Charming and bright studio apartment for rent in Rome's San Pietro, beds for three people and a large terrace, air conditioning and free internet access, located on the top floor of a building with lift. This studio of 35 square meters has been renovated in December 2012 and was recently offered for rent. It is complete with a fully equipped kitchenette for all your needs, with a table for 4 people. It has a double bed and a bunk bed. Accompanying the studio sofa, flat-screen TV with DVD player. A large French window leading to a furnished terrace of 50 sqm with plants and flowers. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Location tourist use. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with private kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and cutlery for four people. Roman Anniversary
We stayed at Michaela’s flat for a few days celebrating our (late) 40th Anniversary .She was wonderful at alleviating any concerns about travelling to a foreign country where we didn’t speak Italian . She also helped coordinate a ride from FCO airport to her apt and then to our next stay in Ostia . She was always available and quick to answer questions and truly made this trip a great one . Thanks so much for your kindness and hosting us . PS , the Vatican was about 15 mins walk and we were in the business sector of the city which kept noise to a minimum. Her terrace was wonderful to sit out and enjoy a cuppa and the Spring sunshine and hear all the birds .It was a treat to see everything blooming bc it was still winteresque where we live . A Great stay !

Beautiful spacious apartment with a gigantic patio/balcony. One main bus line stops literally right outside the building and most of the others are a one minute walk away! You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!!

Great spot
The flat was lovely. It was just the 2 of us and so nice to be able to sit on the terrace and have a coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and everything well. The location is a 10 minute walk from St Peters. The added listing of local restaurants and supermarkets was very helpful.

What we liked most about the rental was the large balcony and outdoor space. We spend most of our time in the apartment out there. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom shower. Had trouble getting in and out of it.

Great place to stay
I have to say I never stayed on that side of Rome before. I was a bit nervous that I would be to far away from places I wanted to visit. But Michaela made everything so easy. She was so patient and explained the neighborhood which was so easy to navigate. The apartment was immaculate. The outside space was private and large. The bus to just about anywhere you want to go to in Rome was 1.5 blocks from the apartment bus #916 was great. The Vatican was a short walk. Maybe 15 minutes but about 5 minutes from the apartment you can see the dome of St. Peter’s. If I had one critique it would be the shower which is super tight. I was told they plan to make it larger. The apt had everything you needed and despite the shower being small the water pressure was great and the hot water was nice and hot. I would definitely stay here again Also right near the bus stop is a coffee shop which had pretty darned good breakfast and coffee. At night they served dinner and wine. Nice to unwind after a full day of sightseeing in Rome. I think the name is Virto. Again thank you Michela for your patience and all your explanations. They also set up cars to and from the airport which was appreciated

July 2024 Rome Visit
Beautiful apartment. Clean and spacious. Only complaint is the electricity tripped a few times but the owner was immediately available to guide me through resetting it. The area itself is on a bus route but not really close or convenient for the metro. We found the bus system confusing.

Everything is so organized. The welcome booklet had lots of tips and local maps. We loved the back patio for our breakfast and evenings. Many kitchen amenities we used to cook our own food a few evenings. Quiet and quick to Metro and Vatican. Best place we have ever stayed. 5 stars! Thank you Michela.

Our two-night stay was enjoyable!
We stayed for two-nights in this apartment. It’s fairly close to Vatican City. There’s so many great restaurants around the apartment that are a lot less expensive that the main tourist areas, which we loved. We walked everywhere while we stayed here. It was 40-50 minutes walk back from our furthest destination, which went by super quickly. My third time staying in Rome and second time staying in this area. No complaints unless you want to be closer to main spots. The water tank in the bathroom is quite small so I wouldn’t recommend any long showers. Very nice outdoor space but it is a very small studio.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and was in an excellent location. Very close to Vatican City and walking distance (less than 1 hour) or a short taxi to all of the other main attractions of Rome. We stayed here for a full week and it was a great place to rest after exploring the city. Air conditioning and wifi worked great, and the private terrace was also a very nice touch. Our host, Michela, was very responsive and helpful and gave many tips about how to transit around the city as well as recommended wonderful restaurants close by. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

Descriptions are all very accurate. Great location within walking distance of Vatican and surrounding bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and coffee bars within one block. Bus stops directly across the street. Also served by Uber and FREENOW taxis. The property managers are also the owners and they are fantastic. Readily available to answer any questions and always returned messages promptly. Unit is super clean; fairly modern and very well appointed. Highly recommend.

Love in Roma
This was my 4th and my husband's 1st time in Italy. We spent 5 days in Rome at this cute VRBO. The patio was perfect and so peaceful and relaxing, even in the sweltering heat of July. You have to take a white cab to certain places in Rome so being in a central place like this was perfecto!! We were equal to Vatican City and the Colosseum. We enjoyed the restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and pharmacies right by us as well. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk and you can hail a white cab from anywhere. The app Free Now will allow you to pay for and schedule white cabs, even on time for the airport. Very easy and reliable to use.

Le studio est très bien situé. En moins de 30 minutes on peut rejoindre tous les sites importants à visiter à Rome à pieds ou en transport en commun. De très beaux petits café tout autour ainsi que la place Trastevere avec ses petits bars et resto. Seul petit bémol...la douche n'est pas conçu pour les personnes de bonne carrure.
