PLEASANT SUNNY HOUSE WITH TERRACE AND GARDEN

Single floor of a comfortable house, tranquility and charm, overlooking a garden with trees and close to the center (10 min by foot) for 1 to 4 people (5 maximum).
Floor all in wood parquet, very well exposed, bright and sunny, composed:
- entrance / wardrobe and library
- 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160 cm + 1 with 2 beds of 80x190),
- living room with sofa bed (130x190), view of the terrace and the garden,
- fully equipped kitchen,
- bathroom including WC,
- access to the south-east facing terrace and garden.

Childcare: Possibility of adding a baby bed, barrier installed in front of the stairs to the washing machine access, small bathtub for babies or small children ...

Sheets and towels are rented (15 € / person)
Pets are not accepted
The stilettos either (because of the floor)
WIFI, Fiber Internet equipment
Dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen equipment.
TV DVD and VCR, Hifi + tuner.
Small BBQ, plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, old bikes and child trailer on loan.

Home from home
Comfortable house with everything you need. Great garden with outdoor eating. Just 10 mins cycle to the centre- dedicated cycle routes. Great location for a family stay. Boulangerie and small supermarket within walking distance.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé une très agrèable semaine dans cette jolie petite maison bien entretenue. Le quartier est calme, la terrasse très agréable, notamment le soir quand il fait très chaud car le soleil est de l'autre côté à ce moment-là. Notre fille a adoré le toboggan ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et les magasins ne sont pas loin (env 5 min en voiture). La propriétaire est très gentille et à disposition pour toute question ou souci. Nous recommandons cette maison, particulièrement pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants.

Sehr schönes Privatwohnhaus mit persönlichem Charakter
Das Angebot übertraf die beschriebenen Leistungen. Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass Frau Joussaume die meiste Zeit selbst im Haus wohnt, fehlt es an nichts und es ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage uns absolut diskret. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man mit Fahrrad unterwegs ist, sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, aber auch mit dem Auto unkompliziert. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt, insbesondere die alte Markthalle haben einen großen Charme.

Des vacances familiales au top!
Maison très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille avec 2 enfants. L'équipement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos (y compris le prêt du matériel de puériculture), la terrasse et le petit jardin sont très agréables, le toboggan a fait le bonheur de notre fille de 2 ans 1/2. La maison est très bien située, dans un quartier très calme mais à quelques minutes en vélo du centre-ville et des Minimes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le prêt des vélos et de la remorque pour les enfants. Un point à améliorer: la qualité du Wifi. Merci à Barbara et sa fille pour l'accueil chaleureux, nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison où toute la famille s'est très vite sentie comme chez soi. La maison est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le toboggan a eu également beaucoup de succès. A 5 mins en vélo du Centre, nous avons profité pleinement des activités et des animations de la ville avec nos trois enfants. Nous tenons à remercier vivement Mme Joussaume pour sa bienveillance et son accueil.

Séjour parfait en famille!
Nous venons de quitter cette jolie maison après une belle semaine passée en famille. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. Tout le confort nécessaire avec des enfants en bas âge avec lit bébé, baignoire bébé, barrière de protection pour les escaliers,une magnifique bibliothèque de livres pour enfants avec quelques jeux! L'environnement est très calme et notre petit garçon a adoré le toboggan qui permet d'accéder de la terrasse au jardin!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette jolie maison très bien agencée et joliment décorée. La terrasse et le jardin sont très calmes et le toboggan a fait le bonheur des enfants ! Nous avons fait beaucoup de vélo car tout est accessible : que ce soit le vieux port ou celui des minimes même avec de jeunes enfants. Encore un grand merci à Mme Joussaume pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses bons conseils. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce logement !

Excellent séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux semaines en famille. La maison est très agréable, joliment décorée, très bien entretenue, la terrasse et le jardin furent très appréciés de tous ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Mme Joussaume, ses bons conseils et le fait que la maison soit située dans un quartier calme mais très proche du centre ville, de l'aquarium, du port et de toutes les commodités. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de 15 jours dans cette très agréable maison située à Tasdon dans un petit quartier sympathique de La Rochelle (à moins de 10 minutes à vélo du centre ville). On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Et cela a été un vrai plaisir de profiter de la terrasse accessible depuis le salon ainsi que du jardin. A cela il faut ajouter l'accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, toujours disponible pour vous rendre service. A recommander sans hésitation pour par exemple une famille de 4 personnes.

Quel beau séjour !
Quel agréable week-end ! Cette maison très accueillante nous a offert un très bon séjour, au calme. L'occasion de profiter d'un magnifique jardin propice au far niente, mais aussi de découvrir la belle ville de la Rochelle... à vélo ! L'aquarium, le musée maritime, les plages de galets, les cabanes ostreicoles, les restaurants sur le port... la maison est idéalement située ! Un grand Merci à notre hôte qui nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons absolument cette location !

Maison très agréable, chaleureuse, qui a une âme. Décoration cosy. Rien ne manque en équipement. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jardin. Le quartier est très calme à proximité de tout. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour se garer. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité d'utiliser les vélos mis à disposition, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer encore plus facilement. Propriétaire charmante et discrète. Une excellente adresse !
