Gite with pool and spa (for 2 gites)
Between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, not far from the Canal du Midi, in an authentic country house, this cottage is spacious and includes 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. It is a traditional house or throne the fireplace.
Cozy nest in the heart of the family farm, this cottage is located in the town of Saint Gauderic (11270) at a place called "Boyer Bas".
It is halfway between Carcassonne and Foix or Fanjeaux and Mirepoix, central place to make maximum visits in Aude and Ariège, high place of Catharism.
This house has been completely renovated in 2014, maintaining its authentic character and the thickness of the walls will ensure a very pleasant atmosphere all summer.
Equipped with every comfort and nicely decorated this accommodation will seduce you.
In addition, this year 2018, a SPA is installed in its translucent yurt at the foot of the outdoor garden furniture.
How not to resist the pleasure of relaxing, to relax, to obtain an immense well-being in a bubbling water at 36 °.
A covered terrace, an integral part of the house is at your disposal to enjoy your meals or relax.

Vacances Parfaites!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au gîte BOYER BAS. Cet endroit est parfaitement adapté pour des vacances avec des enfants: piscine sécurisée, grand jardin avec un jeu d'extérieur, pas de route et même un petit lavabo à la hauteur des plus petits dans la salle de bain! Les chambres sont spacieuses, et nous étions vraiment à l'aise à 6 adultes et 6 enfants (dont 2 en lits parapluie). En plus, les propriétaires sont charmants! MERCI à vous pour ces belles vacances!

Country Gite

This country house was close to Fanjeaux as we wanted. It was spacious and accommodated the 9 of us perfectly. The kitchen had everything that was needed and the dining room's large table seated us easily. The pool was very nice but being able to use it was a bit challenging as it was necessary to share it with other renters. Our hostess Francoise, whose lodging was next to ours, was extremely friendly and ever ready to help us with any concerns we had during our entire stay. Great place in the south of France!

Annonce mal rédigée sur le gîte

La prestation de la location est correcte, mais au vu de l'annonce on s'attendait à un gîte isolé et non entouré de quatre autre logements sur la même bâtisse. Un panier d'accueil (melon légumes) aurait été bienvenu vu que la ferme vend ces produits, celà ne coûte pas cher et contribue à un bon accueil. Il faut vraiment vraiment modifier l'annonce et préciser que le gîte n'est pas isolé car les enfants ne peuvent pas circuler à leur guise. La propriétaire et sa fille sont sympathiques on leur a transmis nos ressentis. Bernard

Dans l'ensemble , très bien , juste 1 petit problème ds la chambre du bas , les appliques de la tête de lit dépassent trop ( la chambre est petite ) et on se cogne facilement dedans , d'ailleurs j'en ai cassé 1 , celle qui se trouve vers l'armoire , manque de place.. De même dans la cabine douche , c'est très juste , au delà de 85 kg , on n'entre pas. Pour nous cela allait encore....

Gite idéal pour famille avec enfants

Gite spacieux et très agréable, malgré son côté un peu vieillot. L'espace extérieur est vraiment super pour les enfants. L'espace est bien sécurisé et les jeux extérieurs ont ravis les petits. La piscine est bien clôturée et super agréable avec les enfants. L' apéro avec les propriétaires en milieu de semaine a été apprécié de tous. Bref, une semaine de vacances comme on les aime.

Endroit idéal pour passer de belles vacances

Séjour très agréable dans cet endroit très spécial. De l'espace, beaucoup de chaleur humaine dans cette maison. Nous étions un groupe de nationalités différentes et tous sommes repartis de ce bel endroit avec l'envie d'y retourner. Merci à Françoise et aux autres de nous avoir accueillis si chaleureusement

A découvrir absolument

Rien à redire, très bon accueil. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes / 4 enfants entre 4 et 7 ans), le gîte était bien adapté aussi bien l'intérieur (4 chambres) que l'extérieur : jeux supers et à l'ombre, parc / cadre agréable, piscine bien protégée. De nombreuses visites et activités à faire dans la région : Carcassonne, Mirepoix, Fanjeaux, le canal du Midi en bateau ou à vélo. Merci à Françoise et sa famille.

confort, tranquillité et excellent accueil

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte à 2 reprises au printemps et en été. Il présente de nombreux atouts : le gite est très confortable et très bien équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont super agréables. la campagne environnante est très jolie et la charmante cité de Mirepoix est tout près. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, discrets et attentifs. Le grand jardin et ses jeux feront le bonheur des enfants.
