Appartement très cosy parfaitement situé

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et propose un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Il est très bien desservi depuis le centre de Marseille avec plages et commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Ce dernier est fonctionnel et parfaitement situé (plage, commerces, restaurants). Françoise nous a très bien accueillis et s'est rendue très disponible. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location.

Beautiful appartment with balconies affording views of great sunsets. A couple of minutes walk from 2 beaches. The bus stop is 1 minute from the front door but there is no road noise and the property is not overlooked. The bus service is frequent and there is the night bus as well. Inland you can walk into the calanque national park and climb up to Croix Marseilleveyre. There is a large park about 10 mins walk or 2 mins by bus. The property was surprisingly cool with the sea breeze and hardly any insects at all. My yardstick would be whether or not to return and I would be delighted to stay here again. The host was very kind and helful and we would like to thank her again for her kind hospitality.

Excellente situation

Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement, près des transports en commun, il est notamment très facile de se rendre dans Marseille. L'appartement est confortable et situé près de plages et des points de départ des randonnées dans les calanques. Nous avons cependant été surpris que la propriétaire demande une caution de 800€, cela n'était pas prévu sur le site ABRITEL, d'autant plus qu'elle n'était pas présente lors de la restitution des clefs qu'elle nous a demandé de mettre dans la boite aux lettres en partant. Le système de caution sans état des lieux contradictoires entant/sortant est risqué.

Une semaine au top

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale! L'appartement est bien situé, au calme, proche des plages, des calanques et de Cassis mais également du centre ville.

Alles genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Frau Castel ist eine sehr tolle und freundliche Vermieterin und der Stadtteil und die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank für ihre tolle Wohnung Frau Castel.
