The Villa is fully equipped with all the comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, two have double beds and two have twins beds; two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living-room with fire place and sea views. Wonderful terrace with sea views. The best is its private garden with sea views; it has a great barbeque and garden furniture.

Incredible views
Everything was correct as listed in the photos. We appreciated Juan letting us know in advance to bring bottled water (that region uses wells for all properties) and how all grocery stores would be closed Sundays. In winter, there is no central heat but we had heaters for the main area and blankets as needed when it was cool. We loved the views and the quiet along with the ease of day trips (most local places are closed in winter). The villa had everything we needed and Juan was very helpful.

Tolle Lage, fantastischer Meerblick aber…
Objekt ist sehr verwohnt, gehört dringend renoviert. Ein Bad kann man kaum benutzen, viel zu alt. Leuchtobjekte funktionieren nicht alle. Sofa ist vollkommen durchgesessen und sehr unansehnlich. Küchenschränke sind zum Teil defekt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Allerdings ist der Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Außenbereich in Top Lage Die Ausstattung war komplett, die Kommunikation mit Lola war einwandfrei. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das Haus bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zu erkunden und entspannte Tage am Strand zu verbringen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war extrem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Great location on the beach. Nice property, very clean on arrival and helpful host. Lovely sunsets!
The property was clean and photos accurate. Direct private access to the beach via several steps. Fantastic sunsets every night and sunrise visible from front bedroom. Lola was very helpful and rapidly replaced two electrical items which malfunctioned. She also communicated very efficiently during the booking process. We went in December and had fantastic sunny days, swimming in the cool sea, and enjoyed an open fire in the cool evenings. Caños de Meca is a little village adjacent to a beautiful national park with sand dunes, hills and Mediterranean pines, so lovely walks. Most restaurants and bars were shut for off season. Nearby Barbate and Vejer de la Frontera (gorgeous hilltop town) had more places open. We hired surfboard/ body boards and wetsuits for a good price at el Palmera 5 miles away, also went horse riding. Seville was just under 2 hours drive. Best to book Alcazar in advance as huge cues. All in all a really interesting and unspoilt location and a great family holiday.

Haus hat alles was man braucht ohne Luxus aber gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Garten mit Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen, Außengrill phantastisch. Ganz in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Kleinigkeiten, sonst in den umliegenden Orten 10 - 15 km. Nähe zum Strand für Baden und Spaziergänge und auch zum Naturpark für herrliche leichte Wanderungen mit fantastischen Ausblicken (gerade im Frühjahr!) sehr attraktiv. Jederzeit eine Wiederholung wert. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Kontakt zum Vermieter!
