Excellent property

Xavier's apartment was excellent with amazing views. It has great facilities and I would highly recommend booking. We will definitely be returning.

Nice apartment with a view

Spent a week (family of 4) in the apartment. Neat & tidy, views great from balcony and roof terrace. Kitchen well equipped, feels a bit small with lots of cupboards and shelves. Pod & filter coffeemakers. Nice to have two bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Area and apartment complex grounds clean and very peaceful. Gated. Quiet at night. Pool area well kept, pool not heated. Steep walk downhill (and back up!) for any restaurants, shops etc. Well stocked supermarkets down by the main road. Puerto Duquesa/Manilva area is nice if you like tranquil and relaxing, partygoers might want to go somewhere else ;) Good base for visiting Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda by car. Host Xavier helpful and good communication. All in all an apartment I'm happy to recommend!

UNA EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Y UNA MAGNIFICA VIVIENDA CON VISTAS INCREIBLES

La vivienda de Xavier en Manilva dispones de todas las facilidades y con vistas espectaculares desde sus dos terrazas. La playa a 5 min, y alejado de los ruidos. La piscina es muy tranquila. A la llegada Miguel nos recibió en nombre de Xavier y estaba todo listo, fue como llegar a casa. Xavier nos proporcionó todo tipo de detalles para preparar la estancia y Miguel que vive en el mismo edificio nos aconsejo diversos lugares de interés en la zona, especialmente interesante ver las competiciones de Polo en Sotogrande , a solo 10min en coche. La ubicación es excelente para descansar y descubrir la costa de sol y sus muchos encantos, Muchas gracias Xavier, esperamos verte pronto el próximo año.

Fantastic apartment and great memories

There are no words to describe how fantastic our stay was in this apartment - apt was clean, it had everything we needed. We just love the apartment, the view, the area - and to be honest, if we ever go back to La Duquesa we would love to rent this apartment again. The view from the balcony and terrace is breath taking, better than in the photos. Xavier is the best host you will ever find - he gives fast answers and helps out with any situation there might be. *Thank you Xavier!*

Holiday apartment

Stunning views, amazing apartment with everything you could need, well furnished. Nice area, nice communial pool. Short walk to local amenities, restaurant & beach. Would highly recommend 'Romeo's Chiringuitos' local on the beach. Xavier answers very quickly, and is helpful.

Everything and more.

It was an excellent apartment , with great views and everything you need thought of , with great furnishings and vet comfortable quality beds . A real home from home , not just a holiday home.

Espectacular, totalmente recomentable

El apartamento esta en una zona tranquila y muy bien orientado, por dentro es espectacular ya que tiene la terraza y el solarium perfectos o casi , dos buenas habitaciones y dos WC muy bien preparados igual que la cocina, salon muy bien, aire acondicionado muy silencioso si hiciese falta dormir con èl puesto.Buen acceso desde aparcamiento.Y el propietario asi como el encargado en la zona son dos personas muy fiables y serias por mi experiencia con ellos.La playa esta cerca pero con coche ,agua muy limpia y variedad donde elegir a 5 min en coche,4 o 5 zonas de playa en un momento ,en pleno agosto no habia problemas para aparcar, tambien hay piscina en la urbanizacion, pero no llegue a usarla, me gusta mas la playa. Totalmente recomendable

First Class Apartment!

This apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The owner is very helpful and will generally answer emails within 2 hours! It is set about half a mile from the beach up a hill, so offering wonderful views. It is in a quiet complex which is really well maintained. Most of the apartments are lived in by their owners, so there isn't a rowdy holiday atmosphere. The pool area is lovely and the grass appears to have been trimmed with nail clippers. There are plenty of sun loungers and the pool was never too busy. The apartment itself is equiped to a very high standard (55inch TV in the lounge, another large one in the main bedroom, bluetooth sound system, wireless printer, very fast WIFI, multi-coloured LED lights in the main bathroom with remote control!!!). The beds are VERY comfortable. The kitchen has just about everything that could possibly be required. Air conditioning is really efficient and very quiet (as it comes from a central unit rather than having a unit in every room).The real gems are the balcony and the roof terrace. The views are amazing. The roof terrace has 2 large sofas and table and is a wonderful spot from which to watch the sun go down. If I had to make a criticism it would be that there is no shade on either the balcony or roof terrace before about 3pm. My wife has said that we would be happy to go there again - high praise indeed!
