Tolles Haus in Traumlage

Sehr schönes Haus - alles da was man braucht, inkl. großem Garten mit tollem Pool und Kinderbecken. In zwei Minuten ist man bei den Flamingos oder am riesigen sauberen Traumstand. Bei Fragen aller Art reagiert der Vermieter superschnell und sehr freundlich. Wir hätten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Danke!

We liked our stay a lot!

Great house with pool, the bathrooms were a bit small though. Short walking distance to the never crowded beach! The communucation with Marco was a pleasure, he was very helpful and always friendly and answered all our questions.

Fantastic place to be

Lovely villa

Amazing get-away location with both a good pool and lovely path to a beach. The beach was gorgeous and wasn’t crowded. The house was very well equipped and perfect for us. Only flaw I can say is the hotel at the back of the house played loud music until almost midnight every night. Otherwise, this is an ideal villa if you don’t mind the music!

Immer wieder gern

Wir haben 4 Wochen im Mai in diesem Paradies verbracht. Schönes Haus, super eingerichtete Küche, super Garten mit Pool, alles eingezäunt. Marco, der nette Mann hat das Pool unterhalten und war auch sonst für Fragen da. Die Umgebung ist super, Strand ganz nah, ruhig und viel Natur, auch Flamingos.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Tolles Haus mit großem Grundstück und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Gute Lage. Nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihren Kollegen. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und die Hotels ringsum waren geschlossen. Wir hatten den Stand für uns. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub.

Erholsames Haus mit schönem Garten mit Pool

Sehr amgenehmes Hais alles was es braucht um zu geniessen pool warme aussendusche meer in zwei gehminuten sehr ruhiger platz! Und die lagunge nebenan hortet zwar viele muecken aber die flamingos und die schönen abemdstimmungen entschaedigen dies!

Super séjour

La maison était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, bien entretenue et propre. La communication pour l'entrée et la sortie avec Silvia et Marco c'est très bien passée Super localisation à quelques mètres de la plage très peu fréquentée, du moins début septembre.

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Standabschnitte

Wir waren 17 Tage vor Ort,, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet,. Tolle Lage an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt! Teilweise waren wir fast allleine am Strand. Das direkt angerenzende Hotel war ebenfalls nicht störend. Animation war zwar zu Höhren, fanden es aber überhaupt nicht störend. Auch für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, da es einen tollen großen Garten besitzt und das Grundstück komplett eingezäumt ist. Herzlichen Dank auch an Marco und Silvia, für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort! Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder!

Casa spaziosa in zona tranquilla. Fantastica la piscina. Il mare si trova a pochi metri dalla casa.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 luglio al 6 Agosto in questa bella casa situata a pochi metri dal mare in una zona tranquilla. Anche il villaggio turistico che confina con la proprietà non ci ha arrecato alcun disturbo. Bella la piscina.

Objekt ist sehr schön, toller Pool. Nah am Strand. Ruhige, sichere Gegend. Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Abstriche beim Thema Sauberkeit. (Haare in Dusche/Insekten im Bett) Platform FEWO für mich zu kompliziert. Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte erfolgte zu spät, so dass viel Korrespondenz mit dem Objektanbieter notwendig war.

Schönes Urlaubsobjekt, zumeist Hotelanimation angrenzend

Positiv: Schöner Pool, Pizzaofen mit Grill als Alleinstellungsmerkmal, erfreulich kurzer Weg zum Strand, 2 beheizte Außenduschen, Flamingos Negativ: Hotelanimation nebenan meistens laut und bis 0 Uhr, Extrakosten wie Poolreinigung und 3 x Strom vor Ort zu bezahlen und störend, da nicht inklusive. Dazu kommt auch noch Kurtaxe, aber das alleine wäre ja in Ordnung. Mücken und Wespen kommen abends, aber beherrschbar mit Spiralen etc. Insgesamt für Ferien/Urlaub gut geeignet, wenn man nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen muß/möchte.

Eftersatt tomt

Mycket eftersatt underhåll av tomt. De är barr från tallarna överallt. Gräsmattan på baksidan består till stor av jord och grus. Utedusch, grill och terass behöver en ordentlig genomstädning och renovering. Poolen är sliten men funkar ok. Dock bor flera duvor i träden runt omkring och de bajsar i poolen. Terassen är liten och det bor större bålgetingar i bambun som fungerar som tak till terassen. Dessa är agressiva och min fru blev stungen. Invändigt är huset fint men brister i köksutrustning . Huset är inte prisvärt.

