Boa estadia no geral

A casa está bem localizada , é bonita e representa aquilo que mostra o anúncio. Menos positivo: Por não ter um bom isolamento a casa fica muito quente Os eletrodomésticos são bastante antigos Falta também um congelador A limpeza de toalhas e lençóis podia ser feita pelo menos uma vez Wc de dois quartos é surreal , a sanita está dentro de um mini armário sem luz e sem possibilidade de se fechar a porta, se a pessoa for alta bate com a cabeça a levantar se dá sanita.

Tolle Haus mit hervorragender Lage

Der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr freundlich, antwortet prompt auf Fragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Check in so wie check out unkompliziert. Das Haus ist traumhaft exakt wie auf den Bildern, jedoch das Poolzimmer, wenn man genauer schaut, nicht sehr sauber ... Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Formentera at its best!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well designed to comfortably host up to 8 people. Well positioned to reach beaches, key cities, restaurant but transportation is highly recommended. The barbeque could receive some updates. All in all a fantastic week!

Entspannte Tage

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und ist der ideale Ort für entspannte Urlaubstage. Das Haus hat sehr gute Aufenthaltsqualität. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das gesamte Objekt ist gepflegt mit mediterraner Bepflanzung und schönem Pool. Wir waren zu siebt und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Agenten vor Ort war einfach, freundlich und schnell. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nur an die stets rufenden Hähne in der Nachbarschaft mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt!

Je recommande sans hésiter

Une très jolie maison (plus jolie dans la réalité que sur les photos), bien placée au calme et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée hors période haute est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons certainement et ne pouvons que recommander.

What you See is What you Get! Not Disappointed

We shared this 4 bedroom villa with another family for one week on the amazing island of Formentera. The villa location is excellent for easy access to a multitude of beaches on the south side of the island. We were roughly a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the Gekko Hotel which hosts one of the best lunch/beach venues on the island. The location was the major selling point for us but the house also lived up to all our needs and was delivered spotless and well stocked. The villa had 4 bedrooms, three in the main house plus an adjacent building with a master bedroom. The second bedroom also served as a great master bedroom also having an en suite bath which was shared by a bedroom with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom was upstairs with a bathroom, including a shower and could serve nicely for an additional couple. There was a swimming pool (not large but adequate) with a few daybeds at one end and a small seating area for evening lounging. There was also an 8 person dining table just off the pool plus a second, slightly larger, dining table at the back of the house next to the bbq and outdoor propane cook top. We dined at the house every second evening and found both the setting and the kitchen cookware great. The house had a clothes washing machine (no dryer) with Wi-Fi that , although a bit glitchy, allowed us to exchange emails and stream the odd news program. There was an abundance of towels/bedding and beach towels for our use. We had a great stay at K Mari villa. Nicolas , the manager of the house was very accommodating. We loved Formentera and would return again to the K Mari Villa.

Férias maravilhosas

A casa é óptima, corresponde ao que se vê nas fotografias. Fica perto de tudo! Tem todas as condições para um família ou grupos, é super confortável e limpa. Fomos extremamente bem recebidos, os responsáveis estão sempre contactáveis e foram muito prestáveis. Sem dúvida a recomendar e a repetir!

Superbe lieux pour vacances magiques

Grand moments de détentes au bord de la piscine et sous le chillout. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la terrasse arrière et sa cuisine extérieure. La décor intérieure est superbe, simple, naturelle et raffinée. Equipement parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Une maison exceptionnelle sur une île paradisiaque

Magnifique Finca entièrement rénovée et idéalement située au coeur de l'île au calme à deux pas de la platja de Migjorn et à 2 minutes en scooter ou voiture de Sant Ferran! Que ce soit entre amis ou en famille vous serez tout de suite à votre aise dans cette belle maison ou tout est fonctionnel, vous apprécierez tout autant les moments de pur relax au bord de la piscine que les apéritifs pris sur la terrasse devant un merveilleux coucher de soleil ou les dîners au barbecue! Propriétaire très sympa ce qui ne gâche rien! Nous y retournerons; à recommander les yeux fermés!
