Quiet and cosy
We were greeted by our host Nicolas and his father Jean Pierre who introduczd The apartment and gave us pointers on using thé excellent public transport as well as suggestions about other towns in The area. When we had an issue with The shower Jean Pierre was there in minutes. We were very happy with our stay. Lingolsheim is a confortable neighbirhiid. À highly recommended listing

Amazing
This is the perfect apartment in every way. Its proximity to nature walks, transportation around town or into the heart of Strasbourg, a grocery store that has everything (including delicious croissants and baguettes made on site), hosts who are super nice and informative...well, what more could a person ask for. The area is quiet and the views while enjoying coffee/wine on the balcony are calming. I enjoyed my stay here very much and highly recommend it. I'm already looking forward to another visit.

Great value for money
The apartment is rather small but large enough for the two of us. It has a nice balcony which offers a wellcome shadow during the day and early evening hours. The apartment goes with a private parking place and facilities to park bicycles. A large Super-U is within 100 m. Toe the center of Strasbourg runs a nice bicycling road along the Canal de la Bruche. Also in the other direction bicycling along the Canal is very nice. Parking Austerlitz in the center of Strasbourg offers for free a more or less supervised parking facility for bikes. In short: for us the accommodation was great value for money and there was a warm wellcome.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce joli 2 pièces décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nos hôtes Elisabeth et Jean Pierre se sont montrés vraiment charmants .Nous avons apprécié le super U juste à côté ainsi que les transports pour se rendre à Strasbourg jusque tard le soir..montrésvraiment char

Wunderbare Fewo für einen Kurzurlaub in Strasbourg
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und voll kommen problemlos. Der Empfang sehr herzlich. Mit dem Bus ist man ruckzuck in Straßburg und ein Supermarkt für die Einkäufe ist um die Ecke. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Lingolsheim
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl fühlte in dieser gemütlichen, sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Lingolsheim ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt in ruhiger Lage, um die schöne Innenstadt von Straßbourg zu erkunden und um im Elsass Entdeckungstouren zu den zahlreichen Höhenburgen in den nahegelegenen Vogesen zu unternehmen.

Nos vacances ont commencé par l’accueil chaleureux d’Elisabeth et Jean Pierre (avec des conseils glissés délicatement pour visiter la région 😉) puis l’entrée dans l’appartement joliment décoré, propre et très fonctionnel un petit « chez-soit » comme l’indique l’annonce tous les commerces nécessaires sont vraiment à proximité. Concernant la région, évidemment que Strasbourg et sa cathédrale est un site incontournable MAIS sauter dans votre voiture et aller visiter Colmar, Riquewihr, Obernai, Ribeauvillé, et j’en passe… on ne se lasse pas d’aller toujours plus loin ! Après on rentre ravis de sa journée à LA MAISON 😁 petit conseil : même un peu fatigué par la journée, allez dîner au restaurant La Diligence rue du Mal Foch, une équipe de serveuses au top et des plats savoureux vous y attendent 👍

L'appartement est un cocon de douceur et de tranquillité : situé au 5ème étage il est calme, fonctionnel avec un emplacement privé pour la voiture. La literie est bonne, c'est important pour moi :). Et il est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Une semaine de vacances réussie !

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung der Besitzer waren mehr als herzlich und hilfsbereit! Die Räume waren sehr sauber und sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Einzig das Bad war sehr klein und eng, besonders die Dusche und das WC. Das ist nicht für große Menschen. geeignet

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Durch das gesicherte Tor steht das Auto auf einem zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz sehr sicher. Der Aufzug funktionierte problemlos. Die Eltern des Vermieters haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und mit der Schlüsselübergabe uns alles nötige erklärt. Dieses Apartment können wir ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Empfehlenswert!
Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment im 5.OG in einem sechsstöckigen Gebäudekomplex mit Aufzug. Das Gelände kann nur von den Bewohnern oder deren Besuch betreten werden, somit ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit für sich selbst und sein auf dem Parkplatz geparktes Fahrzeug. Die Lage des Objektes war ebenfalls gut, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar und die Anbindung nach Straßburg mit Bus/Tram/Bahn sehr gut. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer mit einem großen gemütlichen Bett, Couch, Esstisch und Balkon. Das Bad ist zwar ohne Fenster und nicht allzu groß, aber gut belüftet und reicht für die tägliche Körperpflege vollkommen aus. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf/Gebrauch. Der Balkon war glücklicherweise bis auf etwa eine Stunde abends im Schatten gelegen, was bei den heißen Temperaturen von Vorteil war und die Wohnung nicht unnötig aufgeheizt hat. Alles wirkte sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sprechen gut deutsch und über das kleine Gastgeschenk habe ich mich sehr gefreut, vielen Dank!

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement für uns zwei älteren Herrschaften. Gut dass der Auzug erst in 2 Wochen erneuert wird. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tolle Radtoren untrnommen. Die Eltern von Nicolas sind sehr freundlich und nett. Super U vor der Haustüre, was will man mehr. Wir können sie Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