Sehr schönes Haus in herrlichem Garten

Sehr schönes Haus in sardischem Stil. Die Schlafzimmer nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Sehr grosszügiger Wohn-und Essbereich. Gut ausgestattete Küche in der nichts fehlt. Sehr schöne, überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in den großen Garten mit Pool. Sehr angenehm sind die Holzdielen um den Pool. Angrenzend befindet sich eine Hotelanlage mit Animationsprogramm. Wenn man Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, sind laute Musik ziemlich störend. Die positive Bewertung überwiegt aber deutlich.

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus

Das Haus: Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Es ist komplett eingerichtet; incl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und sämtlichen Kleinelektrogeräten, wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. Das Haus war topsauber und ist sehr gepflegt. Definitiv nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool: Ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt; neues Deck um den Pool verlegt. Der Chlorgehalt war wahrnehmbar aber am untersten Level; also kein Brennen in den Augen aber trotzdem keine Bakteriellen Probleme. Die Außenanlage: Ist wirklich großzügig und schön angelegt; incl. gemauertem Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Abwicklung: Wir haben über FeWo gebucht. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur; der Kontakt mit Silvia und ihrem Team war absolut vorbildlich. Immer vorab alle Informationen unaufgefordert bekommen und stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Besser geht das definitiv nicht! Einziger (ganz kleiner) Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das W-Lan (WiFi) ist langsam und mit mehr als 2 Smartphones überfordert. Klar braucht man kein Megaschnelles Internet; aber für die Routenplanung eben dann doch. Aber es ging; wenn auch nur etwas langsamer als gewohnt. Zusammenfassung: Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder; wenn wir dürfen ;-)

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene u d 3 Kinder und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten war groß und schön ( bis auf einige Mücken), der Pool herrlich und das Meer fast vor der Haustür! Den Strand hatten wir für uns allein. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn wir Anliegen oder Fragen hatten war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und können einen Urlaub sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Silvia und Team für die tolle Unterkunft, Fransescofür den netten Empfang und Sandro für das wöchentliche Reinigen des Pool:)

Une semaine de rêve

Très belle villa propre et spacieuse. Nous avons passéun excellent moment à 8 adultes. Superbes plages, accès à pied en 2 minutes, merveilleuses criques à 30 minutes de voiture, flamands roses dans l'étang voisin, excellents restaurants aux environs (centro hippico agrituristico)...... et accueil parfait par l'agence avec un grand merci à Silvia et Daniele, très professionnels.

Fantastique

Très belle villa, très propre à l'arrivée, parfaite pour toute la famille. Difficile d'être plus proche de la mer !!!! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Les environs sont merveilleux. Das Haus ist sehr schön.Da das Haus derekt am Meer liegt und zusätzlich auch noch einen Pool hat, spürt man die Hitze fast gar nicht. Es ist sehr ruhig ums Haus, da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Der Pool ist übrigens sehr sauber und er Garten ist auch wunderschön.

villetta spaziosa e confortevole

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa villetta dagli ampi spazi interni,fornita di tutto e con grande giardino ben curato con piscina..il mare poi è davvero a due passi! Ci sono molte zone in cui rilassarsi:la veranda,il bordo piscina e il divano ;il giardino è completamente ben recintato, ideale per bambini e amici quattrozampe che possono divertirsi in sicurezza ...lo staff molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza,ce ne siamo andati a malincuore ,sicuramente da consigliare e magari ritornarci!

Séjour agréable, au calme, à deux pas de la mer

Propriété agréable, avec grand jardin clôturé, très apprécié de nos 2 chiens, et super piscine. A 100 mètres de la superbe plage de sable, totalement vide en mai ! FABULEUX, même si l'eau est encore très froide ! Par contre, de l'autre côté du jardin se trouve un hotel-club qui doit faire beaucoup de bruit en été... mais en mai c'est ok, l'hotel est encore vide ! La maison est relativement bien équipée, sauf dans la cuisine ou il faut compter avec le minimum... Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables et le jardin est en partie à l'ombre des pins. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour en Sardaigne, au calme ! L'équipe de Silvia a été réactive quand nous avons eu des problèmes/questions et l'accueil fut sympathique.

posto ideale per famiglie

La villa è in perfette condizioni, ci siamo trovati benissimo. I bambini adoravano giocare nel giardino e fare bagno nella piscina. La spiaggia sabbiosa è vicinissima, solo pochi passi e si arriva subito. La zona è tranquillissima. Vorremmo tornarci ancora...
