I offer you in Porto Cesareo, 10 meters from the beach, detached villa, ground floor with green space on the back and large front space. (2 cars can be parked safely). The house has a large lounge with air conditioning; breakfast nook; kitchen ; kitchenette and open bathroom; 2 bedrooms, one with attached bathroom; in the lounge there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. A short distance away there are all the services (supermarkets, butchers, bars, tobacconists, etc.), to reach the center just walk a wooden walkway on the beach and in five minutes you will have arrived, so the car is not necessary to use it. Just 100 meters away you will find the "Salento in Bus" stop which can take you to all the wonderful cities in the province of Lecce (Gallipoli, Otranto. Santa Maria di Leuca etc. )

Casa all'insegna della comodità

La casa della signora Tecla ha il pregio di essere spaziosa in ogni suo locale, molto luminosa e di trovarsi in un'ottima posizione: a meno di cento passi (contati!) si hanno i piedi nello splendido mare di Porto Cesareo. La passeggiata serale nel cuore della cittadina è d'obbligo, perchè il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti e merita di essere girato per bene. Nessun disguido da segnalare, nè da parte della mia famiglia nè da parte di quella dei nostri amici, tutti con bambini al seguito e soddisfatti della vacanza.

Un buon soggiorno

Chiarisco subito la mia valutazione complessiva da 4 stelle che per un posto così turistico il Comune fa poco per la cura delle spiagge che ha, preferivo più pulizia e doccie per potersi togliere il sale e la sabbia ( almeno dalla parte di dove mi trovavo) per il resto tutto ok la casa è ben arredata e comodissima, la signora Tecla e disponibilissima ha qualsiasi vostra esigenza e cordiale, che dire solo grazie e un arrivederci

Vacanze in famiglia

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e davvero ben attrezzata. L'unica pecca almeno per noi è stata che la spiaggia vicina non rispecchiava le nostre aspettative del Salento, sporca e fondale melmoso. Ci siamo sempre spostati in altre spiagge.

Non è più la località che ricordavo. Paese trascurato, spiagge inenarrabili. Per avere qualcosa di decente bisogna spostarsi a Torre Lapillo ( chiaramente tutto a pagamento). L’appartamento lasciamo perdere... nota positiva la posizione.
