Villa about 110 square meters of living space, Wifi, American kitchen on living room. 4 bedrooms: two with two single beds, two with double bed. Two shower rooms. Fully enclosed garden. Sun terrace for outdoor dining, table tennis, barbecue, bicycle storage. TV, Nespresso. Some (old) adult bikes can be made available free of charge.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située, proche de la plage et suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien à 4. Peut-être une suggestion : remplacer les stores intérieures par des rideaux occultant, plus faciles à manier et qui permettrait de laisser passer moins de lumière. C'est un détail.

Semaine au calme à la Baule

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante maison ancienne. Nous avons apprécié le quartier pavillonnaire très calme, pas de bruits, pas de circulation et en même temps à seulement 10min à pied de la plage. Et plein de sites touristiques à visiter en à peine 15 min de voiture, le top! Coup de coeur pour les nombreux jeux laissés à disposition pour les enfants (notre fille a adoré jouer à la marchande!) et pour la table de ping-pong que nous avons bien utilisée! Et encore merci au propriétaire pour tous ses messages d'explication et sa réactivité!

Lovely!

Our family spent a wonderful week in this house. We loved the quiet, beautiful setting among the pine trees, relaxing in the garden and the peaceful walk down to the sea. Our correspondence with the owner was always easy, and the house had everything we needed (including plenty of space for parking). Thank you for a very lovely stay. The only thing we are sad about is we forgot the jam!!

Air iodé et senteur de pinèdes

Vacances (2 semaines) très agréables et au calme dans une maison idéalement située entre l'avenue Lajarrige et l'avenue de Gaulle. La mer et les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied ou avec les vélos fournis sur place. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et manifestement très appréciés dans le voisinage, ce qui facilite l'intégration. Rien à redire donc, sauf à ajouter le plaisir d'avoir à disposition une bibliothèque extrêmement fournie.

Sejour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans votre maison très spacieuse pour nous trois. Nous avons toutefois trouvé que la maison manque un peu de soleil du fait de tous les pins environnants. Le propriétaire est très aimable et nous avons apprécié les fruits du prunier à notre disposition. Dans l'ensemble aucun regret pour ce séjour.

"La maison est très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Environnement très calme. Excellent accueil du propriétaire. Seul petit bémol, le côté terrasse sur lequel on vit dès qu''il fait beau mériterait un peu d''herbe (pour faire jouer les enfants !). A part ce bémol, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour."
