Inserted in the magnificent setting of the Lucca hills, vineyards and olive groves, AMBER HOUSE is built entirely of stone, raised on two floors, internally decorated in traditional style and cozy atmosphere of rustic Tuscany. A large living room on the ground floor with kitchen area and fireplace, bathroom with shower over, we take a half of stairs floors, the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom, with bathtub. A spacious balcony overlooking the large garden exclusive, where there is a swimming pool with outside shower provided, a fountain, a bowling alley, a stone table for tennis - table. From the garden, partly open and partly delimited covered gazebo furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city of Lucca and the surrounding plain.
Are placed in the context of the garden, basement rooms with kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and a spacious dressing room.
Possibility of parking in the exclusive area of the house, besides in private garage.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhausaus inmitten der Colli Lucchesi

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schönen, typisch toskanischen Steinhaus der Familie Simonetti sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu Dritt plus Hund und hatten genug Platz, um einen gelungenen Urlaub zu verbringen. Besonders gut hat uns der bestens gepflegte, grosse Swimmingpool gefallen, der in einem großen, terassenartig angelegten Garten etwas unterhalb des Hauses liegt. Sei es das Arbeiten unter der Pergola, Schwimmen im Pool oder Lunch unter Olivenbäumen ... Wir waren sehr glücklich in diesen heissen Sommertagen. Das wunderschöne Lucca liegt ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt, der Weg an die Marina de Vecchiano bei Pisa dauert etwa 35 Minuten und ist ideal für einen Besuch des Meeres in den Abendstunden. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Grazie mille per tutto!

Fantastic Family retreat!

We spent one week at this lovely house with the perfect location for relaxation for the whole family. A place where we could be together and just focus on the family. We have three boys age 2, 9, and 14 and they were never "bored" due to the fantastic pool area where we spent most of our time and table tennis was also a popular evening activity as playing in the garden and exploring the trails. The large kitchen made us all to be a part of prepare the family dinner which was much appreciated. A nice supermarket close by made it easy to shop and just a 10-15 minutes with car to lovely Lucca. After visiting Lucca is was the best feeling to get back to the house and enjoy the view and the calmness. The family are all agree, we are planning our next visit. Thank you to Damiano and his family for this experience and for the support in welcoming us and quick answer to the questions we had.

Lovely place to relax !

It was a perfect place to spend our holiday, we loved the (clean) pool and the beautiful garden. It is a nice place to visit the beautifull city Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence are also nearby. We love to come back !!!

Una magia

Cercavamo un posto per un tranquillo weekend di relax e abbiamo trovato un angolo di paradiso! Casale sulle colline di Lucca curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, completo di ogni confort, panorama spettacolare e piscina ad uso esclusivo con tanto di dependance completa di cucina. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. In tre giorni abbiamo preso il sole, passeggiato, nuotato in piscina, giocato a ping pong, bocce, biliardino, suonato e cantato, grigliato, cucinato e mangiato sotto il pergolato della piscina, gracchiato assieme alla rana nella fontana… Insomma, qualunque cosa venga in mente di fare, lì si può! E come direbbe la nostra amica Lori… “una magia”

Consigliato anche per i giovani!!

Ottimo posto e pura tranquillità! Eravamo 9 ragazzi e abbiamo passato 4 giorni per festeggiare l'ultimo dell'anno, e ci siamo trovati benissimo non solo con la casa, la quale offriva tutti i confort, ma anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari! Lo consiglio vivamente, non solo alle famiglie ma anche ai giovani adulti che hanno voglia di divertirsi, ma nello stesso tempo anche di rilassarsi. Grazie di tutto!!!

Excellentes vacances

La maison correspond bien à la description et aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques et très bien entretenus. La piscine ne jouxte pas la maison, il faut y descendre par un escalier dans le jardin; on mange près de la piscine sous une tonnelle bien agréable; une cuisine d'appoint est juste en-dessous.Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté de la maison. Lucca est une très jolie petite ville. L'accès à la maison se fait par une toute petite route pentue. Nous recommanderions cette location à des amis sans hésiter.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus in wunderbarer Landschaft

Wir haben uns im typisch toskanischen Landhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte Charme und lag in einer wunderbaren, sehr ruhig gelegenen Landschaft. Traumhaft war die Poolanlage unterhalb des Hauses. Hier hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Lucca. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man ist vollkommen für sich alleine. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns jede Frage sofort beantwortete. Wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Splendida cornice

Posto incantevole. Prezzo contenuto. Ottimi i servizi, unica pecca forse il barbecue un po' malandato e senza legna..ma niente di grave: grigliata riuscita alla perfezione anche grazie al consiglio del gentilissimo proprietario sulla macelleria presso cui rifornirsi. Sicuramente torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo l'anno prossimo.

Semplicemente: destinazione paradiso..

Partire per fuggire da tutto e da tutti..staccare la spina anche se solo per pochi giorni..cercare un qualcosa che ti dia di nuovo la carica, che ti faccia sentire un principe o una principessa, che ti coccoli, che ristori mente e corpo, che ti faccia solo pensare oppure urlare a squarciagola "sono in paradiso!!". Ecco, questo posto esiste ed é immerso in un paesaggio tanto suggestivo da lasciarti senza fiato. Ricordo il silenzio rotto solo dal gracidar delle rane e dalle nostre risate; i pranzi in piscina tra un bagno e un pisolino; quella sensazione che tutto ma proprio tutto fosse perfetto!!! Una perfezione che rende davvero difficile tornare alla realtà..perché a Torre ti sei sentito a casa.. Grazie di tutto Damiano!

