Within splendid Vieste, pearl of Gargano, nice apartment of recent construction, equipped with every comfort, carefully decorated with new furniture. It has a large covered terrace where you can eat comfortably, already furnished with teak outdoor table and chairs, and another large balcony in the bedroom overlooking the olive grove, also furnished with a table and chairs. It is always very cool and naturally ventilated thanks to the double exposure but, for greater comfort of the guests, it is equipped with air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. Washing machine, dishwasher, televisions in every room, a DVD player in the living room. Kitchen equipped with all accessories, oven and microwave, large fridge with freezer. Bathroom and dressing room each with shower. Located 150 m from the beach of fine sand (both free and with bathing establishments), 300m from the small marina and 400 meters from the town center.

Tolle Unterkunft!!!

Wir haben uns bei Pietro total wohl gefühlt. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und sich die Zeit genommen um uns alles zu zeigen. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief vollkommen problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es hat alles da, was man braucht. Außerdem gibt es zwei Duschen, die gerade am Abend super praktisch sind. Die Nähe zum Strand, Supermarkt und zur Altstadt sind wirklich top und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!

ottimo appartamento con tutto e di piu, puro relax

L'appartamento è proprio bello, arredato con molto stile e gusto. E' molto spazioso, ben arieggiato e soprattutto molto pulito, rendendola veramente godibile le vacanze. La spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi ed i negozi sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi . Ci si può dimenticare di avere viaggiato con la macchina e di avverne una . ci siamo trovati molto bene e il probrietario era molto gentile e disponibile. sicuramente ci torneremo una caro saluto dalla svizzera saluti giovanni e maria

Ottimo appartamento, zona tranquilla/ben servita

L'appartamento è proprio bello, arredato con gusto e superaccessoriato. E' molto spazioso, ben arieggiato e soprattutto molto pulito. I due terrazzi completano la struttura rendendola veramente godibile. La spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi ed i negozi sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi ed aperti fino a tardi. Ci si può dimenticare di avere la macchina. Il proprietario si è dimostrato persona gentile e ci ha fornito molti consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Contiamo di tornarci.

Vacanza ideale

L'appartamento è proprio così come appare nelle foto, se non addirittura migliore: bello, allegro, pulito, funzionale, finemente arredato, con tutte le dotazioni che siamo abituati ad avere nella nostra casa di residenza, con stoviglie e suppellettili di gran gusto. Oltre ad essere molto spazioso, ha un capiente ripostiglio con luce, scaffali e scarpiera. La seconda doccia poi, soprattutto alla sera, è ottima per abbreviare i tempi in una famiglia di 4 persone. È ben arieggiato e i terrazzi consentono di consumare tutti i pasti all'aria aperta. I proprietari sono apparsi molto cordiali ed ospitali fin dai primi contatti via mail, di persona poi abbiamo potuto constatare che sono proprio così. Per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia ci vogliono 3 minuti a piedi e 7 se si ha un bimbo di 21 mesi per mano! Il centro storico è vicino e i supermercati aperti fino a mezzanotte consentono di fare la spesa di sera senza sudare! È tutto facilmente raggiungibile, pur essendo in una zona tranquilla e ci si può comodamente dimenticare di avere la macchina. Alla nostra prima esperienza in questo senso siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti e contiamo di tornarci l'anno prossimo. Perché accontentarsi quando si può avere il meglio e sentirsi come se si fosse a casa propria?

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO

Siamo appena tornata dalle nostre vacanze a Vieste ...posti bellissimi , appartamento arredato con gusto , dotato di tutto il necessario ...la casa è esattamente come nelle foto ..anzi superiore alla descrizione per la grandezza delle stanze..La posizione è doc !! 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Vieste . tutti i giorni c'è il mercato della frutta e verdura ...... I proprietari sono disponibilissimi , gentili,..consiglio vivamente !!!

Casa ben curata ed arredata in ottima posizione

La casa è esattamente rispondente alla descrizione nell'annuncio ed ancor più bella di quanto si veda nelle foto. E' dotata di tutto quanto serve per un soggiorno confortevole, è in una palazzina di recente costruzione ed in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, pur essendo vicina sia al mare sia al centro del paese, entrambi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi anche con bambini piccoli. La casa è ventilata e sempre fresca ed è possibile usufruire dei due terrazzi, in particolare di quello del soggiorno, che ha anche un ampio e comodo tavolo per pranzo e cena. I proprietari sono gentili e la cordialità e la disponibilità sono caratteristiche di tutto il paese, sia in spiaggia sia nei locali pubblici.

Really well priced considering the high quality accommodation. Rooms are large, modern and clean with everything you need.Free parking in front of house. Easily accessible from the beach and close to the city. Friendly owners and quiet place. Very very happy with our stay

Casa ben curata e ben arredata.

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di agosto 2014 in questa bella casa, accogliente e ben curata. I letti sono comodi. Si può utilizzare il terrazzo per cenare. La cucina ha tutte le dotazioni. La camera matrimoniale affaccia su un ulteriore ampio terrazzo. L'aria condizionata in effetti non serve poiché le stanze sono ben arieggiate. Il mare, con spiagge attrezzate, dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre Il centro di Vieste e' raggiungibile sempre a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Infine i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Penso che sceglieremmo ancora questa sistemazione.

Proprietari simpatici, di...

Proprietari simpatici, disponibili ed alla mano. Casa superiore alla descrizione per ampiezza, comodità e posizione. Vicinissima al mare e centro del paese a 5 minuti a piedi. C'è sempre un bel venticello che mette in pace col mondo. Tutti i negozi a portata di mano ... ed un bel mercatino di frutta e verdure vicino. Non manca proprio niente.
