Authentic Provencal farmhouse in Pays des Sorgues
At the gates of Luberon, 5 km away from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and 20 km away from Avignon, this authentic Provencal farmhouse with a lot of character offers a 400 sq.m surface area. Located in the middle of apple tree fields, it is a peaceful haven. Recently restored, it can accommodate 12 people. There are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a 100 sq.m room designed by the owner as a bedroom and a game room so that children could enjoy it.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room a bar, a library, a desk, and fireplaces. The house offers a group of rooms on a 200-sq.m ground floor, which will allow you to enjoy the Provencal cuisine, relaxing moments, and celebrations with relatives and friends.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided.
There are two large bay windows opening onto a 12-sq.m terrace, decorated with a fifty-year-old trellis shaded by vines, wisteria, and jasmine plants.
The 11.5 x 5.5 m pool offers a paddling pool, both for babies and adults.
The rate is €4000 in July and August, €3000 in June and September, and €2500 in May and October.
