaría para unas vacaciones tranquilas y en familia.

Vacaciones maravillosas.

Hemos estado en esta propiedad la última semana de Julio y hemos estado estupendamente. El apartamento está fenomenal y la urbanización también, muy tranquila pero también con un centro decocio donde poder ir a tomarte una cerveza o poder cenar.El apaetamento esta tay y como las fotos que pone el propietario.Jorge se ha preocupado mucho de hacernos agradable la estancia.Gracias.

Estupendas vacaciones

Hemos estado la última semana de julio en esta propiedad y hemos estado fenomenal. El apartamento esta tal como sale en las fotos, todo limpio y bien cuidado. El complejo es muy tranquilo pero a la vez tiene una zona de bares y restaurantes para poder cenar o tomar algo.Por los alrededores pilla cerca las playas de Mazarron. Jorge, el propietario esta pendiente de que todo este bien. Unas vacaciones para repetir.

Très jolie appartement tout équipé

Bonjour, nous avons passée 15 jours dans ce bel appartement tout équipé.(climatisation,four,lave linge,lave vaisselle,micro onde, wifi..). Notre séjour était très agréable car la résidence est très calme et sécurisée.C'est l'endroit rêvé pour passer des vacances en famille et se reposer.Tout est à proximité (Piscine,commerces,bar,restaurants,animations..).Pendant notre séjour,il y a eu un tournoi de foot, un tournoi de boules, une paëlla géante plus des animations le soir. Si vous voulez des vacances un peu plus sportives,n'oubliez pas vos baskets, vélos, trottinette...car il y a de l'espace pour se promener dans la résidence. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Jorge (le propriétaire)pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Gran experiencia, para repetir

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado, todo en perfecto estado, y la urbanización tiene casi de todo, buenas piscinas, padel, golf, etc... Además todo esta en perfecto estado, muy cuidado. Las entradas y salidas las hace un personal muy amable que conoce la zona a la perfección. El propietario se preocupo de gestionar todo con ellos para que no tuviéramos que hacer ninguna gestión. Para repetir.

Nuestra semana en el apartamento ha sido muy positiva.Esta ubicado en un sitio ideal para descansar, pues dentro del complejo hay de todo y puedes pasar dias de relax, sino quieres salir. Si quieres salir, hay sitos muy bonitos para ver y esta todo bastante cerca, playas, capital Murcia y centros comerciales, para comprar tienes el pueblo de Alhama de Murcia, que tienes , un Dia y Mercadona, al igual que en Totana, despues tanto en uno como en otro, hay los dias de mercadillo semanal que estan muy bien. En Puerto de Mazarron, hay un mercadillo semanal el domingo, que es grandisimo, tanto de comidas, como de ropa, calzado, etc., aparte que es muy bonito el pueblo y tiene una playa preciosa. El apartamento es muy cuco, limpio y tienes de todo lo que necesitas. La terraza de arriba, esta muy bien ,por la noche es fantastica, pues hace mucho fresquito y te puedes hacer una buenas barbacoas. Jorge el dueño, es muy atento y amable, cuando llegamos nos atendio muy bien, y el chico que tiene para recojer las llaves y dar el vistazo final, tambien es muy atento y amable. Nosotros recomendamos el apartamento, y si podemos volveremos, porque nos ha gustado mucho. Un saludo Jorge. Isabel M. Romero

Sejour au Condado

Bonjour, effectivement j'ai passe un sejour en famille au condado,notre sejour fut agreable sur tous les plans notamment point de vue securite, serenite et la convivialite du bon voisinage mais ce qui m'a touche le plus c'est la gentillesse et l'assistance du proprietaire JORGE et l'authenticite de ses engagements sur le confort de son appartement au vu du contrat et pour cela je reviendrais volontiers vers cet endroit pour nos prochaines vacances en famille bien sure d'ailleurs je conseille ce lieu de vacances a tous ceux qui aiment la tranquilite
