Verblijf is ok! Niet meer niet minder!

Locatie is ok, alles is aanwezig in het huis maar jammer genoeg is het aan vernieuwing toe. Matras hard en oud en stoffige kamers. Keukengerei niet proper bij aankomst ( pannen, glazen, koffiezet, etc). Tv en internet werken niet goed waardoor het niet gemakkelijk is om uitstapjes te plannen of dingen in de buurt op te zoeken.

Tolles Holzhaus mit schönem Garten!

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Schöner Garten für tolle Grillabende. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, wie ich es bisher noch nicht kannte. Alle erdenklichen Küchen- und Haushaltsutensilien sind vorhanden (auch scharfe Messer in jeder Ausführung). Da die Vermieterin Müll vermeiden möchte (tolle Idee!) sollen/können die Gäste Reste von Küchen-/ Haushaltsutensilien da lassen. So dass sich im Haus ein kleiner Bestand an Gewürzen, Hygieneartikeln usw. findet. Bäcker (5 min.), Restaurants und Strand (20 min.) Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Küche ist für Hobbyköche allerdings nur bedingt geeignet. Der Kontakt zu Sylvie war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen wurde hier schnell unterstützt. Äußerst angenehm waren die Grillabende auf der Terrasse. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge wie nach Monte Saint-Michel, Cherbourg, Honfleur, Omaha Beach, Granville etc.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons loué la maison les Arconies pour deux semaines. Très belle maison, décorée avec goût, tres bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La taille est idéale pour une famille avec enfants, il y a meme des jeux Pour les petits et le matériel de puériculture. Le jardin est agréable, la maison est sans vis à vis, intimité garantie. Un gros plus, les stores et volets sont tous occultants ce qui n'est pas négligeable avec des enfants en bas âge. La propriétaire Sylvie est très accueillante, vous met à l'aise et vous communique tous les bons plans de la région. Et il faut vraiment suivre ses conseils !!! Beaucoup de choses à faire dans le coin, meme avec des tres petits. La maison est Tout près d'Agon Coutainville où nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille. Pour aller faire du sport aussi la maison offre une situation idéale, en quelques minutes en courant nous sommes sur le bord de mer. Bref tristes d'avoir quitté la location lors du départ. Mais nous y reviendrons !!!!

Comme chez soi

Location très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine comme à la maison. Des équipements bébé prêtés gentillement par les propriétaires. Un jardin très bien entretenu où règne le calme; le chant des oiseaux est dépaysant. Propriétaires très chaleureux. Nous y retournerons avec nos deux enfants en bas âge sans hésitation.

Maison en très bon état e...

Maison en très bon état et conforme à la description donnée. Tout était très propre, tout fonctionnait. Terrain privé et très bien entretenu avec un espace pour les enfants. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis très gentiment et nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements utiles sur les environs. Belle région à visiter. Séjour très reposant. Everything about the accommodation was excellent, i.e., cleanliness and equipment provided. A quiet, peaceful location with very pleasant surrounds and safe play area for the kids. The owner was very welcoming and extremely helpful in advising us about the local area.
