Bonne séjour à Calvi

Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé (seulement les chaises sur le balcon sont branlants), calme et bien située. La plage, le centre-ville et une boulangerie 'Spiga' sont à proximité. Tout était bien arrangé pour notre arrivée et la communication avec Jonathan (la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement) était très réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Calvi.

Appartement vieillot ( chaises et table de la terrasse, canapé lit )entrée de l immeuble pas très propre et quelques lacunes d équipements ( pas de balai ( mais un aspirateur)pas d égouttoir pour la vaisselle) mais il est bien situé pas très loin de la mer et du centre ville. Bon accueil sauf et c est la 1 ère fois en corse pas une bouteille d eau au frais à notre arrivée

L accueil,pas top, appartement sale,le linge sale toujours présent, jolie terrasse mais pas muse en valeur, climatisation qui faisait 1 bruit d enfer...j ai laissé 1 message au propriétaire qui ne m a même pas répondu. Je ne conseille pas du tout. Seul point positif, l emplacement

L’emplacement est le réel atout de l’appartement !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Calvi, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et juste à côté d’une boulangerie. Le seul point négatif est la propreté .. les ustensiles de cuisine sales et collants.. dommage le reste est top !

Calvi is great.

The property is ideal for a couple and, as a bonus, has air conditioning which was really useful at night. It’s a steep walk up to the property from the town/ beach/railway station but that is a minor issue unless one is infirm.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ok, leider sind direkt unter dem Balkon Garagen, in denen Handwerker ihre Sachen lagern. Morgens beim Frühstück, Tor auf, zu und Abends wieder. Es roch nach Farbe, Altöl und Benzin. Die Wohnung muß häufiger kontrolliert werden, die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind in schlechtem Zustand. Geschirr nicht sauber. Jonathan hat sich trotz der Sprachprobleme sehr viel Mühe gegeben.

Appartement très sympa, spacieux et au calme

L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée, accueil au top, fonctionnel, spacieux. Il est doté d’une chambre parentale et d’un lit canapé. Il est doté d’un lave vaisselle, d’une machine à laver, d’un micro onde ainsi que d’un four. L’appartement est climatisé et donne accès a un petit balcon. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! Encore merci.

Séjour parfait à Calvi. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et des magasins. L'appartement est bien équipé et son balcon a une vue dégagée.

Situation géographique au top

Emplacement super, on peut tout faire à pieds. Une vue de l’appartement et de la mer formidable.(mer et montagne) Calvi une ville à taille humaine, pas trop surchargée pourtant en cette période estivale. Petit bémol concernant la clim qui fonctionne à merveille dans l'appartement heureusement pour un mois d'août caniculaire, en revanche trop chaud sur la terrasse quand celle-ci est en marche. Je recommande et pensons y retourner vers le printemps dans ce même appartement.(si dispo)

Notre arrivée s’est bien passée à l’heure prévue . L’appartement est bien situé dans Calvi proche de la ville, du port et des commerces. Nous avons refait le ménage à notre arrivée car nous avons constaté la présence De cheveux un peu partout. L’appart Est calme et bien équipé. Notre séjour a été agréable.

Superb Apt. with views and ideal location for Town and Beach

The apt. is very clean and feels very spacious. The Air Condition was essential for the hot weather days. The Town and beach were a short walk away, though a short uphill climb on the way back was more of a challenge. We would stay again without hesitation. The description was most accurate. We did waste time, about 40 minutes waiting for the key, despite advising our arrival time on the day and many hours before arriving - Likewise with dropping the key off. We told the property manager (not the owner - who was excellent with his messages) on arrival of our departure time. 15 minutes later he had not arrived, so phoned him, only to be told to drop the key off at a local hotel. If only we had had known this!! This explains the 2 stars for the property manager and should not put you off, but keep contacting him would be our advice to make it clear.
