This 1,600 sq.ft. house has a smart layout which offers space for guests to enjoy each other companies and private corners to relax without disturbance. The high ceiling open kitchen is clean and spacious. It equips with all necessities for families and friends to prepare gourmet dinners and cocktails. Off the kitchen is the living area which connects to patio and the backyard swimming pool and hot tub, where guests can entertain and relax both indoors and out. The outdoor gas barbecue grill is available for guests to use. The fire pit at the patio can offer heat during the cool Winter night.
The pool is at the centre of the sunny south-facing yard. This feature allows guests to extend their time staying outdoors and has a spectacular view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Guests can relax on the comfortable lounge chair reading, swimming, sun-tanning, napping all day and night.
There is an outdoor dining area and is perfect to have suppers all year round. The covered lounge area with a fire pit where friends and families can gather to catch up outside even during cool night.
The hydro-therapy spa / hot tub is beside the sun lounge surrounded by palm trees and desert landscaping. It is an ideal place to relax during the cool night.
First bedroom is at the opposite end of the kitchen where guests can have absolute quietness when activities are going on in the rest of the home. It has a King size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and has direct access to the pool.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a large closet and private patio.
The first and second bedrooms have a TV, and Ruko to allow guests to stream their favourite shows or movies. A 55" smart TV is in the living area.
The maximum number of guests are 4 and only 2 vehicles are allowed to park in the house. No noise/music is allowed between 9pm and 9am that will cause disturbance to the neighbors.
All renters and guests are required to observe the vacation home rules and Good Neighbor Policy imposed by the City of Palm Springs. Please visit the City of Palm Springs website to learn more about the good neighbor policy. Failure to observe will result to fine and eviction without compensation.
Pool can be heated at $70/day to 86F.
Hot tub is being heated at 104F free of charge.
Minimum stay is 29 nights . Utilities, such as electricity, gas and water, will be charged separately. For stay longer than 4 months, monthly rental rate can be discussed.
Tax exemption is for long term rental of 29 days and over.

An attached studio may be occupied during your stay. Please be assured that the studio has no access to the main house, its facilities and pool.