Se cerchi il paradiso, io l'ho trovato qui

A volte si pensa che trovare un posto che assomigli alla nostra "idea" di paradiso sia impossibile. Questo lo pensavo fino a pochi giorni fa. Questo lo pensavo fino a quando non ho scoperto questo incantevole ed inaspettato rifugio. Immerso nel verde, a pochi passi dalle luci urbane, unico riverbero di una Lucca in continuo movimento, ecco spuntare tra le colline questo magnifico casale. Troneggia come un re altezzoso, nascosto tra piccoli pertugi di tranquillità e pace. Curato nei particolari, sia internamente (tutto molto pulito, tutto assolutamente in ordine) sia esternamente (il giardino curato e impreziosito da una natura già molto generosa). A disposizione oltre che una piscina da star anche un fantastico tavolo da Ping pong è una pista per le bocce. Piccoli spazi, strutturati in maniera attenta per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, cosa ormai rara e non sempre scontata. Relax, comfort e pace. La compagnia conta, ma il posto è un valore aggiunto e imprescindibile. Il paradiso di cui sopra.

MENO MALE CHE LO ABBIAMO SCOPERTO!!!

è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo posto e sicuramente ci sarà la terza e la quarta e ancora ancora... con un gruppetto di amiche fidate e due cani boxer abbiamo trovato il luogo perfetto per un soggiorno all'insegna della pace, della tranquillità, immersi nella meravigliosa natura delle colline lucchesi in un casolare tanto bello quanto ben pulito e tenuto da una famiglia che si vede quanto lo ami, al punto che noi lo trattiamo come se fosse casa nostra! le foto che vedete, pur belle, non rendono giustizia: ma lo scoprirete solo soggiornandoci. il parco è completamente recintato e lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha dei cani: stare spaparanzate a bordo piscina, sul prato ben curato senza avere l'ansia di domandarsi "dove sono i cani"... non ha prezzo! e a proposito di prezzi... non pensiate che tutto questo costi un occhio della testa: costi adeguatissimi. proprietari, al bisogno, presentissimi; Lucca a 15 minuti di auto... insomma meno male che lo abbiamo scoperto!!! daniela

Fantastic Getaway Villa!

This is an absolutely beautifull villa that sits atop a scenic hill in a quiet Tuscan neighborhood. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 older children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner, Damiano, and his family live next door and made themselves very accessable for check in and check out as well as questions we had about the outlying area. The house was pleasantly warm when we arrived despite the season and there was plenty of firewood for sitting around the fire when we were done touring for the day. I would love to stay here again during the summer as the pool and gardens were well laid out. Highly recommended to any and all travelers and groups!

STUPENDA

Soggiorno meraviglioso in una casa grande e stupenda, finemente arredata, immersa in paesaggi bellissimi. Vicina a Lucca e con la possibilità di raggiungere tranquillamente tutti i posti di cui uno ha bisogno. Proprietari cordiali e sempre disponibili; posto adatto per passare dei giorni indimenticabili per una comitiva (o più famiglie) che cerca la possibilità di stare tranquilli e in relax in un posto che da solo pace. La strada è un po' impervia nell'ultimo tratto, ma il viaggio vale assolutamente la meta!

very beautiful place

We had a wonderful holiday in this property that live is more beautiful than pictures are able to testify. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The garden is very well maintained and full of colors and scents. Garden and swimming pool offer fantastic moments. Under gazebo we spent some pleasant dinners with tuscan meat grilled on the barbecue. The property was very nice for our children. We enjoyed the games that you will find: foosball, table tennis, bowling alley. Damiano and his family are also very polite, discreet and always available for our every need. Finally we can say that it is a place from which to easily reach tuscan art cities and the coast of Versilia.

Excellent séjour dans la ...

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Lucca. Tout était parfait : la maison était propre, grande,et parfaitement équipée. La propriété était fleurie et bien entretenue. Nous avons profité de la grande piscine dans un superbe cadre. Damiano et sa famille sont très sympathiques, serviables, et ont rendu notre séjour formidable. Ottimo soggiorno nella casa di Lucca. Tutto era perfetto : la casa era pulita, grande, e attrezzata perfettamente. La villa era fiorita e ben tenuta. Abbiamo approfitato della grande piscina in una splendida cornice. Damiano e la sua famiglia sono molto simpatici, servizievoli, e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno formidabile.

Abitazione conforme alla descrizione

L’approccio è stato aperto e cordiale come pure il benvenuto riservatoci, i Proprietari sono persone estremamente discrete, simpatiche e disponibili. L’abitazione è conforme alla descrizione contenuta nella pagina dedicata, perfettamente organizzata ed accessoriata per un soggiorno senza problemi anche per la nostra famiglia composta da 8 elementi. Ampio spazio comune, stanze abitabili ed uno splendido terrazzino ove si gode una piacevole vista sulla proprietà ben tenuta, ricca di piante e fiori. Più che sufficiente lo spazio riservato alla piscina ed al solarium, completato da un gazebo ricoperto da glicine, attrezzato con tavoli sedie e barbeque. Pochi gradini conducono ad un ulteriore angolo cottura con soggiorno, wc al piano inferiore ed al campo bocce e ping-pong. Raramente s’è trovata una collocazione così soddisfacente.
