Holiday villa located 200 m from the sea in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Florent and Patrimonio, in northern Corsica in an exotic and wild garden of 8000 m². This holiday villa boasts a stunning and immediate view of the Mediterranean Gulf of Saint Florent. Infinity pool. Absolute calm relaxation assured ..

The villa is located in a residential area a few houses on 20 hectares in the bush, accessible by a track, perfectly quiet but not isolated. Complete change of scenery.

The villa consists on 160 m²: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with 2 single beds and the second with a double bed of 160 cm. These bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms; with 2 double bed of 160 and a shower room + 1 toilet.
There is also a covered terrace on one side of the villa equipped with a dining teak.

The 10x6 pool (depth of 1.30 m to 2.10 m) is secured by a perimeter alarm beam. It is located in front of the villa, surrounded by a wooden beach chairs and garden furniture.

You can access a small pebble beach at the bottom of the hill, 200 m from the house. Taking the path along the sea 500 meters you find another pebble beach and 600m from a sandy cove, 1.5 km you have another sandy beach.

Superbes vacances dans un environnement exceptionnel, au calme, avec une vue panoramique splendide sur le désert des agriattes. La maison est très bien équipée, sauf les jeux de piscine ou de pétanque que l’on ne peut pas mettre dans les valises d’avion !

Sublime position

The whole point of this villa is outside. The view is magnificent and the pool, garden and seating areas wonderful. It is off the beaten track, but that is what we wanted. There is no visible sign of human habitation from the garden. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. One suggestion: it would be good to have been provided with a book with information about the villa and the surroundings.

Magnifique emplacement et vue sur le golf époustouflante. Très jolie maison bien pensée et arborée (ombres sous les arbres +++). Bien équipée ,avec trois chambres individuelles bien isolées et une quatrième plus ouverte . Très jolie piscine conviviale avec vue la aussi à couper le souffle. Douche extérieure bien pensée et aménagée.Ne permet que de se rincer car s'évacue dans le jardin mais très appréciable. Le tout dans une propriété isolée ,magnifique et très sauvage , calme garanti. Petite crique isolée très jolie facile d’accès à pied ou en voiture. Attention l'eau est peu consommable nécessité aller en chercher régulièrement.

Un cadre magnifique et une villa au top

Nous avons passé un moment parfait. La vue est magnifique avec sa piscine a débordement donnant sur la mer. Sa situation sur les hauteurs du golfe permet d'être au calme et à l'abri des regards. La villa est bien équipée et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. A quelques minutes du centre de Saint Florent nous avons pu profiter des commerces et de belles ballades le long du port. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Séjour exceptionnel, villa magnifique et parfaitement équipée avec une vue incroyable !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire à Patrimonio, la villa est superbe, encore plus que sur les photos ! Il ne manque rien à l'équipement de la maison, cuisine, salles d'eau et séjour, tout est suffisant pour 8 personnes. L'équipement extérieur est aussi complet, table à manger, barbecue, salon couvert et extérieur sur l'immense terrasse en bois... pour profiter d'un superbe coucher de soleil à l'heure de l'apéro <3 Et cerise sur le gâteau, la piscine au calme et à l'abri des regards avec sa vue imprenable sur le golfe de Saint Florent, parfaite pour s'y prélasser ou y faire des longueurs pour les plus courageux ;-) Transats en quantité suffisante pour tous et douche à eau chaude pour finir de se détendre! Le seul petit défaut de la maison, une fois que vous y serez, vous n'aurez plus envie d'en sortir, alors il faut prévoir le ravitaillement pour la semaine ! (la voiture est nécessaire pour accéder aux commerces de Patrimonio ou Saint Florent, à 10 minutes)

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le cadre est exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle. La villa est magnifique, bien décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avons apprécié le calme total mais aussi la proximité avec les sites touristiques. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très sympatiques!

une vue à couper le souffle avec un environnement privilégié, très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, très belle maison, piscine à débordement très agréable avec une vue sur le golfe de saint florent, le desert des agriates, des couchers de soleil formidables. un environnement calme, le silence, la nature, la vue, la mer à proximité, des criques et coin pour la pèche cotière.. A refaire au plus vite.

Des vacances en rêve

La maison est en tout point conforme avec l'annonce. La vue est à couper le souffle et les couchers de soleil mode silence (propriété à plus de deux kilomètres de la route) donnent au spectacle un caractère irréel. Au milieu d'un jardin en terrasse, elle offre plusieurs lieux de vie agréables et une piscine a débordement qui n'a pas été négligée un seul jour. A recommander.

Belle villa avec vue superbe

Le point fort de cette villa est sans contexte la terrasse avec sa vue sur la mer et la piscine. Nous y avons été très bien reçu, la villa est fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié les balades en bord de mer notamment celle pour aller à pieds à Saint Florent. Les plages à découvrir en bateau sont splendides. Un moment de calme et de repos.
