LOCATION: This home is centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach in Dodd's Addition. Just .4 miles to Dewey Beach on Cullen St and only .7 miles to the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk on New Castle St. Enjoy and experience both beaches! Downtown Dewey Beach is a very easy walk, only .6 miles from home. Downtown Rehoboth Ave is only 1.2 miles from the house, cutting through Silver Lake for an easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. Silver Lake is another fantastic location with beautiful walking paths, a picturesque freshwater pond designed for waterfowl preservation, and home to many wildlife creatures. It's great fun for the kids to see and experience.
Walking distance to many fun adventures and amenities like Just in Thyme restaurant, fresh produce stands, liquor stores, and much more.
PARKING: Private driveway for four cars.

Weekend at the Shore

We had a really nice time at this property. It was much more spacious than pictured, and every time someone else arrived they said how nice it was! It had everything we needed, and had plenty of space. Easy walks and drives to the grocery store, outlets, and the boardwalk/beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful & spacious beach house

This house was perfect! It had plenty of space, a stocked kitchen (which I've found to be pretty rare at rental homes), and a beautiful setup. It was walking distance to the beach, and Dewey and Rehoboth were both very accessible. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking for a rental for a big group!

Great Stay!

A group of friends and I stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, I believe we were the second or third guests to stay because the house was brand new - which we loved. Spacious inside, backyard was fenced in and private, grill worked great and all of the guests enjoyed their stay. One of our favorite aspects was being so close to downtown Dewey. We were late in booking a house, so finding one so close to where we wanted to be was perfect. Definitely recommend this vacation stay!

Another great stay

For the second straight year we had a big group of friends down for a weekend, and despite a tropical storm, this home was the perfect spot for our stay. The dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Since our last stay, the grill has been replaced and a broken ladder on the upstairs bunk beds was repaired. We had a dishwasher leak, but a repairman came to service it the next morning. We'd stay here again.

Great house for a big group beach getaway

This house was a great spot for a late-season friends' getaway to the beach. The property was clean, the bedroom-bathroom setup worked well for our group, the kitchen was well stocked for family meals, and the living room sectional couch is quite comfortable. We found the grill in pretty rough shape and had to really work to get the grates clean enough to use. Only half of the bathrooms had toilet paper, and there was no dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was as advertised, and we had a wonderful weekend. We'd book this house again.

Delightful property

This was a lovely house. The furnishings were nice and everything was clean. We were so pleased to have the large kitchen to work in. There was room for everyone. It wouldn't be a comfortable walk to the beach if you were lugging your stuff, but it's nice walking distance if you're just out for a stroll. The property is a very close drive to many things. You can't really tell from the picture, but the driveway is loose stones. It was hard for one of our family members with mobility issues to navigate, but we managed.

Someone should take an inventory. An inventory would be helpful— of kitchen including dish soap - dish towels, utensils to cook with, dishwasher soap,, a whole closet of condiments was there(but brought it all so few cups and less garbage cookware,

Great location

We had a great time! The house fit 14 comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone. The location was good. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only negative is the garbage was only picked up once and we had a lot of garbage with 14. Other than that it was great!!

House is beautiful and clean. We had 9 guests and all fit very comfortably. Very close to shops and beach, however not within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home with lots of room

this property was lovely, plenty of room for our 10 Adults. few issues with the cleaniness. 5 light bulbs were blown in the gorgeous, well equipped kitchen , this was quickly rectified with a phone call to property management, along with a tripped fuse which was a little more difficult to fix because we could not find breaker box, but again, with a little help from management, this also was fixed. Overall experience was great, Rehoboth Beach is beautiful and the home was comfortable and roomy for a large crowd.
